Hello, I have follow this documentation, but it doesen´t work.

The Plugin cache the same code for desktop and mobile, so i have conflicts with the Design.

On Mobile Device the Cache Plugin Show the desktop edition, when this was load in cache at first.

What is the problem?

Hi,

From what i can see while inspecting your site, at the moment everything is in order both on desktop – http://screencast.com/t/GnCQah18a and mobile – http://screencast.com/t/W5aIzfJuCoRP and the sidebar is loading properly.

Hi Catalin,
It seems I was unable to explain the issue correctly. I will retry: there are different sizes for the two types of logos in the Official documentation and the Newspaper theme panel (Theme panel -> Header -> Logo for Mobile).
On one hand you are telling to use 32 x 42px for the mobile logo and 264 x 84px for the retina logo (Official documentation) but on the other hand the theme panel is suggesting to use different dimensions:

      LOGO MOBILE – Note: For best results logo mobile size: 140 x 48px
      RETINA LOGO MOBILE – Note: For best results logo mobile size: 280 x 96px

Hope I was clear enough this time 🙂

Sidebar not loading correctly - topic

Hello,

I have problem with sidebar. It’s not loading correctly, here is screenshoot for desktop version: http://imgur.com/a/LeVrp

It’s loading at the end of the posts, but not on the right side as it should. It looks even worse on mobile, here is screenshoot: http://imgur.com/a/4RCwE The website is Beograd.in. What i need to send you to check what is causing this problem?

Hi,

I am recently purchased Arena product store plugin and installed all are ok, but I am faced two problems.

1. Creating post via this plugin and checked, compatible in newsmag theme, but not added to main post rss feed (showing 404 error).

Hi,
I am building up a news magazine and came across an Error which I don’t know if it is a WordPress or Newspaper topic.
With mobile devices (chrome on android) I cannot login. It just says that the Username or Password are incorrect, even if they are correct.

Haven’t found anything about this so far.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi Bogdan B., nairolf,

I am not sure why Google bot is scanning for links that actually don’t exist? It seems to add ‘m’ and ‘mobile’ before every URL link with a tag string, generating 100s or 404 error codes. It is confusing and annoying.

Hi Bogdan,

Yes, everything indicated was done. it’s always worked out well.

With desktop is ok, it seems that the problem has come with version 7.6 only in theme mobile.

To understand what i mean try to share any of our artcles via smartphone.

It seems to be ok, but When you share, then control in your account: there is only the site link. Not articles Photo with description like normal is always happen.

Hello,

The mobile theme will be translated along with the main theme. Simply load a translation from the main theme panel and it will affect the mobile theme as well. You will have top clear all caching though and purge cdn files if you use it.

widgetize side bar - reply

Hello,

Unfortunately the widgetized sidebar will not work on mobile as mobile phones do not have enough space for a sidebar. You will not be able to show a sidebar on mobile except if you do not use the mobile theme plugin. On the standard responsive version the sidebar will fall under the main content, but there is no way of havin it besides the content on mobiles. There is no enough space.

1)I have checked your website and I did not saw the siblings category on your website, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/jqJXcY2QSGN However, the code for hiding the category siblings can be found below ->

2)Probably, you page like “About US” is created with Visual Composer and the Mobile Theme does not recognize the shortcode generated by this plugin, sorry! If you want to insert some text on pages which be displayed on mobile theme, you should insert here -> http://screencast.com/t/EiwkaGowm

Hello cleciomayrink,

Please keep in mind that in the desktop version you can use the Unique Articles and offset feature but in mobile version all of these settings are unavailable and that’s why this plugin has been designed to display only the Featured Category posts because are unlikely to recur posts in this category with the most recent posts. So, if you want to change this mobile template, you should edit the theme core file, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/HzRiOhy7T

Hello vdaatland,

If you want to disable the mobile menu icon, you should use a bit of CSS code to do that. Try the code below and place it in Theme panel->Custom CSS area.

Is it possible that you can make your mobile theme AMP friendly?? It would be great if you can do that in your next update. I have tried many AMP plugins including Automattic’s AMP plugin, none of them have worked.

Site is loading very slow because of a missing PNG image which is already removed from media. Can you please help me where in the theme I can change this OLD PNG file and give reference to new one.

Hello

I use tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin

Sometimes when I try to open the site from my mobile, it loads the desktop version, and after 2-3 times refresh page, loads the correct theme (mobile)

Do you have any idea what could be wrong?

Hi TagDiv Team.

I have noticed that the number of 404 errors (mobile) has increased. I had an email from Google Webmaster saying that the number of 404 mobile errors has increased. Errors have started after the last update.

Please see a screenshot http://imgur.com/a/bKGlL . For some reason, the letter ‘m’ and word ‘mobile’ are automatically added to nearly all links, so instead of serving the users with this: http://www.website.com/tag/cars-for-sale/ they see this: http://www.website.com/m/tag/cars-for-sale/ or http://www.website.com/mobile/tag/cars-for-sale/ which is an 404 error page, because the link doesn’t exist.

Hello,

I tried adding the ad side bar, but the ads I’m using shows to big. I tried adjusting the size but it wont adjust it. I tried the widgetize side bar, and the images show how I like them to show. However they do not show on mobile. How can I make the widgetize side bar to show on mobile?

Hi.
I have the following issues with the mobile theme.

1. Sibling categories. No matter what kind of category template I try to change the siblings are still viewable. How can I remove them? Printscreen: http://www.bnytt.no/wp-content/uploads/2017/01/categ17.jpg

2. In the mobile theme my pages (not posts) do not show the content at all.. The pages are like “About”, “Contact”, “Disclaimer” etc. Printscreen: http://www.bnytt.no/wp-content/uploads/2017/01/abou17.jpg

Printscreens are taken by a iPhone 6s+.
