Hi!
In my Newsmag theme a have an article inline ad set to show after paragraf 1. When i also have tagdiv-gallery in the post it overlaps the ad when the text ends before bottom of ad. How to solve this?
http://www.bilddump.se/bilder/20170108175210-81.94.84.28.jpg
If i hit enter a couple of times so that the end of the text is bellow ad it looks fine. But then it shows a big white area on mobile as it thinks its text there.

Hi,
I have Chinese Characters on my site and not sure how to fix. I have tried to looked at the previous solutions offered for this but all links to previous are no longer working. If you look at the site using a mobile or mob emulator you can see the problem immediately. Can you please advise on a fix.
Thanks
Hi there,
I hope you are well.
I have moved my site from http to https and I have noticed that I am unable to access the admin area when I login using the theme login pop up box. I can see that I am already logged-in but I can’t access the admin area, when trying to access it from the admin top bar. Also, I was unable to edit posts directly from the home page or admin top bar.
This is the message I kept getting: You must log in to access this area.
Interestingly though, if I login to the site using wp-login.php e.g https://www.website.com/wp-login-php , I can access the admin area from the top bar, edit posts from the home page, and everything seems to work fine. I have checked everything, all permalinks, settings, plugins look as they should be. The only thing that I am thinking of might be the login pop up box, it could be the issue when the site uses secure SSL.
When I reverted back to none secure access via http:// everything works fine.
I hope you can investigate the above issue and see if you encounter the same the issue when using a secure (SSl) connection. Please let me know if there is anything I need to do to get this issue solved and start using secure connection for the site.
Other findings I would like to share with you.
After moving the site to a secure connection, I have noticed that the site was really sluggish and slow, so maybe, that is some you can consider in your future updates, and make the theme faster in secure and none secure environments. I think you have done a fantastic job with the super-fast mobile theme and I hope you can do the same with the desktop version too.
Please let me know what you find.
Kind Regards
Thank you ! i have a new question
how to change font-size, font family, Weight, Style on mobile ?
Hello,
My website located at http://www.theapexracing.co uses Newspaper with the tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin activated.
Today I installed the AMP for WP – Accelerated Mobile Pages plugin which I learned about in this forum post.
The plugin works as expected except for one key issue. When an AMP page is loaded on a mobile device, the menu specified in Appearance > Menus and set to the AMP Menu location does not load. When an AMP page is loaded on a desktop browser, the correct menu loads.
If I deactivate the tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin, the correct menu loads on mobile devices.
It’s clear that the tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin is interacting with the AMP for WP – Accelerated Mobile Pages plugin in some way that causes the menu to not load properly.
Do you have any suggestions for how to resolve this? We do not want to stop using the tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin but supporting AMP is also very important to us.
Thank you.
Hi help me please, any question for me:
#1. Can I Remove some block content when access on mobile (http://prntscr.com/dsj0mo). make it more simple. but still complete when access on desktop (http://prntscr.com/dsj0qf).
#2 how to remove sneak peek short article on main/front/home pages. so I want to show Title only : http://prntscr.com/dsj1zx
Hi,
I just installed the Mobile theme. For the most part, it looks good. But I do have 2 issues.
#1. My logo keeps disappearing from the top of the page. When I tap it, it will appear but only for a short period of time….like 7 seconds.
#2. The theme seems to have added a second footer. It has my logo plus “ABOUT US”. Just below this is the footer that I developed with all of my key pages. How do I remove the first footer?
Thanks!
For further clarification, in the Theme panel > Header > Sticky Menu, Smart snap (mobile) is selected. I’m viewing the site on a desktop monitor – 1920 X 1200.
Is there a way to make the mobile menu have a gradient or shadow underneath? I’ve attached a picture of what the shadow looks like on the desktop site. The mobile menu doesn’t have any shadow or line so it’s hard to distinguish where it ends and the content begins.
Thanks
update: I’ve found the way to remove the logo for the mobile theme.
Update/Cache Issue:
just now I’ve noticed that it isn’t happening when I reload the website in the same web browser. but on the other browsers (in which I haven’t logged in to the WordPress) it isn’t updating the changes until I clear the cache.
As there is no Text Font Logo fo the Mobile Theme Plugin for Newspaper 7 theme. I’d like to add it manually. so can anyone tell me the Font used in the Newspaper 7 Theme’s Text Logo? btw I’m using the TechNews Demo
I’m an absolute beginner to this stuff. I’ve Just installed the theme with the TechNews demo.
I’ve set the
max_input_vars 3000
WP Memory Limit 256 MB/request (as recommended)
After saving the changes on the Theme. It isn’t showing until I clear the cache.
What should I do?
And the Top bar isn’t changing on the Mobile. I mean, I’ve removed the Logo and set a Text Logo but on the Mobile, it is showing the TechNews7 (btw I’ve installed tagDiv Mobile Theme Plugin)
Hello MAnGoost,
By default, the theme comes bundled with the default responsive mobile version. Also, if you install the mobile theme plugin, the mobile version will be enabled. So, if you want to come back, you simply disable the mobile theme plugin and the theme will be automatically switched to the general responsive version.
However, if you want to change the name of “Latest Articles” on the homepage, you should edit the theme core file like as front-page.php file like this -> http://screencast.com/t/oRzgR3i71Vn Also, from there, if you want to change the block sorting, you should change here -> http://screencast.com/t/e1UKe7xnwUJ
Hope this helps!
Thanks for the message!
We only got the logos problem in the mobile theme plugin. If the plugin is deactivated the logos show properly as the screenshots I provided above show. You might have something else affecting your theme that is preventing facebook’s browser from grabbing the correct information. Try to disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files. Then test again.
Thanks
Big thanks for your answer. it’s work and really help me.
Im sorry, may i ask you one question? how to make “MENU” button like http://prnt.sc/ds5rwj ?
i try this code but doesn’t work.
.td-icon-mobile:before {
font-size:16pt;
border-radius: 10px;
content: ‘\ Menu’;
}
Hey TagDiv-Team,
I have installed the Mobile plugin but often times it just doesn’t work? And I have no idea why. Maybe problems with other plugins? Any idea welcome!
Best
Timm
I did switch the mobile theme plugin off, but Facebook browser doesn’t load that anyway, it loads the responsive one, where the error occurs. So there are 2 issues, first with Facebook browser not loading the mobile version and second the responsive version not working properly in Facebook browser (the logos).
Hello fachruljody,
If you want to change the menu button to “MENU” you should use a bit of CSS code to do that. Try the code below and place it in Theme panel->Custom CSS Area.
.td-icon-mobile:before {
content: '\MENU';
}
The result is here -> http://screencast.com/t/HTdJhGAdjKIz
Thanks for the message!
Hello,
The mobile theme is provided as a zip already in the main theme package you download from envato. You can download the whole theme package and it will look like this: http://screencast.com/t/CAxEnhfAm27 This contains the theme as well as the psd,s the plugins, the demo sliders, the documentation…etc.
In this folder under the plugins folder you will see the zip’s needed: http://screencast.com/t/05mVVKZU
Thank you!
Thanks for reply.
>Please keep in mind that our theme has two versions of mobile.
How can I switch mobile themes?
Now I see this mobile layout: https://yadi.sk/i/CFsfuWDv37GG7B
But I want to rename “LATEST ARTICLES” and add another blocks with articles from popular categories.
Hi,
I understand what you mean and we are fully aware of facebook’s popularity. I tested our theme demo, and i cannot see anything broken on my end. Here are a few examples:
http://screencast.com/t/aUw3Ezah
http://screencast.com/t/DbUHI965
I also tested on our testing site and indeed the mobile theme plugin shows the errors you mention on the facebook browser. I will add this to our buglist and pass this information on to tour development team. Until such time if facebook users are very important to you, stop using the mobile theme plugin for the moment.
Thank you!
Hello laurena86,
I have checked your website, and I saw that you had increased the font size for Related Articles and More from Author button. Try to use a bit of CSS code to decrease it for mobile mode because that’s why to appear unproperly.
The code is ->
@media(max-width:767px){.td-related-title .td-related-left, .td-related-title .td-related-right{
font-size: 19px;
}
}
Thanks for your understanding!
hello, there is a way to change mobile menu icon with text like “MENU”? http://prntscr.com/ds3cb4
Thanks before 🙂
