I am facing the same problem, but in the mobile menu. Is there no fix, aside mannualy editing the file?
I’m facing this problem in my lighthouse audition:
“Animations which are not composited can be janky and increase CLS”
Element
div.td-mobile-container
Unsupported CSS Property: visibility
div#td-login-mob.td-login-animation.td-login-hide-mob
Unsupported CSS Property: visibility
div#td-forgot-pass-mob.td-login-animation.td-login-hide-mob
Unsupported CSS Property: visibility
label
What can I do about that?
Hi, the logo is not showing up in the mobile version. Please check the-electronics.com.
Thanks
Hello!
You can do that with TagDiv Composer, select the row that contains the logo and the menu and try to apply this setting on mobile version: https://www.screencast.com/t/12dIKoSwKnz
Hope that helps you!
Thank you!
Hi there, i made my website TravelTrained before you made the update with the mobile pages. I checked the changelog but I only saw the bullet points regarding adding the mobile pages function to create them but I couldn’t find the information of the advantages of doing it.
Is any improving in optimization/speed if I delete the old pages made with tagdiv composer (classic way) and create new?
Or the only advantage is you can create different mobile pages if you want and not necessarily to make it look as the desktop version ?
Thanks
I have installed a demo theme with content. I have made edit changes in About Us, placed in the footer. But those changes are not reflecting on the website. And on my mobile it is still the dummy text, not changing.
Infact, if I change anything in the theme on desktop. The same is not reflecting on mobile on any other device.
Hello guys, could you help me, in mobile view the header menu is burger, I want my header menu same with desktop header menu, how? thank you.
Hi Bettina, thanks for the suggested steps.
I have what I think is a similar problem with my header / main menu, where the main menu is still on the site and it is possible to click on the 4 menu headings, but they are not actually appearing as they are ‘whited out’ to the same colour as the background.
It occurs both when logged into and logged out of WordPress.
It is only happening/relevant on desktop view, not on the mobile hamburger menu.
I have deactivated/reactivated all of my plugins, and found that the problem seems to be with the SG Optimizer plugin (Siteground).
Is there a known conflict, something to beware of, or settings to adjust?
It’s interesting to me that another optimiser plugin (Autoptimize) seems to have initiated this thread!
I will contact Siteground as well, but any further help would be much appreciated.
Website: http://www.eurekagear.com
WordPress version: 5.6
Newspaper version: 10.3.9.1 (though it was also happening with 10.3.9)
SG Optimizer plugin version: 5.7.12 (though it was also happening with 5.7.11)
Hi Calin,
I do not use mobile page already it is mobile theme.

I hope you will help me and solve this problem. Thanks for your support!

Hi ozgunminare, you said in the first reply that you must clear the cache https://i.imgur.com/LMYLYSI.png therefore you have a cache, maybe is not a plugin, but is a cache that maybe do not recognize the mobile page when is saved to clear the cache and you need to do it manually.
To can test this, disable that cache and make a new mobile page, then test it in mobile to see the results.
Also provide a scree with mobile page and a link to that mobile page to check it to.
Let me knw the results!
Dear Team,
I need to have a mobile menu similar to the Life News Demo. I am not able to have the logo and the mobile menu side by side.
Here is the screenshot of the current mobile menu.

and this is what I would like to achieve it.

I want to add a div (picture) to header-menu on mobile devices
Hi vedatorhanvo, if you are using the mobile theme plugin, your mobile version will use a different mobile theme and the mobile version will be faster, but you have only few options for editing. For example there will be no sidebars and pages made with builders, those need to be made using the mobile editor more the bottom of each page -> https://i.imgur.com/Qi90hhn.png but the posts will be display, but without sidebar, also there are no extra options to add extra post content, sorry! All that you can do with this mobile theme plugin can be found in our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Also now we provide a new option of mobile page -> https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/ where you can make your mobile layout like you want, maybe this will help you!
Thank you!
Hello!
It seems you have installed Mobile theme plugin, then your pages will be overwritten by the plugin.
The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with it’s own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. For more details, please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
If you want to display the responsive version on your mobile exactly like on desktop design, then you need to uninstall Mobile Theme plugin.
Thank you!
Hello !

Hi Vlad,
The link is finupnews.gr
We managed to discover that simply choosing to edit the tablet preview was not sufficient. Since we had applied separate MOBILE PAGE settings, we noticed that the tablets were inheriting those settings. Unfortunately, any extra content that on mobile is rendered vertically, on tablets was appended to the right hand side, due to the greater device screen width.
Then, while editing the MOBILE PAGE we realized that the tablet tab inside the mobile page editor controls what the tablet looks like IF there are any mobile page settings set. Clicking that and tinkering with the various options per row, column, and element we were able to address some, but not all, of the aforementioned issues. But it’s a good start.
The difference in the functionality between the two is not clear enough, hence the confusion!
One persisting issue we are facing now, though, is the following: When the default content ends in the TagDiv Editor, it appears like it is being repeated all over. However, none of it is displayed on the actual page when viewed as a normal visitor. The footer, however, differs from the default one on the actual page, while in the TagDiv Composer is nowhere to be found. To experience what is described above, please try visiting the link I shared, and ispecting the footer from within Chrome’s DevTools (as if it was a mobile device). Compare that to the footer of the link when viewed from the browser of a physical mobile device. The virtual version appears to have a blue background color, while the physical device renders it in black. The structure of the footer also differs between the two.
Please review and advise.
Thank you.
Hello!
I checked your website on desktop and mobile also and it seems to work very well. Did you manage to fix it in the meantime?
Thank you!
Hello !
On a mobile template you can include it. Please note that you will have to remove the mobile theme plugin in order to work with mobile templates. Mobile templates can be edited like desktop ones using tagDiv Composer.
Thank you !

Hello,
I have a problem with post comments.
On mobile page it shows post your comment below the content but on the webpage there is no any section under the post.
How can i add it?
Hi @patrick93
1. Yes, I am using Imagify on some of my and my client’s websites. It is very useful if you have multiple authors and publish multiple stories a day. If you have a single author and have a good knowledge of Photoshop, I recommend using Photoshop to optimize images and make them progressive before you upload them on your server.
2. Yes, if you have local traffic, then there is no need to use Cloudflare. I believe having a Cloudflare free plan in combination with a premium hosting provider is a bad idea.
7. Unfortunately, you can not overwrite mobile theme files using a child theme. You can find style.css file for mobile under /wp-content/plugins/td-composer/mobile/style.css
Tip: If you have the same modified CSS code for both mobile and desktop versions, you can add it to Live CSS. You will not lose this on every Newspaper theme’s update.
I hope you will find this helpful.
Hi,
Unfortunately using the mobile theme plugin you have only few options, for example you can set the grid on homepage and you can filtered and sort it, after that it will be display the “latest articles”.
Thank you!
Hi,
I created a mobile theme with header and footer. But they only display on my iPhone. Everyone else only see a blank space.

Please fix.

Hello,
We get database errorrs randomly on the site.
The values get set to some TD variables.
One time it was ‘tds_mega_menu_subcategories_background’, ‘tds_mobile_text_active_color’, ‘td_module_mx9_title_excerpt
2020-12-04 13:28:37 33446 [Warning] Access denied for user ‘database_user’@’localhost’ to database ‘tds_mobile_text_active_color’
I have been debugging the wp-db core file to find out what database information is being sent.
\wp-db.php
The port information being sent is:
file_put_contents(/public_html/wp-content/ll.log”,’port12′.print_r($this->port,true).PHP_EOL,FILE_APPEND);
Returns tds_mobile_text_active_color
It doesn’t make sense.
Our site has these values:
host:127.0.0.1
dbuser:vwmain_main
port:tds_mobile_text_active_color
socket:tds_mobile_text_active_color
client_flags:tds_mobile_text_active_color

[protocol_version] => tds_mobile_text_active_color
[thread_id] => tds_mobile_text_active_color
[warning_count] => tds_mobile_text_active_color
)
Another site on the same server has these values.
host:localhost
dbuser:dbuser_main
port:
socket:
client_flags:
port11:
dbh:mysqli Object
(
[affected_rows] =>

)
I have switched to the twentytwenty theme and disabled all TD related plugins(td-cloud-library and td-social-counter).
Even then the values remained.
We then go to cpanel, and reset the php settings to get it to work.
Any ideas? The site keeps going down because of this.
