Unfortunately, you can not turn off AMP for a particular posts/pages.

If you use Mobile Theme plugin and your page is made by TagDiv Composer, then that it is the problem. A solution for this could be to deactivate the Mobile Theme on that page. About the viemo problem, our developers made a quick fix, for this, pleas disable and delete tagDiv composer, after that reinstall it from Newsmag > Plugins then the vimeo should be ok.
Also I made few test for the reported problem on mobile, unfortunately I can not manage to reproduce it, for me is look like this https://i.imgur.com/kttAaK4.png doesn’t matter if I scroll up or down. Can you please make a video or some screenshots with the problem, this will help a lot.
I think that you are referring to those videos -> https://i.imgur.com/4BAlRTA.png unfortunately our theme do not have any options to prevent those videos from YouTube, you can try your suggestion, unfortunately, right now I do not know how those videos can be removed.
