OK, I got the header ad working on desktop by uploading your theme to another installation and then importing the sample data and pulling it from the theme panel

Thank you for your reply.
1. I have no added plugins active other than the ones you supplied.
2. I have installed your speed booster plugin and activated it.
3. I am using only your default demo and your content with no modifications.
4. The pagespeed insight still gives me terrible readings of 28 for mobile and 32 for desktop.
5. Other themes give me 70-100 for both so clearly the issue isn’t with my hosting.
6. After running pagespeed insight and activating ONLY your plugins, I get the following for mobile:
“Should Fix:
Enable compression
Leverage browser caching
Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content
Minify CSS
Consider Fixing:
Prioritize visible content
Minify HTML
Reduce server response time”
For desktop, I get:

Unfortunately, our theme has not been designed to use two differents menus for desktop and mobile version, sorry! Please notice that is not a simple task and to accomplish that involve custom work. We will consider in our next major update, adding some options that offer you the way to change the menu for desktop/mobile version.

Is it possible to register another menu for mobile devices?
I want desktop browsers to use the default menu while mobile devices to use another menu.
I understand it would be problematic on some larger devices – is it at all possible to switch between 2 different menus when switching from landscape view to a view where menu will be switched?
I saw significant change in the google page speed insight after I figured out that my Gzip compression was not turned on although a test showed it was on. As soon as I turned it on, the speed went up significantly, to 80+. But on mobile sites it’s still hovering around 50.
I have noted that turning off the Unique articles feature helps the speed go up (makes sense to me) but it’s an important feature for us.
My question is, if I turn off Unique articles and instead use the Offset post feature, will it help increase the page speed or will it be the same if I apply it throughout the page? In other words, my question is, if by using the Offset feature instead of Unique articles, if the visible result on the homepage is as good as it would be using the Unique articles, will it make any improvement in the page loading time?

I just installed your theme on my site and then installed the default demo (with content). I didn’t change anything else. After running Google’s Pagespeed insights, I got 19/100 for mobile and 24/100 for desktop. Other WordPress themes I tried get MUCH better ratings than this (closer to 80/100). This is unacceptable.
What is the problem with your theme?

I’ve just noticed on my site (www.expeditionaustralia.com.au) and on your demo site for Newspaper 6 that when you add items to the cart in woocommerce on a mobile (iPhone 6 in my case) there is no way to remove them from the cart.
The cross that is visible to the left of the product on desktop view is not there in mobile view.
I’ve checked the cart on the Woothemes site and it is there – I’ve also checked one of their case study sites (www.striiiipes.com) and is is working there as well.
Is this an issue with the Newspaper 6 theme?

The top menu was hidden on the mobile devices with css as a design choice by the developers. It can be reactivated though but we will require a link to your website so I can create the code directly.

Unfortunately there is no option for this but you could try to use the td-all-devices class and simply hide the ad for mobile with css.

The following problems is regarding your theme NEWSMAG and my website https://www.rukielnino.com
1). Your theme does not support “TECNO”phone browsers- TECNO mobile phones is used by 80% of Africans (600 million people) so am quite surprised your theme does not support the Techno phone browsers! When I type in my website URL or your theme Demo URL, your theme design looks like garbage/trash on TECNO phones!
2). I noticed that the photos on my website big thumbnails does not fit in properly to its thumbnail container- thereby giving blank space on the big slider images! Can’t you specify on your next update for photos to automatically fit in to thumbnail container?
3). On my homepage,when I try to show more than one category of post on a particular block, it won’t allow me select multiple categories on a block, I must have to choose only one category on each block and your theme documentation states I can select multiply categories on a particular block but why I try to do so, it won’t allow me- so why is this an issue????

4) There is one particular feature/plugin your theme Newsmag is lacking and that’s a membership plugin that will be customized by your developers and bundled along with your next version, a membership plugin that will support payment gateway like stripe/PayPal – if a membership feature is added to your theme- people will purchase your theme even if you raise your price of theme to $5,000.
You have woo-commerce/speed booster plugin with your Newsmag but why not a membership plugin to make a difference from other themes on themeforest????
5). Am using Wp super cache plugin and SSL CERTICATE and MAXCDN is that the reason why post views are not being displayed on my website and it always say 0 even when I get over 6,000 views on a particular post?????? I guess not, will you fix this on your next update?

I installed Yoast SEO Glue and AMP plugin on my website http://www.bigscreenhouse.com and when i check Accelerated Mobile Pages on Google Search Console I found that one page is indexed and 3 AMP pages with errors. I am using an outside ad server (not Google) and use the same ad for desktop and tablets and a different ad code for mobile. The ads all appear as they should using the four codes like the instructions:

The problem is that the stats on the ad server are not correct since this calls the ads three times and calls the mobile ad for each page load. This inflates the stats for the ads with three times the correct number for desktop and tablets and calls the mobile code even if it is not shown.
Is there a way to use a single code for all but mobile?
Is there a way to not load all four ad codes each time the page is loaded?

I have checked your website on the mobile mode and I noticed that is not working. Also, I have checked your console and I saw that you have some js errors -> http://screencast.com/t/Mez2clOBHzaV. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. Please try this advice and let us know if after this your problem persists.

Yes, that’s because on Saturday I worked on the header with my colleague—we made some css changes. But what we notice is that in the header style with full logo [style 9 upwards], the mobile logos don’t show on the mobile screens. That seems to be a bug because when a mobile logo has been provided, the theme should show it. For mobile, it should show 280×96 for retina and 140×48 for normal screens. Instead, it is showing the size 544×180, which is meant for desktops. You can see in the screenshot you sent to me –> http://screencast.com/t/bzGwqyTB

Thank you for taking the time to look over this. The first set of code adds the social links to the bottom of the mobile menu, but removes the social links at the top of the website on desktop. I’m trying to keep the social links on desktop on the website, but just add them to the bottom of the menu section on mobile.

Basically. This is exactly what I’m trying to achieve, except not warped/stretched as I have had to expand the image over photoshop. Is this possible?
