As I have stated above, the theme is still 7.3 but the fix was implemented after 7.3 was released. Please download the theme again, delete your current theme and install the freshly downloaded one. The version is the same but the fix will be present.
As an alternative, here is the fix needed:
Add this code in the mobile theme’s function.php:
td_global::$td_options = get_option(TD_THEME_OPTIONS_NAME); //read the theme settings once

Unfortunately, the mobile theme has not been designed to recognize all the Visual Composer shortcode because this concept has been thought to have very basic structure, clear, fast and use for using. Please notice that mobile theme is an optional plugin which can be used or not. If you are unhappy with it, you can simply disable the mobile plugin and the theme will be switched to the general mobile mode.

The footer in the mobile theme cannot be removed from the Theme panel, but only if you use a bit of CSS code. For an accurate code, please notice that your website is needed to provide so I can inspect it closer.

Unfortunately, our theme does not have such an option for the mobile ad. If you want to do that, you will have to make some changes in core file in order to achieve as you wish and these involve custom work and we cannot provide this type of services, sorry! If you want to display more leaves in our theme and you are not aware of the steps in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you!

The dash is there because you removed the post date with css maybe but did not remove the dash. If you remove post date from the theme panel then the dash will also be removed. Please use this css for the dash:
.td-author-line{
display:none!important;
}
This will remove the dash on desktop as well so if you want to target only mobile devices you ned to use media queries:
@media(max-width:767px){
.td-author-line{
display:none!important;
}}

As for the views, you can customize them to position left with this code:

.td-post-comments, .td-post-views{
float:left!important;
}
.td-post-comments{
margin-right:8px;
}

and again if you want it only on mobile:
@media(max-width:767px){
.td-post-comments, .td-post-views{
float:left!important;
}
.td-post-comments{
margin-right:8px;
}}

However I have only tested this css on the default post template. Different post templates can have different results so you will have to target each post template with it;s unique class in order to get the css right on all of them.

There was a glitch in the previous update regarding this mobile theme issue. Please download the theme package again from envato as the fix was implemented in the new version. (it is still 7.3) You can use this guide to update your theme: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ (the automatic update will not work this time as the version is not changed.)

If you are using the Mobile Theme, please notice that the Always Sticky menu not working. For an accurate code regarding on your background color, please provide your website URL so I can inspect it closer and also, the user/password, so I can access it.
