Hi,
We didn’t tested this and that’s why we can’t provide you a full guide to disable theme on mobile. We plans in future to create/add an option for this.
The javascript files are located here and I was referring to some functions that’s apply on mobile: http://screencast.com/t/Xc9sHUQrDb
Thanks!
Hi,
I have a small problem with the menu.
When I view it on mobile, the menu toggles to the mobile version which is great.
The problem I’m having is when viewing the website on an Ipad, the menu does not change to the mobile version and the menu drops to two lines, which does not look so great.
I had a feeling there was a problem with the toggle, that the width is too small but I can’t seem to find the file to change.
Please let me know if you could help me?
Kind Regards
Tyron Frahm
Thanks so much
Hi Lucian,
I am pretty new to mobile compatibility!
But that worked perfectly. Site is starting to look great on the mobile.

Hi guys,
I have google custom search results code in a page, I added the code in visual composer. The thing is that when i look from mobile results are cutted and not responsive. what can I do regarding this?
Thanks!
You can see my sites …
production site now live with Newsmag as of this past weekend; this was old news portal in our network moved from ooooold pre 2009 template system, and still tweaking: http://floridanewswire.com
And here is my test (hobby) magazine site- http://ga-ga.com – which is an ongoing process as I’m basically rescuing content from several of our “defunct” websites and moving them into ONE shiny new place while we’re doing original content as well… it’s not technically a live/promoted site, even though it’s being shared in social – it’s not in Google News, for example, while the Florida site is.
Sites are not fully optimized… meaning minification and font optimization not yet done, as I had done with Newspaper theme. In any case they look great on all devices (well. logos still need to be tweaked for mobile …. but that’s my job, not the theme’s problem).
Hi,
@OnlineThemes As Chris stated the @media queries are used to style the content for mobile screen widths. You can edit the thumb’s css file and search for @media (max-width: 767px) and remove them, leaving just the style for tablet which is under @media (min-width: 768px) and (max-width: 1023px): http://screencast.com/t/5pibBDJP33d
I suggest you backup your current theme installation before you alter it so that you can revert back to it if something goes wrong.
Hope this helps!
Thanks
How can i make all the images on the slider the same size on mobile? Would like the bottom two posts the same size as the top ones.

I know, but I have seen some themes where you can disable the responsive styles.
I have run a magazine as my work, and I need the adds, so I needs the adds so visible as possible, thats way I don’t want the mobile version 🙂
Oki Thanks for help guys.
Can you tell my wich javascript files I shall look into ?
Or is is maby easier to deactivated the whole responsive feature?
I come from a small counrty where people don’t google the website.
It is a famous website over the whole country.
The ads is really annoing with the mobile version.
Also, not a good idea as the site would not then pass Google’s new mobile ready label program for phone users.
REF:
Wondering if your site will qualify for Google’s new mobile-friendly labels or be ready for a potential mobile-friendly ranking boost? Google has a new tool to help.
The new tool is at https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/mobile-friendly and it basically gives you a pass or fail grade. Either it tells you that you are mobile friendly or you are not mobile friendly.
Hi,
Please also provide your site’s URL so I can inspect this and also let me kow which header style you use and which logo you refer too(mobile logo/desktop logo).
Please let me know!
Thanks
Hello,
I want to ask if it possible to disable the mobile version of the theme ?
So the theme only have 2 responsive formats, The big one, and ipad.
So if you go to the theme in a mobliephone, then you se the ipad verison off css ?
I like the homepage-newspaper style. But I want to display the titles of the slides below images on the mobile version only. Is it possible?
Thanks.
Hi.
I’m experiencing some troubles with the mobile version of the Newspaper theme on my website didolines-nails.com
The first problem is with the BigSlider. When I’m in a mobile mode it is impossible to click the links in the slider. Actually you can click but nothing will happen. I tried it on my browser I have the same problem. If you change the size of the window and if you try to click the links in the slider, nothing will happen.
The second problem is that on a mobile device such as an iPad or iPhone, when I open a post, about 2 min after opening it I get the message “A problem occurred with this webpage so it was reloaded”. Why is the page reloaded continuously? Many of my readers complained to me about that issue.
When troubleshooting this problem I noticed that it occurs on the first time visiting my website from a mobile device. It happens particularly when you click on a link from the homepage while the homepage isn’t fully charged. The article opens, and then after a few minutes I’ll get a loop with the page loading, and the message appearing.
Once I let the homepage charge fully, I didn’t experience that problem anymore. Any idea of where the problem is coming from?
Thank you in advance for your help.
Hi. I do not use adsense but, other non responsive banners. If i paste code in header section (728×90), I have of course a good result for desktop, but in mobile version, that banner is (of curse) half cutted on the right.
How cain I modify css in order to fit banners in mobile version?
Thanks.
Hi,
The arrows are hidden by default on mobile screens, you can use this custom css to display them: http://screencast.com/t/hzSqXu0J
.td-gallery-controls-wrapper {
display: inline-block;
}
Thanks!

Well, all those images coming off wp.com need to be optimized.
The ads from ‘juice’ and ‘4wnet’ are not well optimized.
Try looking at one of your post pages with gtmetrix.com as that will give you better help and guidance on what you need to fix. Note that anything loaded from external source, like ad networks, images, etc., all slow your site down. So, you need to work out tradeoffs on limiting ads for mobile, like only showing ONE ad on mobile devices not 4-5, etc.
is there any way to add arrows so people know they can scroll to either side, it looks just like a picture and not a gallery

Hi,
One of your custom blocks has float on mobile and the sidebar height goes over it, that’s why the buttons and other elements on that section are not clickable – http://screencast.com/t/HIT1m5j0WvW http://screencast.com/t/FNAsMHcHerQ
Add the following css inside Theme Panel -> Custom CSS:
@media (max-width: 767px){
.ec_product_details_page {
float: none;
}}
Thank you, Emil G.
Adding to these:
1. is there any way to show a message when a coment has been posted? I’m using a cache plugin to handle the traffic and it purges cache only when articles are published, so when a user publishes a comment he just gets a reloaded page with no comment or message in it.
2. How can I make the borders separating widget blocks on the home page thicker ?
3. How can I add a separator betweet articles in the mobile page? Right now they are not separate and it is cumbersome to navigate through the front page.
4. How can I change the border color for the delimiters in the front page?
5. How can I separate the lines between borders in the front page?
Multumesc!
Hi,
The categories inside some of the block modules are not visible on desktop. You can only see the tops of them. For instance in block 1,2,6 the category is barely visible. On mobile everything looks correct.
Also, on the Demo version when set to the “Tech” stack after the “Big Grid” block you have “Latest Articles” set to full size pictures the rest of the way down until the footer. What block is that? I have block 13 set right now but the post title is below the image and not above like in the demo..? I have block 14 above 13 and need space because the images are touching each other. Hope that all makes sense. Any and all help you can provide is greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Thank you but its on mobile browsers not PC browsers.
The problem is with individual products like this link on iphones and android devices
https://www.cctvcorp.com/store/bnc-female-to-bnc-female-connector-single/
thanks for trying though
My ecommerce products cannot be purchased. The buttons are not active and the theme does not allow them to work when using mobile phones.
You can replicate in a browser by simply shrinking up the sides of the browser. Once you go under 768 px in width, the sidebar column drops down below, as it should, however, the theme has it completely covering from top to bottom the column_container and it is not tiling and starting near the bottom of the content at that point as it should.
We should make that container tile under and start from the bottom of the actual content container.
Hello,
I wanted to change my sidebar to the left, but has one problem she appear before the post in the cell – even read here in the forum you are working to resolve this.
Well, was wondering if you can disable or hide the siderbar only in mobile. That way I have the sidebar on the left on the desktop and my content first on mobile.
Thanks.
