Hello dartsworld,

I saw that you are using the Mobile Theme and the menu for this element has not been set up. Please check the Theme panel and make the changes from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/lzfpZrYdze5

Hi,

I have checked the website you mention with that tool, the results are mentioning the result mobile friendly
https://www.screencast.com/t/kj2fTcA8E
Among the issues that it detects despite the page being mobile friendly (which by the way are fewer or more each time I tested so the test would be inconclusive) there seem to be some plugin related problems, ad related, a couple of thumbnails and a few WordPress files

Hello hebbars.kitchen,

Please understand that the main functionality of AMP plugin is to display the posts very quickly on the Google’s eye. Basically, when a client in on AMP version, he is not on your website (that’s why your visits were falling down more and more ) and the main goal is to redirect it to your own website. The AMP will have to be viewed as a preview to the posts pages of your website which are delivered by the Google AMP Cache. This is a proxy-based content delivery network for delivering all valid AMP documents. It fetches AMP HTML pages, caches them, and improves page performance automatically. For more information about this case and to better understand the operating system for this plug-in, please check the following useful manual from here -> https://www.searchenginejournal.com/difference-accelerated-mobile-pages-amp-mobile-friendly-pages/172967/
As a very good example, please check the official page of Seo Yoast and there you will see that they have not implemented the menu bar on AMP pages, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/OfzMGTLPQk
For more references and for a better understanding of AMP functionality please read the plugin documentation!!!

Thanks for your understanding!

From what I can see the mobile logo you set is displayed on mobile
https://www.screencast.com/t/HdcMrJEF
This one to be more exact
https://www.martialartsentertainment.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/03/mae-header2-140×48-1.png
Try with a different phone or browser. It could be caching on the mobile browser.

Hi,

The WP Super Cache is recommended to be used with the theme, other plugins or configurations can cause issues. To test page speed it is always recommended to first remove ads if possible, and deactivate all non-theme plugins. It also depends on the hosting provider.
The autooptimize plugin could cause issues with the mobile plugin, try disabling it and test again.
There are many guides you can follow here in the forum regarding page speed, provided by theme users who achieved great results. Some of theme here

Hi there,
When I add the td-mobile-plugin from latest download I get this error:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class Mobile_Detect in /home/lincolnc/public_html/wp-content/plugins/td-mobile-plugin/Mobile_Detect.php on line 28

I just bought this yesterday.

Probably easy for you to fix but I am at a loss.

Thanks for your time,

Justin

When I load my site https://www.dartsworld.com and click on the menu, it says click here to use the menu builder rather than the menu? How do I get the normal menu to load?

Website: MartialArtsEntertainment.com

I have created mobile logos for small devices for my website, but the top mobile logo on the website is not being used on my Samsung Phone. Instead it is loading the regular website logo which can’t be seen. Please advise.

Hello,

There is no trick. You simply post one question and wait for the answer. We answer from oldest to newest. If you post multiple replies in the same topic it will be moved to fresher posts and delay the answer.
Unfortunately there is no simple way of making the mobile menu kick in earlier. You can try a search and replace through the thee files and replace the 767 px which is the trigger for the mobile theme and change it with a bigger value, but you will have to be careful for each case in particular to not break the code.

Thank you!

Hello,

Please try to disable all plugins besides the tagdiv composer and the mobile theme and restore any optimization/customization. Then test again. There could be a plugin preventing google from grabbing the correct info. It seems the css is not being grabbed properly in the test.

Thank you!

Hello great1212,

1)Your logo has black color and that’s why on mobile devices this is not visible because the very top banner is black. Try the code below and place it in Theme panel -> Custom CSS area.

The code is ->

@media (max-width: 767px){
.td-header-wrap .td-header-menu-wrap-full, .td-header-wrap .td-header-menu-wrap, .td-header-wrap .td-header-main-menu {
background-color: white !important
}
@media (max-width: 767px){
#td-top-mobile-toggle i{
color:black!important;
}
@media (max-width: 767px){
.header-search-wrap .td-icon-search {
color: black !important;
}

The result is here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/RyyPOmOE

2)The footer uses the logo in full width and that’s why you bring different results. Try to change the footer template.

3)Please check the following the topic from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/social-counter-and-instagram-problem/

I’m not using desktop emulators. As what I’ve said I’m using my mobile phone when viewing those AMP pages. I search in Google two of my AMP webpages indexed by them. And when I view them, amp ads are missing.

Kindly check again your adsense amp ads if it’s working in your amp plugin.

Hello,

The amp ads work fine on our end. We cannot recreate the issue on our end. Please test this without any other plugins and test from a mobile device, not from desktop emulators. I have tested the amp ads and they work fine on our end.

Thank you!

Hello,

You can do it by altering the mobile theme code or by hiding them with css.
Here is an example of how yu can remove the about us and follow us sections on the mobile theme:
comment out or remove this code: https://www.screencast.com/t/Owr9dZbN

Hello daosorio,

I have checked your website on mobile and the Menu works as expected. Try to clear all the caches, remove all of your untested plugins if you are using something like this and check the results.

Thanks for your understanding!

Hi,
This seems to be problem for all Newspaper theme installations that I checked via Google Mobile Friendly Test.

Once the Mobile Friendliness test is done, clicking to “Page Loading Info” says besides other loading issues:
it cannot load images

I also tested competitor websites running Newspaper theme, they show the same issue.
Check this site for example please…https://www.bestonlineforexbroker.com

Hi,

1. The mobile menu must be made transparent from the theme colors section: https://www.screencast.com/t/2Y6lF0u4j

2.Unfortunately the sticky menu cannot affect the content. There is no simple way of having the entire content scroll under the menu. It is not a simple modification to make as the scrolling sidebar is js loaded as well as the menu. Sorry but you will have to hire a freelancer to help out with this implementation.

Thank you!

Hi,

Please do not hesitate to create topics and post your questions. We and the community will try to help you as best as we can.

1. The top bar is not displayed on mobile, it is not supposed to. It could be made to appear by custom code only if required, and only when the mobile theme plugin is not used. If you want to show the top bar on mobile, please provide a link to your website and I will try to give you a solution.

2. Indeed, the widgets do not have font settings. You could use the general font settings in the theme panel
https://www.screencast.com/t/FFyN74StReO
The widgets will not receive the same font settings as in the composer, there are plans to change the widget implementation in the theme in a future update so those settings will not be needed.

3. So the problem appears only when the featured image name is not in English. Maybe the name contains some language specific characters or symbols which cause the issue. You could use some other names for the images which do not cause issues. The most common issues with image uploading would be these
