Hello,
Hello, I have a problem with the following plugin: tagDiv Mobile Theme.
I found it by disabling each plugin one after the other, then, to be certain, I still performed the test by activating it alone and disabling all other plugins of my site. It is well tagDiv Mobile Plugin that is problematic. For example, the content of the page “Legal notices” appears on the desktop site but the content does not appear on the mobile version. It’s a simple content page, without shortcode, directly edited withe the wordpress editor. But all page lost content on mobile. The content of the posts are ok.
Can you help me solve this problem.
Thank you,
Philippe
Hi,
I am trying to upload the Mobile theme plugin after reading the demo, but it says no content or invalid contents.
First the Mobile came as a folder, so i had to convert to Zip file first still it refused to be uploaded.
I want to use the mobile theme because on mobile by main menu still remains grey. it doesn’t take the same colour as on desktop.
Hello
I am having an issue on mobile view where the ‘Related Articles’ and ‘More From Author’ section at the end of each article is overlapping off the page:
Screenshot: https://www.dropbox.com/s/2xt5al2cf88xgb9/IMG_4655.PNG?dl=0
Any idea how I can fix this?
Also, on desktop, the ‘More From Author’ slide out box only appears to be working on the first article (Iceland) – it doesn’t pop out for the others, is there a setting I am missing on those posts? All are set to the same category.
Many thanks!
My site is http://www.zedhypemag.com view it from mobile using operamin. There is more like a menu covering other contents on top
Hello GuideMoba,
If you are using the Mobile Theme plugin, you should change this from Theme panel->Mobile Theme->Excerpts, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/SIBW2zRYJjH Please read the entire theme documentation, like this -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thanks for the message!
Thanks for the reply Bogdan, but unfortunately its not that as I don’t use WP Super Cache I use W3 Total Cache.
Facebook browser doesn’t load the mobile version, it loads the responsive one. It doesn’t load the logo correctly on it either.
I hear what you are saying about being registered as an official browser, but the reality of the situation is that a very high percentage of visitors will come from Facebook mobile, and will see a broken site if they do. This means that your theme is no good for anyone who wants Facebook traffic (e.g. Viral News sites).
Is there a workaround where the logo can be loaded from somewhere else when someone arrives from a mobile device?
The top bar is overlapping the header on the mobile vie. This cover the logo and the Top Section, how do i remove this??
Ofcourse 🙂
I was not aware of this section in the mobile template.
Thanks, all is good now.
Hi,
You have to enter the code provided above in the Mobile css section, not in the Main custom css and then it should work as intended. Please let me know if it still doesn’t work for you.
Thanks
Working on desktop but mobile version not working 🙁
Hi Simon.
Thanks for your fast reply but users must be able to register on the site. So the generel disable user registration is not an option.
I just want to hide the link “Register” on the mobile modal box and ONLY on mobile.
The above code doesnt seem to do anything.
Thanks

Hi,
Unfortunately this is the downside of customization as changing the theme default functionality will affect multiple parts of the theme and the responsiveness as well.
You will have to adjust the gallery for mobile phones as well using the media css queries :
@media (max-width: 767px){
.post_td_gallery .td-doubleSlider-1 .td-slide-item img{
bottom: -21%!important;
}
Thank you!
Hello MAnGoost,
Please keep in mind that our theme has two versions of mobile. The first one is mobile responsive which display the elements from desktop and the second one is mobile theme which is set it by default as you can see in our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thanks for the message!
Hi, You can try to see if the mobile theme is to blame or the standard responsive version of the theme. We also know of an issue with wp super cache that could interfere in this process:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-theme-problems-3/#post-133756
We understand your frustration but unfortunately facebook is not registered as an official browser. You can take a look at any themeforest theme and you will not see any compatibility with the facebook browser as it;s not a standalone official browser.
To make sure you have the best experience possible, we recommend using the most up-to-date version of one of the following browsers:
Mozilla Firefox.
Safari.
Google Chrome.
Internet Explorer.
Opera.
Microsoft Edge.
Thank you!
Hello!
Have you any instruction about changing mobile page layout? (main page, category page, posts)
Hi,
I would like to hide the Register link at the top on the mobile menu in the mobile theme. The log in and log out should still be present.
How can I do this?
Thanks.

I have been banging my head against the wall trying to solve this issue, but can’t find a way so I am hoping that someone may be able to help.
There is a major problem with the way the theme displays in Facebook mobile browser, which effects any visitors from Facebook post/shares on a mobile device as they load in their own browser by default (and apparently you can’t do anything about that).
The logo, header and menu are not loading properly at all. e.g. if you have a white background header on desktop and your logo/text is black and you want to reverse this on mobile (black background and white logo/text) for some reason it picks up the logo (white) but then seems to load the background as if the browser was desktop (white) making it completely invisible. Plus it seems to be loading the responsive theme rather than the mobile theme (but even that theme doesn’t work right).
I figure it is something to do with the way the theme detects the browser so not a massive deal.
I know this has been bought up several times in the past (even months ago) on this forum and the response has always been that the theme hasn’t been tested with the Facebook mobile browser, but it seems illogical to me that, because of the way the web has moved so much towards mobile and the fact that a huge amount of traffic to most websites is from social sharing that this is not a massive priority.
I mean it should be a deal breaker for almost anyone considering installing this theme if they care at all about how their visitors view their site, so could hit the company’s bottom line in a big way if it isn’t addressed asap.
Does anyone know of a workaround?
Hi,
I use IE11 with autoupdates.
For 1 second I can see the webpage, but then it turns blue as the same background as the mobile menu version.
See here: http://www.screencast.com/t/ES0fHp8y
Hi,
Yes, I have tried with the mobile theme. If I did not check the open graph in seo yoast it behaved exactly as you described. But once I enabled the facebook OG image, it worked as expected. I tested on mobile phones with the mobile theme active.
Try to disable all plugins except visual composer and seo yoast, clear cache and reset cdn files. Then test again. maybe there is a plugin conflict somewhere affecting the og image.
If you still have trouble with this please contact us on our email address at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a link to your site and wp-admin (login information and admin rights) so we can login and investigate. Please also include a link to this topic.
Thank you!
Hello,
I noticed that a content block I have in my site is changing the place when I see the site in my mobile. you can see that this block with the title cat Obituaries, change the place in mobile. http://newzcliq.com, can you help please..
Thanks
I want you to see the Newspaper mobile in the second page, which is also featured in the featured image. So after adding the <! – NextPage -> code, I want the second page to show the highlighted image.
How can I do it?
I am writing with Google translation.
Hi Bogdan
have you try with mobile theme sharing from smartphone?
I tried to do everything that you said, but not resolved:
in my site the problem is still there.
All Open Graph meta data are enabled as always http://screencast.com/t/P5vdTumeJ
With 7.5 everything was fine, with 7.6 with mobile theme is the problem, not from desktop.
It seems to work, but if you check on your facebook profile where you shared the link, appears only the url of the site without photos… and not url of articles that you shared, simple url of site..
Thanks!
