Hi, I just downloaded the latest zip from evanto site, and I don’t have the td-mobile-plugin.zip in that folder (Newspaper/plugins/). What should I do ?
I noticed that any link I make on my website doesn’t load on a mobile device if I have “Open in new tab” selected. The links always work fine on desktop but will just say “Loading…” and never load on mobile (again, only if they open in a new tab. If i don’t have that checked they work fine). Also to note this only happens in certain mobile browsers it seems like, for example Twitter’s browser. I have been getting a lot of complaints as I have a lot of followers on Twitter so this issue is very important. Hope their is a solution. Thanks!

I have a Carousel ad within the Article Top Ad which works fine on desktop but does not display on mobile even though I have turned off the “disable on Phone” feature.

I don’t ask why my website fast or slow. I want to know why “content wider than the screen” and “interactive elements are too close” in results of test. But on the mobile phone website looks great.

In desktop it looks normal. But in mobile, if you look at the image closely (the part of the rotor of the drone), it looks blurry: https://www.screencast.com/t/LAYBf2PEzG8
You have to compare the desktop and mobile image side by side by keeping the mobile phone and desktop together in order to see the difference. The image quality is definitely reduced in mobile.

I’m referring to the post content images. Take a look at this, for example: https://goo.gl/AhYWwG
In the point #4, the image is 400px wide (which is the maximum size that I prefer to use, I don’t need images that are more than 400px, because of page load speed time). The image is perfect in the desktop, but try the same URL and see that image on mobile, it gets very low quality in the mobile, which is the case for every image of that post.

In Newspaper 6, even the post content image size of 400px used to display good quality image on my LG G3, and now it doesn’t. The image quality drops way lower in mobile.

If you want to increase the size of excerpts only for mobile devices you should use a bit of CSS code to do that. Try the code below and place it in Theme panel->Custom CSS area.

I would like to modify a Big Grid to show one single image, 100% width. I have achieved something similar with a slider with 1 image and hiding the arrows. Still, this shows margins when seen on mobile and the image area doesn’t link to the post.

When you publish or edit a post you can tag it to the Featured category – https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-posts-2/
Also to exclude the featured posts from the Latest Articles section using Mobile Theme, you could try to modify the code.
First please check your Featured category ID like this – http://screencast.com/t/vIZqeTxrR Usually the ID is 2 but it may differ.
Then access the theme via ftp and edit this file and add the following code – http://screencast.com/t/cziUEQMuV – http://pastebin.com/X8yv2VuV Don’t forget to change the id if it is necessary.
Unfortunately I cannot provide you an answer about the WP Touch Pro plugin as it is not tested with the theme so I cannot guarantee that it will work properly.

Do you have mobile theme enabled? I have checked your website and I saw that you have done some additional customization regarding the width of the theme (you make the theme in full-width) and any other customization which can affect the theme functionality and the mobile theme plugin. Also, if you are using some untested plugins, please try to disable all of them, revert the theme to the default state and check the results. notice that our theme is fully tested with WP Super Cache and mobile theme plugin and it should work as properly. Try my advice and check the result. Also, you can try this through another sub-domain and check the results.

Hi. I want to change the mobile menu colors (both background/gradient and text/icon color) so that I have a blue text/icons on a white background (see link below). I installed the Mobile Theme plugin and was able to do this. However, because the Mobile Theme does not allow me to customize the homepage, I must delete the Mobile Theme plugin (my website is based on a customized homepage so I cannot use the Mobile Theme).
So, my question: How do I change the mobile menu CSS colors?
