I spoke too some about the header being removed from a specific page.

After replacing the code, a wide blue band appears at the top of the page on a mobile device. The blue band is the same color as the header is on the other pages.

How can I completely remove the blue band on mobile devices?

Thanks,

Hi guys,
After some weeks with this version I have to say that we lost about more than 20% from our traffic and increase considerable positions in Alexa (I seem to have seen another comment talking about this).
Last week we make a downgrade to 7.2 and seems that things become normal.

*- never use more than 3 plugins (Yoast, VC & speed-booster)
– 0,4 sec. our load time, 99 Insights punctuation (PC & mobile)

So I’m not talking about small .css problems!!!

Hi guys,

Following your guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/using-other-ads-non-adsense-ads/

And thus using this code:

`<div class="td-visible-tablet-landscape">
<a href="http://www.zamnesia.com/"><img src="http://thestonedsociety.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/01/zamnesiawide.gif" alt="Zamnesia" /></a>
</div>
<div class="td-visible-tablet-portrait">
<a href="http://www.zamnesia.com/"><img src="http://thestonedsociety.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/01/zamnesiawide.gif" alt="Zamnesia" /></a>
</div>
<div class="td-visible-phone">
<a href="http://www.zamnesia.com/"><img src="http://thestonedsociety.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/01/zamnesiasquare.gif" alt="Zamnesia" /></a>
</div>`

I get the same ad, double on mobile.

Not sure how to solve it. I’ve tried editing the code but didn’t help.

Thanks in advance.

Kind regards,

Mauro

Thank you for your quick responses, it does not matter, it was just in case if it were possible but never mind !

By the way, is it possible to disable “more article box” on mobile?

Thanks (again)!

Hello pierpaolocorso,

Please try the code below and place it in Theme panel->Mobile Theme->Custom CSS area, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/3jU3j9no8wFP

The code is ->

.td-module-meta-info {
display:none;
}

Thanks.

Hello Sanalsantiye,

I have checked your source page and I saw that you still have some untested plugins in active mode. Please try to disable all of them, leave just Visual Composer and Mobile Theme plugin to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. After this, if your problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further inspect your setup page. Also, please provide the link of this topic so we can easily identify you.

Thanks for your understanding!

Hello,

This happens because you use the mobile theme plugin and did not add content in the mobile editor. You have to create page content for mobile as well if you use the mobile theme. Please read this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/

Thank you!

Hello Hack4Life,

The author will need a bit of a css fix as the css got changed a bit in the new update but the author name was not updated for it. So until the next theme version please use this CSS code in the mobile theme’s custom code box:

.td-post-author-name div { display:inline; }

Thank you and sorry for the inconvenience.

Hello,

Please read this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
The mobile theme needs content to be added in the mobile editor to create mobile versions of your pages without the use if visual composer.
This is an optional plugin and the theme is responsive without it so if you do not like the plugin, you can simply deactivate it from the plugins section of wp.

Thank you!

Hello kuaza,

I have checked your website and I saw that you are using the Mobile Theme layout. Please notice that this feature will display on the mobile a different homepage compared to the desktop version. For more information about our feature, please consult the documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
If is not what you mean, please provide more details so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.

Thanks for your understanding!

Hello,
if you do not like the mobile theme and want to use the standard responsive version of the theme you can simply disable the mobile theme plugin. It;s a simple plugin like any other. Access the plugins section of wordpress and press the disable button.
Thank you!

Hello,

Unfortunately we have not tested taboola on our theme so i cannot say for sure if it will work on the mobile theme. Please use this guide for setting up the mobile theme: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ You can also disable the mobile theme plugin if you wnt to use the responsive version of the theme

Thank you!

Salut RaulCalin,

Hey! When I use the mobile site and click on the menu, 3 of the navigation links dont work. The URL is YoungConstituents.com – any idea why? The links that don’t work are News, Entertainment & Opinion.

Hi Tagdiv Support,

I have a problem with newspaper mobile themes. Post content shows fine but every pages content is just blank, can you please check it? My sites is http://www.suratkabar.id

Example on this page http://www.suratkabar.id/kebijakan-privasi on desktop the content loaded without problem, but when loaded on mobile it’s just blank.

Can you help me about this?

Thanks,

a) note the tagdiv business hours, top right of forum.

b) Might just be your home page layout,
this page shows as mobile friendly

http://top10reviewz.in/prize-money-gifts-p-v-sindhu/

However you need to pay attention to the errors presented:
* This page uses 2 resources which are blocked by robots.txt.
* A temporary error occurred. 2 resources on this page could not be loaded. The results and screenshot may be incorrect. You may want to try again later.
https://static.xx.fbcdn.net/…mMhp4i.css
https://static.xx.fbcdn.net/…dQgHfSn.js

c) generally to make your site ‘mobile friendly’ you need to ALSO optimized your server for speed and proper server setup, compression, time to live, etc., optimize images, etc.

For example, I tested your page here:
https://gtmetrix.com/reports/top10reviewz.in/2UlrZtmY

Page Load Time
15.9s

Total Page Size
4.05MB

Requests
212

————-
For optimum page, you should serve less than 50 requests, page size should be under 1MB, 2MB for a photo site perhaps with a lot of uncompressed images, and page load should be as close to 1 second as possible, and not more than 4 seconds.

You have a lot of work to do to optimize your website.

Good luck!
