The mobile display is completely different from the normal display on the computer. I have disabled maintenance mode as you demanded, so that you can see the site. I followed the guide you gave to arrange but I did not find the solution. Now, I would like you to intervene for a better solution. Here attached are the images it gives me in the different formats. Thank you in advance.

Hi,
The button that is set on desktop menu is separate from the menu, right? if so on mobile if you are using the mobile menu it will be display only the elements from menu, so you’ll need to create a menu element with an extra class and use that class to set a css for that element menu to look like a button.
Another solution is to use a popup element and create your own mobile menu page – https://forum.tagdiv.com/modal-popup/ or simply copy the element from desktop and past it after the logo on mobile.
Thank you!

Hello, TagDiv team.
I haven’t yet received a response to my request regarding the mobile and tablet display formatting. I’d like to know if you were able to make progress by logging in with the credentials you requested in your email. Please let me know when everything is in order.
I have another major request for you today. What is the ideal method you can suggest for converting this site into a mobile app for the Playstore and Applestore? We also need your assistance to build this mobile app from this site, which is also very urgent.
Hoping that these two requests are resolved, we thank you for your efficient efforts in helping us.
Thank you very much for everything!
Bookmarked posts are different on PC and Mobile.
For example, if you have 5 bookmarks on your PC and check them on your mobile, none of the bookmarked posts will be visible.
PC and mobile operate separately.
Please. help me…
Hi,
I see, but when you are logged in the mobile and desktop version are display the latest content? If so, then indeed is something form cache.
Also, if you want I can take a closer look, for this I will need a temporary wp-admin access, this can be provided via email at contact@tagdiv.com
Thank you!
👋 Hello tagDiv team & community,
I’m currently building my personal digital magazine site using Newspaper Theme 12 and I’ve run into a strange layout issue that I can’t seem to resolve on my own. I’d really appreciate any help or insight you can offer!
🔍 The Issue:
The footer and content on post pages appears misaligned to the left side — but only on:
Category pages
Single post pages
It renders perfectly fine and centered on:
The homepage
Custom static pages (like “Privacy Policy” “Join Syaz+,” etc.)
🧪 What I’ve Tried:
Zeroed out margin/padding via tagDiv Composer
Checked all footer row/column settings (full width, centered content, etc.)
Applied custom CSS (example below), but this affects global layout and causes issues elsewhere
Inspected with dev tools — the td-container inside .td-footer-wrapper seems to shift left on posts/categories
You may view the issues when visiting my site on an actual mobile phone, weird thing is: the issues doesn’t show up on the tagDiv Composer’s mobile view.
🌐 My Website:
https://syaz.co
⚙️ Theme Version & Setup:
Theme: Newspaper 12
Composer: tagDiv Composer
Footer: Custom Footer Template from tagDiv Cloud Library
No caching/minification plugins running while debugging
💡 Desired Outcome:
I’d like the footer to remain centered consistently across all page types, including:
Category archives
Single blog posts
🛠️ Optional CSS I tried (not reliable):
body.category .td-footer-wrapper .td-container,
body.single-post .td-footer-wrapper .td-container {
margin-left: auto;
margin-right: auto;
text-align: center;
}
🙏 Any help is appreciated!
I’m hoping someone might’ve encountered this before — or if tagDiv devs could shed some light on what might be causing this layout behavior across different templates.
Thanks in advance,
Syazwan Razali
Hi,
Wow, that’s smart! It worked!
I still have an issue with the menu, though.
I don’t have a “Cloud Template” menu set for my entire website (no one selected). However, when I tried to modify the header menu, I noticed that I couldn’t do so on the article pages.
For some reason, the header menu is different on those pages (you can see it on http://www.dr-detailing.com).
The error message I’m getting is:
“This type of header is not editable with TagDiv Composer. Please use a cloud header template!”
The home page works fine both on desktop and mobile, but the article pages have a different header.
I hope that’s clear. It’s a bit tricky to explain, but I’d appreciate any guidance on this issue.
Thanks in advance!
Hello,
The social icons from the mobile menu are coming from the Theme Panel -> Social/Apis -> Social Networks -> https://i.imgur.com/kKYIECB.png remove/edit them after your needs.
Thank you!
Hello, the mobile version of my website will not refresh with new content and is stuck with content from May 12, but the desktop version is fresh and up to date. I have tried clearing the cache, but it has not helped.
Hello,
With Tagdiv newspaper template (fastnews) when you open the home page with a mobile and click on menu icon you see the menu but you also see at the top social media icons.. Is there a way to remove these social media icons at the top of the menu? I found no way to do it with the tagdiv composer.
Hi,
The Big Grid Flex 3 will slide only on mobile, on desktop will not slide, but a similar layout has the Big Grid Slide that can slide on both desktop and mobile – https://i.imgur.com/4mf9Ok6.png
Thank you!
Ok, I reverted the mobile menu from the original header.
Hi Nikki,
This is what you can do:
– Clear all caches – Browser, WordPress cache plugin, and CDN (e.g. Cloudflare).
– Use normal URLs – Make sure you’re not visiting /amp/ or ?amp=1 versions.
– Resave permalinks – Go to Settings > Permalinks and click “Save Changes.”
– Check theme settings – Some themes have built-in AMP/mobile modes. Disable any AMP options.
– Remove AMP redirects – Check .htaccess for AMP rules and remove them if present.
– Redirect old AMP URLs – Redirect /amp/ or ?amp=1 to the regular post using a plugin or .htaccess
Thank you!
Hi,
If you are using a mobile page for the frontend page, then i will suggest on mobile to replace the image set as background with an image that is set using img structure, for this use the element “”single image”.
Thank you!
Hi,
Normally this situation happens when you are not using the responsive version of the theme and you are using the tagDiv mobile theme plugin or a mobile page and the cache plugin you are using do not have an option to cache and deliver the mobile version separate from desktop version.
Thank you!
Hi gpeter,
Now the WP Rocket has this option automatically integrated, so there is no longer need an option to enable it – https://docs.wp-rocket.me/article/708-mobile-cache
Thank you!
Hello,

Hi there,
How can I disable AMP on my Newsmag theme?
I deactivated the AMP plugin. I have also gone into the Theme Panel and under the “mobile theme” tab, I’ve selected “mobile”; however, my posts still appear as AMP.
I want to try strictly mobile because my income has dropped on my other ad networks that do not have AMP ad codes.
Please help!
Thanks,
Nikki

while in the development environment of wordpress the mobile shows correct. But in real environement from client mobile phone, it’s wrong.
PMEFR.COM We purchased the license and installed the Newspaper theme with the Business template. However, the page layout on the PC displays correctly, but on the mobile device, it changes negatively. IT’S UNCONFIGURED. You think the problem is solved, but 20 minutes or more later, the theme no longer displays as it appears in the internal configuration and on the PC.
The Newspaper theme is definitely very unstable.
