Hi,
I just checked your website and the mobile theme plugin is applied on your website, that is why this is look different on layout then desktop version -> https://i.imgur.com/IEO1n3t.png also if I’m right you are using now the redirect option from mobile to amp -> https://i.imgur.com/Ym7cWbL.png
Also the website pass the amp validator -> https://i.imgur.com/FXhEebp.png -> https://search.google.com/test/amp?utm_source=gws&utm_medium=onebox&utm_campaign=suit&id=3sLrKxNQyT2LtQ2mAvXcLg
If you want to have the responsive version for mobile, then choose the option to use the mobile theme design only for amp -> https://i.imgur.com/ROnKMe5.png
If this is not what you mean, please let me know!
Have a nice day!
https://dailymailhub.com/ this my website URL. I want to show different mobile menus in mobile responsive.
Since the issue is from the mobile theme and I’m not able to emulate the platform from my computer to inspect the code from the console element. Can you please point me to where I can inspect the mobile theme layout?
Thank you
Hello!
This seems to be a WordPress issue as you can see here: https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/47510
Please make sure you have your WordPress and plugins up to date.
1. Please provide a screenshot with the issue there or what you need exactly.
2. There is no setting for that in our theme
3. Please provide a screenshot with exactly the location you need to have that button.
4. We have an element in Composer called ” Mobile horizontal menu “. With this element you can be able to achieve what you need.
Thanks!
Hi, in mobile theme don’t see the images. how can i fix it?
I solved it
Hello,
I see a ‘sign in’ field in the mobile menu. How can I take care it will not be shown to site visitors?
Many thanks!
Adrian
Hi, thanks. I fixed the issue deactivating tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin.
Now I have another problem. When I want to create a new page doesn’t work. Doesn’t respond at the command “Publish” .
If you don’t understand my question, can you explain me how can I create a new page and import a template? For example create a page and import author template (example).
This doesn’t really answer my question.
Click on any article/news to see the missing menu on mobile.
Hello,
If you use our theme and AMP that is come with our theme, then yes the Amp URL will be “/?amp” and if you have set the redirect mobile to AMP then will be /?amp=1.
Using this form of AMP URL will not affect your website traffic.
Thank you!
Hello, @sirms,
Have you checked for a plugin conflict? You will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict. please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again to disable the mobile theme.
Thank you!
Hello,
If you have set up a mobile page you can easily shift or select no mobile pages. But if you delete it, then the mobile page is already there but blank. So, in this case, you need to assign another mobile page, and then select no mobile pages => https://www.screencast.com/t/ynhZy7SNOqh without deleting the previous one. After selecting no mobile pages, you can delete also the mobile pages which you created.
In conclusion, don’t delete first so you will don’t have any issues.
Thank you!
Hello,
If I understood correctly, you want to change the background image for the mobile menu, right?
To change the background image for the menu on mobile, please access Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Background -> Mobile menu/search background and change the image from here https://www.screencast.com/t/ATV1Jr7s
Hope this helps you!
Thank you!
how to customize different menus on different pages in the mobile menu?
Thanks Calin for the feedback,
On the mobile device I see AMP option, however after AMP testing I get the ingo:
“This is not an AMP page. However, it contains a reference to the AMP version at this URL..”
the webise: https://djpromotion.com.pl/djraport/
If You compare desktop with mobile – the difference is that I lost sidebar widgets on the mobile one.
Reg: cache pluggin I’m using WP Rocket. Probably You know this pluggin support mobile devices. I set there in mobile optione: Enable catching on mobile devices. I’ve tested it and turned off this plugin but still without positive effect.
I have the “Autooptimize” plugin – the same – without positive effect.
Hello !
Please send us a link to your website in order to take a look. Also editing mobile templates is the same like editing on the desktop.
More information you can find in our Video Guide here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY&t=5s
Thank you !
Hello !
That you can do in tagDiv Composer. When selecting the mobile viewport, simply click on the desired element and set it to be hidden as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/UIQKswH5 This will hide it only on mobile viewport.
Thank you !
Hi DJ Promotion, normally, the mobile theme plugin with amp should work on mobiles without problems. Indeed some times it can be problems from cache plugins if those do not have mobile support (to be able to separate the mobile cache from desktop cache).
As I can see the settings are set correctly, the mobile version should look like this on homepage ->https://i.imgur.com/8SWFrXJ.png
If you want, I can take a look at your website.
Thank you!
Hi steveroberts, yes, the mobile theme plugin will work for mobile version. This mobile theme plugin was made to can be use for mobile, for mobile + amp or only for amp -> https://i.imgur.com/qxGwKiI.png
Thank you!
Hi, i have problems with the desktop and mobile. Caching work by creating a copy of the page when an URL is visited for the first time. And the cached versions are always stored by the pages URL. It caches the first viewed template ie if you open the Site on Mobile it caches Mobile template and shows the Mobile version on Desktop too.
So what I’m trying to do now is delete mobile templates from cloud templates so that it only uses responsive css.
But this was not as easy as I thought then after I deleted mobile temples, so theme thinks I still use them and show me a blank page instead.
All cache has been deleted (I have also changed the caching filenames to see if this resolved the issue without success)
Can you help me?
I want change mobile menu opening animation style. Can you please guide me.
I have a problem with some templates, for example “Category Template”.
I can see the template in the right way on PC, but when I use the smartphone the template is different. How Can I use the same template also on mobile without graphic problems?
I want to edit the mobile menu, the image in the mobile menu, but I can’t do it when I hover over it.
How should I do this
Yes thanks, I kind of figured that out over the last couple of days while you guys had Easter. (Happy Easter) Anyway, I think I’ve got things working now. I like your mobile page creation process. Very cool!
