Hi Mick, I just checked the mobile version of the website and there seems to be a problem with the way of the logo is displaying – https://i.imgur.com/X28vemy.png. This is over the menu.
What I suggest is to check the log on the website to see if the problem persists. If the problem is resolved, then you must check the settings from the cache plugin.
Thank you!
Hi,
If you have a mobile page then you can duplicate it without problems, go to pages and look if that page is a mobile page, if it is then just duplicate it – https://i.imgur.com/UR4479w.png
Thank you!
Hi,
If you are using the headers from tagDiv Standard Pack and not cloud templates, then you can change the color from theme panel > theme colors > mobile menu https://i.imgur.com/0AsFBNM.png. Now if you have the plugin tagDiv mobile theme plugin installed, then you need to check the settings mentioned in this guide – https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thank you!
Hi,
I created a links page for articles I want to make available from Instagram. This is a replacement for the LinkTree service, to keep my own branding and traffic directly to my own website, rather than through a third party.
The Links page inherits the Header from my site and displays the header, logo, and menu. When I interact with the rendered page, the layout of the header shifts.
I include a link to an image showing the problem: https://www.hrheadquarters.ie/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/Instagram-logo-shift.jpg
Link to the Instagram account: https://www.instagram.com/hr.headquarters/#
All the best,
Mick
Hi,
I am having a problem with the mobile hamburger not being available on first page load.
It is not selectable when the homepage loads but will become available when the page is refreshed or by navigating to another page.
Website: https://hrheadquarters.ie
Affects iPhone Chrome and Safari.
Wordpress 6.8.3
Newspaper Theme 12.7.3
AMP is enabled for the site.
Caching: WPMUDev Hummingbird and Super Page Cache. Cloudflare is integrated
Thanks,
Mick
Hi,
I am using the default Theme Header (no Cloud Template assigned), but in:
Theme Panel → Header → Mobile Header
there is no option to change the mobile header background color.
The mobile header is stuck as black, and:
The panel does not show a background color picker
Custom CSS does not override the black background
It seems like my installation is using a header style without mobile color controls, or the CSS is hard-coded and overriding everything.
Can you please tell me:
How to change the mobile header background color (I need it to be #1e40b0)
Whether my header style should have a color option
Which selector controls the mobile header background in my version
Whether this is a bug in the Newspaper header system
Thank you.
Hi everyone,
I’m having an issue with the mobile version of my homepage. Whenever I click “Load more” on any post block (for example, Block 7, but it happens with all blocks), the additional posts load without their featured images. The articles appear, but the images simply don’t load.
I’ve tried multiple solutions, but nothing has worked so far.
Does anyone have an idea what might be causing this or how to fix it?
Thanks in advance!
Hi,
To use the responsive version, just make sure that you do not have the tagDiv Mobile theme plugin (or/amp amp plugin). After this is checked and confirmed, this plugin is not used, or in case it is, it is disabled and deleted. Please check if you have made any mobile pages https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/ if you have mobile pages make sure those are not assigned on pages and cloud templates (for templates, is simple, you can see it in cloud templates if there are any mobile templates – https://i.imgur.com/mgvfs0y.png )
After that, just learn all the ache, the responsive version will be used.
The newspaper theme has three available solutions for the mobile version:
1. Responsive Desktop Version – The default responsive layout that adjusts to mobile screens using tagDiv Composer – https://i.imgur.com/apZQZ0o.png
2. Mobile Page/Template – A custom mobile layout that can be created using the tagDiv Composer.
3. tagDiv Mobile Theme Plugin – A separate mobile theme that provides a dedicated mobile experience but is limited in edits and changes.
Hi,
I’m glad you managed to resolve it.
If you want to adjust the fonts, you can use the theme panel settings > theme fonts > mobile menu – https://i.imgur.com/q5KDEjO.png for colors, check the theme panel section Theme Colors > Mobile menu – https://i.imgur.com/00wevS7.png if you want, you can also set a background image – https://i.imgur.com/0wq8IBd.png
I hope this will help you!
Thank you for your reply.
I have been testing simultaneously while waiting for your answer. I deactivated the previously used plugins one by one and then re-enabled the “Show Mobile Menu” feature under Theme panel – Mobile header.
The Mobile Menu feature is now working properly. I’m not sure if my procedure was correct, but it is functional.
However, I would also like to ask how I can set its appearance, such as the font size or the background color, as I cannot find the settings location for these options.
I followed the instructions on creating mobile versions. Now that those are in place, how do I remove them and use the responsive theme version of Today News? Without getting a different header on every device?

HI,
I checkeed the mobiule version and it appers to be a mobile menu on the webiste https://i.imgur.com/5fWTtLI.png
If you still have the mobile menu not saving issue, please test by using only the tagDiv plugins, make the edits, and see if they save. Sometimes, an extra plugin can interfere.
Thank you!
Hello tagDiv Support Team and Community,
I am facing a critical issue while attempting to set up the Mobile Menu in the tagDiv Composer header builder. The setting fails to save, resulting in a non-functional mobile menu.
Detailed Problem Description
- Desktop Header (Working): I used the standard Header Main Menu element for the desktop version. I successfully selected the custom menu I created via the “Select menu” dropdown. After saving, the desktop menu displays and functions perfectly on the live site.
- Mobile Header (Not Working / Bugged): I am using the Responsive Design settings to add a dedicated Mobile Menu element for mobile viewports. I select my custom menu using the “Select menu” dropdown and then click Save (Publish button).
- Result on Live Site: The mobile header displays the Hamburger Icon, but it is not clickable (non-functional).
- The Saving Issue (The Core Bug): When I return to the editor (tagDiv Composer), the Mobile Menu element has reverted its selection. The “Select menu” dropdown has reset itself back to the default state: “-Select menu-“ (instead of displaying the menu I chose). If I re-select the menu and save again, the problem immediately repeats.
Request for Assistance
This appears to be a bug where the editor fails to persistently store the menu selection for the Mobile Menu element.
Has anyone encountered this issue, or can the tagDiv team advise on a fix?

Hi Calin,
Thank you for your reply. I haven’t set up the tagDiv Mobile theme yet, so I have temporarily deactivated it.
Hi,
This situation appears when the plugin tagDiv Mobile theme is installed, which will overwrite the responsive version of the website. My recommendation is to disable and delete the tagDiv Mobile theme plugin, clear the cache and check the results, the website will display the responsive version.
Thank you!
Hi,
The layout from your second image usually appears when the tagDiv Mobile theme plugin is used. I recommend disabling the plugin and using the responsive version.
Thank you!
Hi,
That is the mobile menu element from tagDiv Composer. Unfortunately, that element cannot be edited to change the way it works.
What you can do is create your own mobile menu using the elements you prefer. To do this, you can create a page and then use the Popup element for that page, so when the popup menu is triggered, it opens that page as a mobile menu.
Additionally, you can use elements such as “Menu Login”.
Hi,
You need to use the tagdiv Composer to edit the header version on mobile – https://i.imgur.com/cK5z1c5.png – https://i.imgur.com/7Jy7u1x.png (you can set everything you want in the mobile menu zone, this will not be displayed on desktop).
Hello,
I’m experiencing an issue with my website where the desktop version displays correctly, but the mobile version is completely broken and does not load the theme properly.
Here’s what I’ve already done to try to fix the problem:
Removed AMP completely.
Cleared all cache (plugin cache, hosting/server cache, and browser cache).
Regenerated permalinks.
Cleared the Newspaper theme cache.
Despite this, the mobile version still does not display the normal responsive theme layout. My goal is for the site to load the same Newspaper theme design on both desktop and mobile (standard responsive version), without using AMP.
Could you please check what is causing the mobile view to break and help me resolve this issue?
Thank you in advance.

Hi there,
I am experiencing a strange issue that I am struggling to fix. I have created a custom template for one of my categories. On the page, I have two rows. The first is full-width, the second is split into two 50% width columns. Each section uses the inline text element. I have used the extra class on the row and two columns to allow for a scroll to navigation.
The top row has a background image with white text. The row below with the two columns has a normal white background with black text. The page looks perfect on desktop, but when viewed on mobile, the two columns below seem to inherit the white text from the row above. The title element for the sections is also a completely different format on mobile to the other titles. Narrowing the browser to mimic mobile still works as intended.
I have viewed on iOS and Android. Tested on Chrome and Safari and it is broken on both.
The page in question is https://baitingtheswim.co.uk/category/fishing-competitions/fishomania/ The sections are FishOMania 2025 Qualifier Dates, Previous FishOMania Winners and About FIshOMania. The last two are the ones that break on mobile.
Any idea why this is happening. I have tried to force black text in the composer, deleted the whole row with two columns and create again. It just doesn’t seem to work.
The only way I have managed to force black text is by adding custom CSS in theme panel, but that changes the titles and link colours in those sections even though I haven’t specified to touch links or header elements.
Good morning, in principle it is resolved that all the columns appear, you just have to be careful with how I configure the homepage for these things.
Regarding the HEADER, it is clear that in mobile horizontal size the ‘deporteadaptado’ header logo stops being visible and I can’t find a way to make both logos visible without changing everything on the page, but well, I will keep looking for solutions.
Thanks for everything.
Hi,
Do you use the responsive theme version? https://i.imgur.com/xx9VO9X.png – https://i.imgur.com/dsBxxBL.png If so, then the elements added on the desktop will also be displayed on mobile.
Now in case you created a mobile page, then when you edit the desktop version the mobile page will not be updated since it is a different page.
If you want to have the same layout, just use the responsive version, no mobile page or mobile theme plugin.
Hi,
Unfortunately, the provided image is not working, but I see on mobile that the hamburger menu is working – https://i.imgur.com/iBfqvGt.png
For some reason, when editing the “Today news” theme, sections will not show consistently for mobile device. I can add sections to the regular and mobile themes, and those sections simply will not show on an actual mobile device, even though it shows in a browser when switching between desktop, mobile and tablet.
