Hello,

I do not quiet understated where are showing only 4 specifically 14 within this category? please provide some more details and some screenshots.

Unfortunately the mobile theme do not have this option as responsive version of mobile theme, you’ll need to use a different ( normal menu with subcategory, bot mega menu ) menu set as main menu for mobile theme.

Tank you!

Hello,

In order to do that you’ll need to use a header template from tagDiv Cloud library; edit the header template with tagDiv Composer http://prntscr.com/p6pd6e , set the mobile device ->http://prntscr.com/p6pe2b after that set above a new row and drag the logo there -> http://prntscr.com/p6petq

Hope this will help you!

Hello,

You can try this custom css -> http://prntscr.com/p6oakw
#td-mobile-nav {
position: fixed;
}

Paste the code in Newspaper>Theme panel>Custom code>Custom css and in Newspaper > Theme Panel> Mobile theme > Custom code> css

Also please notice that our theme does not support full RTL so simply changing the direction will not work properly in all cases.

Thank you!

The home page for our site, 34northdrones.com uses a series of background images with text overlay and when sharing a link via mobile text, the only image that appears is the single image that is at the bottom of the page (see screenshot https://snipboard.io/oahks1.jpg)). I’ve tried using an Open Graph Object in the header for the home page, so I can control the image that appears when texting a link to our site using sms but it still shows that image at the bottom of the page Is there any way to fix this without having to change the design of the home page?

Hello, thanks for the answer.

I have tried in one of the categories to put it as a mother category and it has several subcategories, specifically 14 within this category, but in the mobile issue when accessing the category only 4 subcategories come out, can you make them all come out?

On the other hand, in the responsive theme, the mobile menu had drop-down in the mother category to see the subcategories directly from the menu, this is not possible with the mobile theme activated?

Thank you!!

Hi Vlad,

So from what I understand, is that the AMP version of the site is not always shown, but is Google the one who shows it when it thinks appropriate? In the rest of the visits the mobile theme version is accessed, is that so?

On the other hand, a technical query that I do not know if you could help me, and is that one of the pages tells me Search Console that the html amp tag is missing, how is this solved?

Thank you!!

The appearance in mobile is
The header shows: newspaper and “discover” the art of publishing”
I have changed the text logo and text tag line (newspaper theme panel – header – logo and favicon)but still appears the same.
At the mobile instead of th mobile view of the site, there is one post under the other.
Also, at the left and the right of the title instead of the 3 lines of the menu and instead of the circle of the search there is a square with “x”
It’s still the same even if the AMP is activated or not.

I want to add my logo on top of web page on mobile theme like this image

How to do it?

Hallo,
I also have a problem with the logo.
I cannot place it correctly in the template (La Mode).

A/
I uploaded to my website https://deeptravelinsider.cz/ everywhere the same logo, but on the PC the logo is displayed giant, on the tablet tiny, on the mobile again giant …
I want to size something like the size of the original text layout (or at least a sticky slider).
Like this:
https://photos.app.goo.gl/ufcGpsqCANSyHnRJA
https://photos.app.goo.gl/5WKL3r8hVXCEq8yJ6

It’s probably going to be set up via CCS, but it’s hard on me. How can you do this simply? Do you have a CCS code where I would only change percentages? And how to exactly copy it?

Or if I have to set it in advance by the size of the logo itself (I’m afraid it will look sharp enough), you don’t have at least a table of recommended sizes for each responsive size: PC, tablet, cell phone, sticky slider … .

B /
why do retina and “normal” size? The difference is only a few kB. And above all, on my MacBook PRO it still shows me the NO retina logo …

C/
Do you have tutorials of these basics somewhere? I didn’t find this. I do not want to bother you

Thanks a lot

I bought newspaper seeing its top position in the envato market. However, this theme has serious issues when it comes to SEO. It’s not mobile friendly and also caused my organic traffic to come down to half in just a week. Can’t afford to have a theme that’s not mobile-friendly after google’s mobile first update. Hope you understand and cancel my license for a refund.

Is it possible to show the top bar menu items underneath the main menu items on mobile, from the navigation pop-out window?

Lastiv

I did everything as you told, but the problem is that the Telegram icon is not in the TD Composer panel (Add element). A link to Telegram is in the Theme panel (Social Network), but the icon in the footer is not displayed. Although in the mobile menu everything is fine.

Hello,

I recently bought the Newspaper 9 theme and now setting it up step by step. At the moment I have hardly installed any plugins and have a fresh wordpress install. Nevertheless a very ugly bug appears.

My startpage looks like this:
https://imgur.com/zQhRTqU

But on the tablet and in the mobile it looks overlapped.
Tablet: https://imgur.com/TtRhMOj
Mobile: https://imgur.com/a/c9dllMW

Did I set something wrong? How can i fix this?

Greetings from Vienna

Hello,

The mobile version is look like that because you have the mobile theme plugin that provide you a better speed then responsive version of theme, but in order to achieve that speed you’ll need to create a new content for pages because in the most of cases those were made with builders ( tagDiv Composer, WPBakery ) and you need to use only the mobile editor ( you need to set the content for pages in mobile editor and this content will be display on mobile theme)
-> https://www.screencast.com/t/ebUIzt4se

Also in Newspaper v9.7.4 you can show the responsive version on mobile theme -> http://prntscr.com/oh6r2s you can check more details about mobile theme in our documentation -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/

Thank you!

Sorry My mistake; the theme is Newspaper (9.8) and not MewsMag

Mobile theme is deactivate because the client prefere the newspaper theme responsive appearance. The client DO NOT WANT mobile theme.
But also activating the mobile theme nothing change in the menu.

The site is under construction. Let me know where I can send you U&P
