Hi, for mobile theme the only js files are those from this file path -> wp-content/plugins/td-composer/mobile/js but those are minify and it is quite hard to edit it, but there are tools on internet and you can unminify the code and then to edit it.
Thank you!
Hi Topfgartenwelt, the mobile theme options can be enable disable only from standard pack, what you can do is to activate this plugin, disable the option from theme panel for view count then disable the plugin (the option will be saved in database, therefore will not be affected if the plugin is enable or disable).
Thank you!
Hi there TagDiv team.
I use the wp ninja tables pro plugin (their dev investigated that there is a theme issue)
On mobile devices (and amp), after theme update, the tables don’t show up correctly, probably the theme overides the settings of the table (fixed image dimensions, hide columns on mobile etc).
Please note that I CAN NOT add the shortcode using html/text modules from tagdiv because they don’t save!

thank you
All of my article pages are showing the sidebar on mobile.
Not underneath where it should be, but on the side of the content.
Any idea why that’s happening?
Also, on my homepage the header blows up like this…
It’s only on the homepage, not any other pages.
Any idea how to fix this?
Thanks
Hello!
You can easily edit your mobile page with Website Manager and you can import header and footer like in these instructions :
For header check this https://www.screencast.com/t/s6dO0v4p
Also for footer check this https://www.screencast.com/t/b55LP3XetMv
Please try and let us know about your results!
Unfortunately, for now, you can only import blank templates and you have to add your own content. In the future we will provide more default templates and also the possibility to convert desktop templates into mobile templates.
Thank you!

I have created a mobile theme for my website. For 10 days it worked great but for 2 days it automatically changes to the desktop theme with a newspaper logo on it. The mobile theme is also active in clod templates. I don’t know what to do?. I have changed it 3 times and it automatically changes to a desktop theme
Hello again Calin,
I’ve just noticed by accident that when I access the url from my mobile of https://annadrummond.com/home/# (just the # on the end), the mobile menu from the mobile home page works fine. As soon as the url changes to https://annadrummond.com/home/, or https://annadrummond.com/home-mobile/, the mobile menu custom links stop working.
What is happening here, and how do I fix it?
Cheers.
Hi Calin,
1. The problem is with the mobile menu, when accessing from the home-mobile page. As seen here https://imgur.com/cWFOUma, my custom links don’t work, but the Archives page link does.
However, when I access the mobile menu from the Archives page or a post, all my custom links work perfectly. https://imgur.com/U7nEjWq
I have checked all the custom links: all the mobile links have, for example, https://annadrummond.com/home-mobile/#about for the About section.
2. The other issue with the hero image can be seen here: In the TD composer, the image height is set higher than what actually shows on the mobile. I don’t like that it is cut off. https://imgur.com/o8F0EcZ, https://imgur.com/IKGJgUM
Thanks!
Hi,
Indeed this seems to be a problem, for most of users, the menu from the new option of mobile page is not save. Our developers are working to this problem and soon it will be a theme update that will be this problem.
Thank you for your understanding and sorry for the inconvenience!
Hello…?? The editor crashes on mobile pages!!! I have re created the mobile page more than 10 times and afterwards I cannot edit it.
You said “Each template that is assigned can be edited directly from frontend”. I think it’s not true, because when I try to edit my mobile page template by this way, I can edit only the content part. Header and footer of mobile page are unable to edit them directly from TagDiv Composer.
So my problem still exists. I would like to edit footer template of mobile page. You said it can be done only from frontend. And like I just said, in case of mobile page it can’t be done this way.
how do i set the viewport mobile ? to edit it in tagdiv composer? or i need to create a mobile page?
Hello Support,
I am using your Newspaper pro demo, and upon checking the phone viewport the result in Big Grid Flex 2 element layout-block is not displayed in one column instead it appears the images in the horizontal scrollbar. See the screenshot as shared in the link below:
Hoping for your help.
Thank you!
Hi,
We have enabled the mobile theme display for the homepage of our website photographycourse.net, but a lot of times the desktop version is shown on mobile. The desktop version goes away right after we delete website cache, but it keeps happening over and over again.
Is there a way to fix this?
Pleas let us know. Thanks!
Domien
As a temporary solution I switched to using AMP, and the hamburger menu works on that. It doesn’t look as nice though. So, if there is a solution that makes the mobile menu work when displaying responsive version, I would still be interested in knowing how.
Hello gentlemen, I set up the blog home page for desktop and it works well.
However, on android devices, it appears distorted.
Can you help me please?

How do you say what the footer is on desktop
to that of on mobile?
via using the new mobile pages / and prior templates?
Thanks
My header and footer changed on mobile after updating the homepage with a mobile page.
I can’t figure out how to change the header and footer – and the header now has a random ad that doesn’t apply at the top of the mobile page . .. i’m going to see if I can find the ad in the ads plugin – to remove it until help is provided as to how to replace the mobile header and footer with the new system.
Thanks
Olá senhores, boa noite
Inicialmente eu queria pedir desculpas por eu coportamente intempestivo durante as últimas
semanas.
Vejam in soropositivo.org on your mobile device thanks
Same or similar problem. Using my iPhone if I click on the mobile hamburger menu, no menu appears.
Ok, yes I’m using the mobile theme. And which part of the code I have to mark, can you please help me a little bit?
Thank you very much!
I have disabled the AJAX View Count in the themepanel but it didn’t disappear on the posts in the mobile theme. It’s still there. I haven’t installed the standard pack. Is there another way (for example in the code) to disable the AJAX View Count in the mobile theme? The view count doesn’t appear in the desktop theme.
Greetings Kathrin

Hi! Can you tell me how can I edit footer for mobile template (recently introduced)? I do not use special Mobile Theme in this case, but trying to edit mobile template of a category template with tagDIV.
It does not work with TagDIV at the moment.
UPDATE: I was able to fix the desktop issue, but now mobile looks like this:
This was the original problem. I can’t have my custom mobile page. If I try to change it, it breaks the website layout to that listed above.
