Hello lbinternet1,
If you are using the Mobile Theme plugins fo your mobile mode, please notice that this do not render the Visual Composer shortcode and that’s why you will get these shortcodes. The mobile theme concept has been designed to have a very basic structure to improve the page speed loading on mobile. For more information about our mobile theme, please refer to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thanks for your message!
Hello
As usual good theme, I noticed the new change on your theme is different from the old one. I want to do the social media buttons on the widget however after put all the information as instructed its not showing the FB counts, it goes to the FB page if you click on the link but it does not show the count on the website.
Second – how can I solve this problem in the home when viewing the website on your mobile?

Hello shivamyadav850580,
If you are using the mobile theme plugins, please notice that you will have to add your ad code here -> http://screencast.com/t/6OqnKplt
Thanks for your message!
Hello Gabo,
Unfortunately, we cannot offer another solution in this regard because the theme has not been designed to use two different menus on the desktop and mobile mode, sorry! Please notice that you can develop our theme and add some options to add another menu for mobile but it requires custom work and we cannot provide this service at the moment, sorry! If you are not aware of these steps, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hey,
I have added ads in footer text widgets. They are showing the desktop version of the website but are not working the mobile theme. How do i fix it?
Thanks,
Hi Catalin,
Thanks for your reply. Do you guys have another solution then for this problem? Because I don’t see the point of offering mega menu’s for categories if there is no solution handed for the mobile version. Looking forward to your respons. Best, Gabo
Hello,
The sidebar was not added to the mobile theme so that is a default behavior of the theme. The menu on the other hand should work so please disable all plugins except visual composer and the mobile theme, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Then test the mobile menu again.
let us know if you still have trouble with the menu.
Thank you!
Hello,
This is not an issue but the mobile theme in action. You use the optional mobile theme plugin which converts the homepage to the predefined layout as this guide shows: https://forum.tagdiv.com/search/mobile+theme/
IF you do not like the mobile theme you can always disable it as it;s not mandatory. The theme is responsive without the plugin. it is just an alternative.
Thank you!
Mobile theme is not working properly here: http://www.filmfree.org/ . Menu doesn’t work. Also sidebar is not showing in mobile. How can I fix these problems? Thanks.
Hello,
Unfortunately the mobile theme homepage is fixed/predefined. It cannot be changed from any settings at the moment. Please read this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thank you!
Hi
My Website facing a problem in the mobile version.
The Big Grid doesn’t appear in the mobile version.
Please head to this link. http://www.newstream.asia/
Hello,
I have tested this on our end but could not replicate the issue. This seems indeed to be a caching issue but not from our end :). Please use wp super cache not other plugisn like w3tc or wprocket and use this guide to set it up: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/. Make sure you clear cache before switching caching plugins.
Also check your server cache and cdn server and fiddle with the settings a bit as these are very different from case to case and they could also affect the mobile/desktop versions.
Thank you!
Hello Gabo,
Unfortunately, our theme does not have such an option that offers you a simple way to change the structure of menu on mobile mode, sorry! If you want to do these changes, please notice that this is not a simple task and require to do some additional customizations through code that involve custom work. If you are not aware of the steps in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide customization services at the moment, sorry!
Thanks for your understanding!
Error: The mobile theme path couldn’t be set. Please check if you already have another mobile theme plugin active and disable it (ex. Jetpack Mobile Theme or similar). If you use a cache plugin clear it before checking the results.
Hi, Where does the mobile version for the home page pull it’s information from? On the normal “Home Page” under pages, it has nothing under the Mobile Editor, but it defaults to “Latest News” only. I can’t seem to find anywhere where I can manipulate this home page in the mobile version eg. When I click on any news categories, it has a 3 x featured images of some articles.
But it doesnt show these 3 x images of featured articles on the home page in the mobile version. It just shows the latest articles etc. I’ve tried for ages to try and find a way to add these featured images with their headlines onto the home page like all the other categories but I can’t find out where?
There must be some default setting that I have missed somewhere?
Hello,
A few days ago, I posted about the problems I have in my mobile theme which appeared in some tablets. Today I got a dual boot tablet, it has both Android 5.1 and Windows 10.
In Windows 10, the site is in desktop mode, as it is intended to appear. Everything is fine.
In Android, the site appears with its mobile theme, as in most tablets that I tried before.
So, same tablet, same site, two versions. I think it’s probably something on your end to check, if it was something like my cache plugins then both version should appear the same (mobile theme).
I hope this feedback helps!
Hi Bogdan, thank for the quick reply. I understand now that the theme does not offer the mega menu post on the mobile version.
I also understand I will have to add urls to the menu item, to create sub menu. However, the same menu is shown on the desktop and the mobile version. Is there a way to only change the mobile menu?
Hi,
Well they cannot work properly as the mega-menu does not show up on mobile if there are no sub-menu items. You will have to add a url to that menu item as the mobile menu will only show menus, not posts like the mega-menu on desktop. If your custom link leads to “#” and there are no sub-menus under it, there will be nothing to show and the link will be empty. Please add an url to your menu items.
Thank you!
Dear Bogdan,
Thanks for the reply. I can confirm that the menu items: MBO / HBO & WO, work fine on the mobile version. However, the menu items: Actueel / Team, are not working properly. These are the mega menu with post images. I cant click on those items on the mobile version. So the menu items is visible but does not create a dropdown with at least the titles of the posts. The desktop version is working fine though. Looking forward to your reply. Best, Gabo
Hello shoguns60,
Please notice that this is the way that was designed the Mobile Theme regarding on Smart List and it is not a simple task to change the structure of it, sorry! However, if you want to change this, please notice that you will have to alter the code from the td_smart_list_mob_1.php core file, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/VU3KoUqD which is so sensible feature that if you do not have a solid experience in this regard you can break this. If you are not aware of the steps in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide customization services at the moment, sorry!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello Mihael Sanko,
Please try to purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system, clear server caches for your dedicated server and if you do not have any access to do it, please request this to your hosting provider and use only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and not untested plugins to rule out the conflicting between plugins. However, if your problem is still there, please make a new clean install from scratch and check the results. Our theme is fully tested with mobile theme plugin and should not appear any issue in this regard because it work as properly.
Thanks for your understanding!
