Hello,
I checked and the images are loading on mobile -> https://we.tl/t-85J1zLS5y2 but that delay may appear from an activated lazy load and it takes a few milliseconds until the images are loaded.
Thank you!
Hi Bettina,
Please read the thread, because what you have said: “This is a default mobile modal, so it can not be customized with the TagDiv Composer” doesn’t seem to be relevant.
Hello Bettina,
Your solution did not work. Using my browser’s inspector, I can get a class (something like tdi_148) from a page and assign “display: none;” to it. But on another page this class will be different. So I will have to manually add more and more classes for every single page. Moreover, I may have several “Related article” blocks in one post.
Finally, I created my own classes and assigned them to each shortcoded element using the field Extra Class in TD composer:
@media (max-width: 767px){
.my-custom-hidden-mobile {
display: none;
}
}
@media (min-width: 768px){
.my-custom-visible-mobile {
display: none;
}
}
Now it works as expected. I get shortcode of the flex block and I insert it in many various posts on my site. They are properly hidden on mobile screens (or visible on bigger screens only).

Hello,
I have created custom mobile templates for all the pages in my website (I have not installed or activated the mobile plugin) as show here: https://postimg.cc/R3BHrg0v
When I try to access the website from a smartphone and tablet it shows the correct custom mobile templates but when I zoom the browser window on my PC and laptop above 300% instead of showing the custom mobile templates it shows the default mobile template as shown in the screenshots bellow.
1. Browser Tab in 100% zoom

2. Browser Tab in 300% zoom

3. Browser Tab in 400% zoom

4. Browser Tab in 500% zoom

I have not been able to figure out what causes this problem.
Hello,
I have checked my website on my phone several times and the images do not appear on the article pages.
When I install the AMP plugin and set the various options, the Newspaper theme for both desktop and mobile does not work. They don’t load the images or even the various graphic components.
Hi

Sandboxing (Experimental)
Try out a more flexible AMP by generating pages that use AMP components without requiring AMP validity! By selecting a sandboxing level, you are indicating the minimum degree of sanitization. For example, if you selected the loose level but have a page without any POST form and no custom scripts, it will still be served as valid AMP—the same as if you had selected the strict level.
Enable sandboxing experiment
Paired URL Structure
When using the Transitional or Reader template modes, your site is in a “Paired AMP” configuration. Your site’s canonical URLs are non-AMP, and the separate AMP versions of your pages have AMP-specific URLs. The structure of a paired AMP URL is not important, whether using a query parameter or path suffix. The use of a query parameter is the most compatible across various sites and it has the benefit of not resulting in a 404 if the AMP plugin is deactivated. Note: Changing the paired URL structure can cause AMP pages to temporarily disappear from search results until your site is re-indexed. If you’re migrating from another AMP plugin with a different paired URL structure, then you may want to change this setting. Otherwise we recommend leaving it as is. Learn more
There are one or more entities that are already using the “amp” URL slug. For this reason, you cannot currently use the path suffix or legacy reader paired URL structures. See below for the source of the slug conflict(s):
Tag: AMP (ID: 9265)
Query parameter: ?amp=1 (default)
Path suffix: /amp/ (unavailable due to slug conflict per above)
Legacy transitional: ?amp
Legacy reader: /amp/ & ?amp (unavailable due to slug conflict per above)

Redirect mobile visitors to AMP
Enable Developer Tools
Enable AMP developer tools to surface validation errors when editing posts and viewing the site.
This is a per-user setting. It presumes you have some experience coding with HTML, CSS, JS, and PHP. Once enabled you will have access to Validated URLs and Error Index in the admin menu, the Validate URL item in the admin bar, and the AMP Validation sidebar in the editor.
Use native HTML image tag
The native HTML can now be used instead of the AMP-specific <amp-img> tag. AMP no longer requires the latter because lazy-loading is now a feature of the Web platform. Using native images can further improve page performance, although not all AMP components have been updated to work with them (see example). If you have CSS that is specifically targeting <amp-img> tags, you will need to update them to target
instead (which can be done by default since such tags are automatically rewritten in CSS selectors when conversions are done).
Delete plugin data at uninstall
When you uninstall the plugin you have the choice of whether its data should also be deleted. Examples of plugin data include the settings, validated URLs, and transients used to store image dimensions and parsed stylesheets.

Yes, these options are configured exactly like this.
You can see from your mobile how it works perfectly in the HOME but not in the posts
I know how to inspect elements and read the classes.
But in this thread Calin recommended me to create a class and assign it to element (without necessity to dig its name with the browser’s inspector). Therefore my question was totally different.
I asked whether you have ready-to-use classes for hiding/displaying elements on various screen sizes. Then I cann assign such classes to particular elements to show/hide them. For example, xx-hide-on-mobile, xx-show-on-mobile, xx-hide-on-desktop etc
I used another theme in the past and they made such classes available for the users. It was very convenient in some situations.
Hello Alex!
This is a default mobile modal, so it can not be customized with the TagDiv Composer.
Thank you!
Thanks for your suggestion. Are there any standard classes to hide/display an element for mobile/tablet/phone etc, or do I have to develop and insert my own CSS classes into the Theme Panel/Custom code?
Hi,
I have a CLS issue on mobile.
Any ideas how can I solve this?
Thanx

Hello,
Unfortunately, for the mobile theme you can’t exclude the categories from the homepage.
Thank you!
Hi,
Our theme offers you the possibility to use the mobile version, the responsive version of the theme, the mobile page template and the mobile theme plugin.
In the mobile version, there are only certain elements that can be edited on the viewport, some are reflected on the desktop and mobile, if you want the mobile version to be completely different and you can edit it with tagdiv Composer, you can use the mobile page template.
Thank you!
Hi,
In case you still have problems with the amp version, can you please share the amp settings? Do you use the amp with the mobile theme plugin or without it?
Thank you!
Hello,
There was recently a theme update, but it was more for security, nothing was added or edited on the mobile side, and maybe the Google requirements have changed.
I found this topic that seems to be somehow similar – https://support.google.com/webmasters/thread/124529843/how-i-fix-google-core-web-vital-poor-urls?hl=en can you please give a link that has this problem so that I can do more checks and be able to offer you a better solution?
Thank you!
Hi,
The mobile theme plugin can be edited only in the plugin files or using css that can be applied in this section – https://i.imgur.com/DuASebW.png
Thank you!
Hi,
What I recommend in this situation is to set a class on that flex block – https://i.imgur.com/vyDez23.png and use a css to hide the featured image only for mobile. By doing this, there is no need to set that block twice and increase the size of the page.
Thank you!
Hi,
If you are using the mobile theme plugin, then you can check this guide for how to set it up – https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/
Also, please let me know if there is a special setting that you need to do.
Thank you!
I need the logo to be permanently at the top of the post when I scroll.
I activated the “stiky menu” function and on mobile it works on Home but not on posts.
Hello,
My website is having problems since the 12.3.1 Update. We lost Optin-Builder and all of our subscriber information after the update. We lost Post Formatting options and the posts have reverted back to default. Our mobile responsive mode formatting has also been lost and the formatting is broken.
I remember there was an additional step needed (perhaps a plugin?) for previous updates. Please advise.
I need help setting up my mobile theme.
Hi so my tech guy has advised me to ask if the td-multipurpose.ttf file in the following path:
This font has mutliple language fonts etc and is a very large file of 127kb.
I have a theme for desktop and a mobile theme. There’s a child theme used. How do I optimise this font feature? We only use English in our website. Thanks a lot!
Sorry, I ended up forgetting one detail: actually, I want a specific category not to appear on the mobile home page and not all categories. how I do? I want the posts from the Brazil category to not appear https://mobilidadesampa.com.br/category/brasil/
One set image with css as background image
Use an img type element that shows the full image
I don’t know what that means exactly, and I’m not sure what I can try with your guide.
Apply to my site with actions, not descriptions
I hope the mobile image is applied well like the real news theme

See the white line between the first and second thumbnails?
This is a bug error that also appears in Real News’ own default theme.
Check it yourself on your mobile. The size is not correct.
