Hello,
You can do the mobile sticky like in this video https://www.screencast.com/t/2Nk1I50l
Thank you!
Thank you I did it when I was trying to fix the missing content. I have one more question:
Can I make my top grid articles to be one below another on mobile from the composer without the mobile theme and AMP?
Hello!
I see. We will investigate and maybe we can introduce the Facebook like button in the Mobile Theme plugin too.
Thank you for understanding!
Hi,
I’d like to have sticky mobile horizontal menu on this website: mutuiconsap.it
in the same way of copenaghen.it (https://ibb.co/b6JRZTG)
thanks
Hellow,
I uninstall the mobile theme plugin and now the like button show.
But i need the mobile theme plugin please suggest the best solution.
Hello,
Do you use a mobile page? if yes, you need to convert the existing header/footer like this => https://www.screencast.com/t/HrjOBNayd
Please check this topic where I explained each mobile version -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-version-not-working-properly-2/
Thank you!
Hello,
When I see a post on mobile, its side menu gets mixed up with the text or I would say overlaps the post content. I did not enable the mobile theme. I may share the screenshot if you would need the same.
Also tell if I enable a mobile theme enabled, do I need to re-design all the posts.
Thanks
The way you mentioned, I have disabled the mobile theme plugin. But after that, the footer on mobile is not working properly. Whereas if I look at it in live edit preview, it’s fine here. Please tell me what should I do now. I am giving you the screenshot.

Hi tejbiranand, this situation is because the mobile theme plugin is enabled an this has a differed structure, so the pages need to be rebuild in the mobile editor -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/
If you want to use the responsive version, the you can simply disable the mobile theme plugin.
Thank you!
There’s nothing wrong with my mobile theme plugin, all I’m having issue with is the social share button not opening in new tab on mobile devices
Hello!
Do you mean the Mobile theme plugin? If you want to use the responsive version or the mobile pages, then please uninstall the Mobile theme plugin and see the changes.
Thank you!

Hello Calin, please I need your help! My blog’s social share buttons are not opening in new tab on mobile devices… Please help
HI,
Sorry to say that the link you given this are different case.
in my case facebook like button working fine in desktop device and the facebook like button not showing in mobile device.
Hello!
Please edit the homepage with the TagDiv Composer, access Website Manager and check if the header and footer are there and it is not selected “No footer”. Check in the Dashboard -> Cloud Templates and see if you have the footer template. If not, then please install a footer template from the Cloud Library or build it from scratch by uploading a blank template.
For the category page, you can add a flex block with filter Category: Current category -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-settings-guide/ The posts from that category will display.
Let the offset field empty with no space, no value and see the results: https://www.screencast.com/t/peVbVmUDE. For more information about offset feature, please check this tutorial: https://forum.tagdiv.com/offset-feature/.
Check this topic to see the difference: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/location-of-specific-blocks-to-edit/
We have 3 options of mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website is looking similar like on desktop, edit the page with TagDiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB ; there you can see your mobile version and you can edit the elements there or adjust them to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with its own templates/design for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. For more details, please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/
A full explanation you can find here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
You can choose to use which one is more affordable and useful for you.
Note: If you want to use version 1 or 2, then you need to deactivate the Mobile theme plugin and see the results.
From what I can see, you use the Mobile theme plugin and there are only some settings in the theme panel -> Mobile theme for customization.
Some texts can be translated from Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Translations -> Translations: https://prnt.sc/zSmXIgSMCyCj
That logo you’ve set up in the theme panel, you can change it and delete it from there.
Social media icons can be disabled/enabled by filling the fields Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Social Networks with the unique URL.
You can delete the join / SIGNUP from here: https://prnt.sc/O96Ni2YaFjJ1
Unfortunately, you can not add other elements there.
Thank you!

I am super confused about how to properly use a mobile home page. I created a page per your blog post “Newspaper 10.3.7 Update Brings Customizable and Fast Mobile Pages” but every time I look on my phone I get the generic mobile theme or the current homepage with the Romania news logo. Can you point me in a direction to get my custom mobile page viewing?
Thanks
Chuck
Hello Bettina, Thanks for your reply,
Here’s a link to a very short clip about the issue:
Social Share not opening in a new window on Mobile
Hello!
Please read all about AMP here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-amp-plugin-tutorial/
Also, you can not customize AMP so much, because it comes with its own design: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-amp-plugin-tutorial/
Please try to reinstall the Mobile Theme plugin, clear all cache, because it was a conflict problem with all in one seo plugin.
You can use the CSS Analyzer, which is our automatic tool, very useful for the unused CSS. This tool is detecting the unused CSS and delete it.
Documentation here: https://tagdiv.com/whats-new-in-the-newspaper-theme-10-4-update/
Tutorial here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tnkVapqhIHc
As an alternative it can be used the autoptimize plugin .
Thank you!
Thank you Calin – this worked out perfectly!
Tip: The only annoying thing about this solution is that the mobile editor does not display “enters” between paragraphs. So we had to manually put in all the HTML coding <br></br> in the text TAB of the mobile editor. In the visual TAB it shows correctly, but after updating and viewing the page on a smart phone, we saw that there were no line breaks. Inserting manually all <br></br> and <p></p> was the only solution.
Hello!
There is no filter setting in the mobile theme. For more details about the Mobile Theme plugin, please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/
Thank you!
