So then, is there any chance to increase this default landscape pixel size to mobile view? I just wanted to test if it is possible.

Many thanks

Yes, i would like to not have that margin-top 30px on the checkout page, on mobile.

It looks really wierd. Also, the cart icon moves from it’s place. Why it does this only on the checkout page?.

Look how the header should look normally – https://snipboard.io/1bryxD.jpg

Look how the header looks on the checkout page – https://snipboard.io/2nWYLS.jpg

It should look like this on every page – https://snipboard.io/0LIJDm.jpg

Thank you

Hi,

I’ve set on the header section (mobile) – margin 0 for that row and it still does not work.

No, unfortunately the images are low resolution (really annoying problem), both from desktop and mobile browsers (FireFix + Safari on MBP + Safari iPhone). Please look at the attached zoom

Hi,

I think there is a conflict with the checkout page on mobile.

After the page is loaded, it auto adds an tdi_4 margin-top: 30px !important;

https://snipboard.io/ythDBp.jpg

You can check by yourself – https://www.casaparfumurilor.ro/checkout/

Also, using the shortcode [woocommerce_checkout] breaks the page – https://snipboard.io/4tFoYV.jpg

How can i solve this issue?

Thank you

Hello,

What cache plugin do you use? Maybe the cache plugin doesn’t support mobile cache https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/

Thank you!

Hello, I’m customizing the Newspaper Center Pro template. The desktop structure of your demo is ok for me, but I’d like to change the order of some Flex blocks in mobile devices. As you can see here https://tinyurl.com/2h23fpce the blocks order in mobile is 1, 2 and 3, but I’d like to get 1, 3 and 2, without changing desktop order. Is that possible?

Hi,

Do you create a mobile page, or do you want to use the responsive version?

Thank you!

I created a mobile page but it doesn’t show on the front page. It shows up in a different format that I didn’t create.

Hello,

You can use the mobile responsive version or create a mobile template/page.
Please check this topic where I explained each mobile version -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-version-not-working-properly-2/

Hello,

The only recommended plugins are tagdiv Composer and tagdiv Cloud Library. The rest of the plugins are optional, so please disable the tagdiv Standard pack and tagdiv mobile theme plugins.
This usually happens with cache plugins. If the cache plugin does not have mobile support, the mobile theme version can be delivered instead. Please check the setting to enable mobile cache https://docs.litespeedtech.com/lscache/lscwp/cache/

Thank you!

I have done the redirect part and now confused about this part. Let me copy paste:

Don’t know why it is showing that amp plugins are enabled. Previously, I deleted AMP Plugin but I am using tagDiv Mobile Theme. What do you suggest? Do I need to delete that as well?

If I delete tagDiv Mobile Theme then how to show mobile version to my mobile users?

I am experiencing an issue with the Newspaper theme on my website. Despite activating all the recommended plugins, the mobile theme is being displayed on the desktop view. Below is the list of the plugins I have activated:

tagDiv Cloud Library (Version 3.5 | built on 15.05.2024)
tagDiv Composer (Version 4.9 | built on 15.05.2024)
tagDiv Mobile Theme (Version 2.6 | built on 31.05.2024)
tagDiv Newsletter (Version 2.1 | built on 31.05.2024)
tagDiv Standard Pack (Version 2.6 | built on 29.05.2024)
WP Super Cache (Version 1.12.2 | By Automattic)

Could you please guide me on how to resolve this issue? Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

My site is hosted at namecheap that uses Nginx so there is no .htaccess file. So I can’t follow his advice mentioned here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/amp-end-of-line/

What to do then?

Good day sir/ma, please text in 2 Columns on Mobile are overlapping instead of staying in the loop/box. An example is at https://hiideemedia.com/contact/
Preview at https://prnt.sc/WkjRQu9VkGJU

Please, how can I fix this? I expect the text to fit into each box with the respective padding set for it.
Note: I didn’t set text size for the text. So I leave it to be auto.

Hi,

We don’t recommend to using amp, because it is deprecated -> https://developer.bigcommerce.com/docs/storefront/wordpress/platform-integration/enabling-amp
For mobile theme + Amp the content need to be added in Mobile Editor -> https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH
Please check this topic where I explained each mobile version -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-version-not-working-properly-2/ -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/amp-pages-not-working-well-with-this-theme/ and choose what mobile version you want.
Also, it depends on the resolution of your phone.

Thank you!

Hello, I have an issue with my mobile page. When you see the page holding your phone regularly the page appears as it is intended to, but when you turn it sideways into landscape mode the look of the mobile page is gone and you get a broken version of the desktop view.
I use the mobile theme for amp and i like the look of it i don’t wanna change it to mobile but i wanna solve this issue. Any ideas?

Hi volkanunal, if the code is set in the theme panel > custom code> advance css > phone css it should not causing any problems. Also I do not understand how that code could interfere with the social counter, because the class td-top-menu-full should be only on the top bar.
Using that css is the only way to display the top bar on mobile.
Maybe the problem was not the css and maybe it is related to something from social counter if the problem was resolved after you disable the plugin.

Hello,

It seems that you still have the tagdiv mobile theme and amp plugins enabled -> https://i.imgur.com/DM2DrgG.png. Please disable them and check the topic to set redirects for links https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/amp-end-of-line/

Thank you!

this code effected social counter blok. just because of this, footer and header part crashed too. I deactived social counter and solved the problem.

Are there any other way to show top bar on mobile? without adding code? I dont want to add this code again! I spent many hours to fix the problem.

And one more question: when I click a news on homepage, the new article opens in a new window. How I can set this, too?

Thank you.

Can anyone check? After removing AMP Plugin, in some cases it is still showing mobile version in Desktop/laptop:

https://www.hospitality-school.com/

Also I am seeing ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS while trying to access whereas I put proper codes in wp-config.php and FUNCTIONS.PHP file

What else can I do?
