I updated some plugins last night and ever since, my front page isn’t loading right, but posts are?
I have no idea what is going on here.
https://natisports.net/ won’t load on mobile and on desktop it won’t load images
but if you go to an actual post like https://natisports.net/cincinnati-reds/emilio-pagan-signs-back-with-reds/
it loads fine?
Any ideas what this could be
Hi,
Unfortunately, I do not understand. I do not see the situation you are saying, only the header menu that is not displayed on mobile. Could you please provide a screenshot of this?
Thank you!
Good morning,
In your screenshot, the “fedeacyl licenses” column is also hidden. If you view it on a computer, or even resize it in your browser, all the columns appear. However, on mobile, only “fedeacyl licenses” and the “accidents” section are visible; as I mentioned, “fedeacyl licenses” remains hidden.
Let me explain how it’s laid out.
Row. It occupies the entire space with the page name.
Row with separator.
Row divided into two columns: one has the information for “fedeacyl licenses” and the other for “Feddi licenses”.
Row with HTML containing the “action process” table.
As I said, it’s very strange because everything is visible on the computer, and if you reduce the page size, you first see the page name, then “fedeacyl licenses”, then “Feddi licenses”, and finally “sports accident table”.
I’ve looked at the header and I can’t figure it out.
Thanks for your time and I hope you can help.
Hi,
I just checked the page and for me both columns, the first one is https://i.imgur.com/xGk54Dl.png, https://i.imgur.com/ikNoZ9N.png what I do not see if the mobile header.

Thank you!
When activate tagdiv mobile theme (plugin) – mobile theme don’t display on mobile.
Since working with wordpress 6.9
Good morning.
I’ve attached the link to the page so you can tell me if there’s a problem or if I’ve done something wrong. As I mentioned, I created the page from scratch, and the column that doesn’t appear on the phone is the one for “Fedeacyl licenses.”
While I’m at it, the banner on the left never appears in landscape tablet mode, and no logo appears on mobile, even though it does appear on the homepage.
Thank you very much, and I hope there’s a solution, because many of the pages will be in that format.
I have attached both pics.
This just started and nothing has changed on my end.

The entire section almost like its forcing a mobile view? But no images can be seen. This is acorss all devies and only on this one section
Good evening.
I created a page with TagDivComposer, which has a title, then a body with two columns, and then an image below it. The layout looks perfect in the design, and I can edit it for all device sizes. However, when I open it on a mobile phone, only the title, the right column, and the bottom image appear; the left column is hidden. If I rotate the phone to landscape mode, the space where the left column should be is empty.
What could be the reason? It’s really frustrating.
Thank you very much.
Same with me. I also have a white screen on the mobile version and it’s only on the home page.
Today I did a WordPress update to 6.9. Since my site doesnt work at the Homepage. The desktop Version is running but with a lot of issues and the mobile version is just blanc. Here u see also a mobil error As i see, the error is only on the startpage/homepage. Here is the site I am talking about https://gastroportal.at/
How do i hide certain element fromm showing on mobile device?
Hi,
Do you use the mobile page template? https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
Please clear all cache, including css cache.
Thank you!
Hi,
It will be need to use tagDiv Composer to change the menu – https://forum.tagdiv.com/main-menu/ https://i.imgur.com/BlGDAPu.png https://i.imgur.com/TDLF5iN.png please set it on mobile too – https://i.imgur.com/hHCMMoT.png
Thank you!
My header ad at HowNotToSail.com seems to be blocked on some browsers (it just shows a blue rectangle instead of the ad), even with very basic HTML code in the Theme Panel > Header Ad box, like:
<div class="td-all-devices">
<a href="https://example.com" target="_self" rel="noopener"><img src="https://example.com/Header-Ad.jpg" /></a>
</div>
How can I fix this? It’s not a mobile vs. desktop issue (it displays fine on some mobile devices), but I suspect there’s some code buried somewhere in the theme PHP regarding Google Adsense or something, which I don’t need, and which might be causing the issue?
Thanks!
Hi,
Please check it via email.
The situation was that you made some mobile templates, but the header and footer for the mobile templates weren’t converted.
Thank you!
HI Annamaria,
For further information, if a column is marked as sticky, it’s good in Desktop, landscape, and disappears anyway for mobile. But in portrait, it stays, even if I disable sticky. It ends up having a ghosting effect, where it hovers over/under the content. I have 3 sites with newspaper, and it happens on all of them.
Its quite a serious problem. Any idea when it will be fixed.
thanks
Hi Levaire,
If you want a simple menu, you can just use the mobile menu option ( https://i.imgur.com/rmRwW7z.png ). In this case, there’s no need to create anything custom.
However, if you want a fully customized menu that looks exactly the way you prefer, then you can follow the method described above. This is only necessary if you need something special. For a simple setup, using the theme’s built-in header and mobile menu elements is the easiest solution.
Hi,
Please go to plugins and see if you have the tagDiv Mobile theme plugin installed (also look for the amp plugin). If you have them, please disable those plugins, clear the cache, and check again. The problem should be resolved.
Hi,
This situation usually occurs when you are using both the AMP and the mobile theme. My recommendation is to disable both plugins and use the theme’s responsive version instead, as there is no longer a need for an AMP version.
To do this, go to your website dashboard > Plugins, disable the AMP plugin, then clear all cache. This should resolve the issue.
Thank you!
Hi,
Please select an element from the page and if it appears to have only 2 viewports like this – https://i.imgur.com/qxokRl4.png then you edit a mobile page https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/ and not the main page.
I’m struggling with this too. There’s seriously no way just to enable a menu across the entire site and have it show up on all platforms without building a custom “modal” (whatever that is) to get the main menu to show up on mobile platforms?
My homepage/category pages and tags pages on mobile when clicking does not work on menu and search icon.
Thank you, that works fine, let me ask one more, as the image below how can i remove this button says ( exit mobile version )
https://www.maslaxcabletv.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/11/WhatsApp-Image-2025-11-29-at-6.50.05-PM.jpeg
NB: the image is cropped mobile phone screenshot.
I am so lost also –
I Have a new template as the homepage for my website –
No ads are showing on the desktop when viewing my site. I view it from mobile phone and a few ads show up in multiple places. I don’t have a different template set for mobile – no ad boxes – nothing to edit. Totally lost as to why they are showing Tagdiv ads.
