Care este rezolvarea? Face asa de ceva timp, chiar si cu updateuri la tema.

I have checked your website and I saw that you have a problem with your mobile theme in that your featured images are not displayed. Please try to re-download the latest version of the theme which is still 7., but the fix was implemented after 7.3 was released. Please download the theme again, delete your current theme and install the freshly downloaded one. The version is the same but the fix will be present.
As an alternative here is the fix needed:
Add this code in the mobile theme’s function.php:
td_global::$td_options = get_option(TD_THEME_OPTIONS_NAME); //read the theme settings once

Please notice that our theme has 2 alternatives regarding on mobile -> mobile theme and mobile responsive mode.
The mobile theme concept has been designed to have an own layout for the front page which is different than the desktop version. The mobile plugin intends to display the Big Grid with three posts in the top of the page, some text if it will be added in Mobile editor from Visual Composer and the Latest Articles at the bottom of the page. For more information about this mobile theme, please check the documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ So, if you want to have a similar layout with the desktop mode, you will have to disable this plugin and the theme will be switched to the general responsive mobile version.

I have checked your website and I did not saw any problem with your mobile theme. Everything seems to work as expected. To rule out any conflicting plugins, please try to disable all the untested plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches, purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme.

Please keep in mind that your “problem” is not a PROBLEM. Please notice that the mobile responsive will just display the desktop layout but in the responsive mode in left to right order and not another, sorry! If you want to change this structure, please notice that you will need to make some additional customizations that involve custom work and we cannot provide this at the moment, sorry! If you want to display more levels in our theme and if you are not aware of the steps in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you!

Shortcodes for custom ad codes are not working in the mobile theme.
I have installed Newspaper theme very recently on my website tomatoheart.com and hence I have all the updated version of all themes and plugins. My Mobile plugin is active and I can see it’s settings under “Plugin settings”- “Mobile Theme”
I do have made some changes here like Search button colors or menu background colors but when I visit it on mobile – I only see the mobile responsive version of the desktop version, not the mobile plugin version.
A few days back, I did notice the mobile plugin versions ( with three featured and then latest articles) but it never remains permanent and now I can’t even see it.
Are there any things which I should enable or disable after installing and activating “Mobile Plugin” ? Since I am editing/modifying various things, hence I have disabled super cache and CloudFlare integration options, hence there should be no issues because of cache or cookies.
Also, please tell me what is the right way to use default default mobile responsive version of this theme rather than using mobile plugin version? Should I deactivate the plugin ? How much speed difference is there between mobile plugin version and mobile responsive version? If it’s very little or negligible , I would love to use the mobile responsive version with all visual composer elements.
3. Is there any way to design two different homepage design using Visual composer , one for mobile and other for desktop as we have options to do the same with other pages like Contact pages, about us page etc ( Mobile editor and desktop editor) ?
4. If the mobile plugin is disabled, still I have re-write – pages like ( about us, contact us etc) in mobile editor section of pages or it’s valid only in case , I have enabled mobile plugin?
Please help me to understand and correctly setup the mobile theme for my website. Thank you.

As for the scroll on mobile it can be deactivated from here: http://screencast.com/t/TVVkeXgb2mT but not if you use the mobile theme. The mobile theme sticky menu cannot be removed from the theme settings.

I noticed recently that the mobile version of my news website is not covered by something like a white veil, You cant see the news posts I make. My website is naijanewsworld.com .Please help me get over this because my expected traffic is 70% from mobile devices.
Secondly, when I make a post, it takes almost two days for it to appear on my website. I have never exoerienced this sort of problem. Please what do I do.

We have adjusted our logo text headline for our mobile blog page, however, we made the adjustment around 11AM this morning and the change has still not populated yet. Is there a reason that this is taking so long? Typically all updates go in automatically, so i’m curious as to why there is a hold up in the change. If anyone could help that would be great.

Hi i have some problem with mobile theme because it lost the style for example this http://www.sabanetasr.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/08/Screenshot_2016-08-30-16-06-45.png doesnt see like the correct homepage style. the correct is http://www.sabanetasr.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/08/14045424_1263535043687314_1765977916_o.jpg lost the style and an other problem is that views counter post takes to upgrade; for example desktop theme show that have 500 views and in the mobile thema only 172 Views.

Hello friends, I write to tell my newspaper website looks great on all mobile browsers , but when you open a link from the facebook app is displayed incorrectly. What I can do to solve it ? ( Excuse my English , I am writing from Chile)

You will need custom modifications for this as the mobile logo was designed to appear on the mobile header between the menu and search icon.

I’ve checked you site and noticed that you have a very strong cache. Try to clear all caches then test the site again. If you’re using WP Super Cache as cache plugin note that is not fully compatible with WordPress 4.6. You will need to update the css to change the current layout for mobile devices. This is a very complex task which involve many customizations in order to be achieved.
We can’t offer custom work at the moment so if you really need this and you’re not aware of the steps you need to take in this regard my advice is to look for someone who can help you with implementation or fire a developer or a freelancer to do this for you.

I am using the latest version of the theme (7.2c) on the child theme.
I am using the Mobile theme plugin.
On my homepage the Logo is within the Menu.
I would like to display the Logo on my homepage above the Menu, like it is showing on a post.
(The post is using post style template 8)
(I am using header style 10 and want to keep it style 10).
