Hello!
Try to change those settings: https://app.screencast.com/cfEYsL3JnJ0oB
Also, you can drop the menu items in More if your menu is so long. For mobile, I recommend you to use the Mobile menu element and select your menu.
Thank you!
Hi I am currently running into an issue where I my menu tabs are showing in the menu naivigation bar in the header. Desktop view isn’t showing any items despite the fact that there is a fully built out menu structure and each of these pages are populated. They menu items are, however visible on the mobile view. Here is a link to the website: https://wisdominstitutedetroit.org/
I’m not quite sure how to rectify this issue. I have done some preliminary research on it and most my results are suggesting that I may be using a custom menu link. Not sure if that is the case because the menu items are visbile in mobile view. Open to any suggestions you all may have. Thanks!
I simply inserted a row with a call to action without setting anything, and it automatically disappears on mobile.
Why are some row I added on the home page not visible on mobile?
So let me get this right. The plugin for social sharing you put into the themes plugins, you no longer take responsibility for. You’ve just done this to me with the mobile plugin and the APM plugin saying they dont work anymore. Even if they don’t work anymore you’re still responsible for selling them as part of the theme. Maybe if you’d stuck to this being a newspaper theme instead of trying to now diversify it into a woocommerce theme the original plugins would work.
Yours, extremely disappointed.
I am not sure to understand how to do this…
Mobile page is responsive… so I don’t have a particular mobile page.
Thanks
Hello,
There you have set the text, from what I see, so please edit the mobile page and check the logo.
Thank you!
Hi,
Do you have a mobile page? If yes, then the logo from the header is sticky and normally has h1 on the logo.
Thank you!
Hello dear support service. I can’t figure out the mobile version of the site, I’ve already tried everything. The desktop one shows perfectly, but the mobile one cuts off the top of the page.
Website https://wpgrabber.ru.com/
I ask for help, I’m trying to edit, add indents from the top border – nothing works.
Screenshots:
PC version – everything is fine in the header:

Mobile version on all devices:

The top is cut off, although when you enable editing through the visual editor, everything is ok. But the site itself looks like this.
I ask for your help.
The mobile version of the theme does not display page contents. Here an example: https://giornatamondiale.it/dicembre/
Hi – this page (https://www.houselore.com/tdtax_property_transaction/historic-hotels/) is acting strange on mobile. The first listing ‘jumps’ leaving a large blank space at the start and the scrolling doesn’t work properly. Why would this be happening? I do have a sticky row filter menu on desktop and tablet, could that be interfering?
Hello,
Please go to the Newspaper -> plugins and disable the tag mobile theme and amp.
Thank you!
Hi, how can I deactivate the mobile theme? I want to see only the desktop version. Thank you
Hello @Atithya!
Did you try to change something in the mobile viewport or on the mobile page?
Check this thread: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/how-to-resolve-cls-issues/
Thank you for understanding!
I tried with every row options and colour changing scheme also. No change in cls. I am sharing pagespeed report, please check mobile: https://pagespeed.web.dev/analysis/https-www-electronicsforu-com-electronics-projects-hardware-diy-40-metre-direct-conversation-receiver/osr2emsfgh?form_factor=mobile
They are now fitting to the screen, but when I click them on the mobile to zoom in, I get the caption in a one-character column. I want to be able to click the image and be able to pick the image to zoom in and move around to get closeups.
Hello,
I am new and a little confused about the mobile options.
Without installing the mobile plugin I created a mobile page for my Startpage.
Where do I change the Menu after clicking on the Hamburger Icon?

Thanks for Feedback
Bernd
Hello Lamiaa!
I see that you solve the issue, right?
You should add the row in the sticky header too. Check the mobile sticky header settings and make sure you’ve selected the same sticky style: https://app.screencast.com/lfxl037JSc2dO
Thank you!
Hello!
Deactivate the mobile theme and amp plugin.
Thank you!
Hi Setrey,
Normally if you are using standard templates, then the theme will automatically set a H1 on logo if there is no element for page title in the page/template, if there is a page title, then the H1 will be on it and not on logo.
Also, if there are using cloud templates then the H1 can be removed using the theme builder, tagDiv Composer.
Now in case that you want to edit the files, then I will recommend using a child theme and the files that should be edited are:
– wp-content/plugins/td-standard-pack/Newspaper/parts/header/logo-h1.php (replace the h1 with anther html tag like p/div/span …) – https://i.imgur.com/VTXpfNM.png
– wp-content/plugins/td-standard-pack/Newspaper/parts/header/logo-text.php (if you are using text logo) – https://i.imgur.com/9dGOsJI.png
Now for mobile theme if is used then it can be edited from here – wp-content/plugins/td-composer/mobile/parts/logo.php unfortunately this will not work in a child theme.
I hope this will help!
Thank you!
Hello Lamiaa!
I’ve checked your website and I couldn’t see any purple banner on the mobile.
Thank you!
The mobile version navigation bar cannot be displayed. It cannot be called through the method you gave me above. Can you help me think of some better way? Thank you very much for your support!
Hi again,
1/ Actually I clicked on sticky in the manager setting area.. so the main header is sticky for the desktop version.
What I want instead is to have the secondary menu sticky (this is the second row below the header menu, where you have about, contact, etc.)
To make it sticky, I clicked on that row, and then selected sticky.
Then when I do so, the header menu becomes white and disappear. Then when I scroll down I see indeed the secondary menu being sticky but there is no header menu instead.
It seems I can have one or the other sticky but not both on the same time.
Can you help me ?
2/ On the mobile version even though I selected the header menu (in manager) to be sticky, the header menu is sticky only when I scroll up and not when I scroll down.
Can you help me to make the header menu sticky when I scroll up or down ?
Thank you!
Lamiaa
To explain the issue more accurately. On the mobile version, when I scroll up and arrive to the top of the page, there a short laps of time (less than a second) in which the header menu is loading. During that laps of time the header menu color is by default purple. And we see only a purple header banner with no logo and no menu. Then after that seconds, the header menu appears (green customized color + logo + menu). Can you help me ?
my link is working great in web, but when opening it in mobile view it is just showing the default page for newspaper theme. i have designed mobile view also.
