Hi there! I am using a user management plugin. With mobile theme enabled, the login and registration pages break or won’t show up. Other than this, everything works just perfect.
I wanted to know if there is a possibility to turn off the mobile theme for specific pages.
Thanks in advance!
I need to change the color of blockquotes on mobile to #dd3333
Hello,
Since last weekend our mobile theme background has changed color, we had set it for blue but now where the logo is on the top and bottom banner on mobile it is black (dark grey) and we can not find where to change it back.
Also, for some reason some iOS devices do not display the twitter icon on mobile, some do, android seems to be fine. Is there a way to always have Twitter icon displayed on all posts?
Thank you!
I’m hoping to increase the mobile (only) element height.
How am I best to do this
Dear Vlad,
I make sure I have installed the mobile theme and make it active already. Please help to check. Any information needs to provide for checking. Thanks.
Gavin
Hello !
It appears that you have Mobile Theme active and that’s why you will see another version on mobile. In order to de-activate the mobile theme you have to go to Newspaper – Plugins and de-activate it like here: https://www.screencast.com/t/aWFT8lMgjHO
Thank you !
That video is made with a mobile, that is how it works for me. I also checked again with a mobile phone, it is the same as before. The images load when they are in view and you get to theme by scrolling.
There still is a lazyload active from what I can see – http://prntscr.com/nlveby Maybe you did not clear the cache if you use caching.

What if you disable the jetpack photon? Does it affect this issue in any way?
– https://jetpack.com/support/site-accelerator/
Maybe this is causing the slow down, by converting the images as webp, can’t say for sure how it works

I mean where is mobile/header.php?
I’ve just updated the theme today and I managed to insert de auto ads only on the desktop version. I can’t find the mobile header in order to insert the codes! Where is it?
Hello and thank for the help and the great theme!
I have installed the black version of the theme, however when I view the site from mobile phones (small iPhones) its missing most of the content. If I view the black demo version (https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_black/) from the save devices, the content is there so I know its has to do something with my site.
From tablets I see the contact just fine (android). Can you please tell me what might be the fault here?

Thanks a lot!
Hi,
Please provide me a link to your website were I can inspect this problem!
Please make sure that you set the code like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/aMmA7MKr0wi2 if there is still a problem, please set the code for javascript in Theme panel >Mobile theme Custom code > Javascript, and set only the html code in mobile editor.
Thank you!
I am saying that the mobile theme doesn’t seem to be active at the moment. When the mobile theme is active, on mobile the website will look like this theme demo (the demo uses the mobile theme, you can check with a mobile)
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_local_news/
The AMP version will look the same.
AMP will still be working without it, the posts will be valid and look like this
– http://prntscr.com/nlun2n
If you want us to investigate why the mobile theme is not working on your website, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin access. We will try to identify the problem. Include a link to this topic in the email.
Hi,
You can set the code directly in theme panel> Mobile them>Custom css
-> https://www.screencast.com/t/zbMROrCPO
The code will appear in “view page source” -> https://www.screencast.com/t/yIti1kFvyB -> https://www.screencast.com/t/DN1ye7PwPJw
Thank you!
Hi,
I don’ think the issue is caused by the CSS code, when I try to use the search on mobile as soon as I click on the search icon a javascript error appears in the browser console
– http://prntscr.com/nlu5jo
So while it would be possible to switch the icon positions for the menu and search on mobile – http://prntscr.com/nlu6p5 the error is still there. Seems the menu works, just the search has this problem.
Usually this kind of javascript errors may appear when the theme is conflicting with various scripts entered in the theme panel or theme files, or in many cases plugins. You could begin to investigate plugins or codes (if you used any). Here is the code I used for the positioning of the icon, if you want to use it for mobile
@media (max-width: 767px) {
#td-header-menu #td-top-mobile-toggle {
position: absolute;
right: 0;
}
.td-header-main-menu .header-search-wrap {
position:absolute;
right: auto;
}}
Thanks
Dear Vlad,
No password set now! Please access the website and mobile to check. Many Thanks.

The favicon appears as a broken image on Samsung devices and the title appears skewed. This only occurs on Samsung.
Hello. I’ve tried using legacy TML and the 7.0 update, on both, the login pages/register pages appear to be empty. Link to website here: https://sweatcoinblog.com
This only appears to happen on mobile devices! Go to menu and then select LOGIN or REGISTER to replicate the issue.
Hi Simion, thank you for your respon.. Have you checked it on mobile? I’d disabled the lazyload from theme panel but still slow. It took more than 4 seconds for the images to show.
And also at the first time loaded, it show mobile menu background (green screen) first. any suggestion pls?
Thanks
I am struggling to get a typeform quiz to load on mobile. On desktop it works fine.
I have turned off the TagDiv Mobile Theme due to another conflict. And when I embed the code from Typeform, when it tries to load on mobile, I get an error message that says “This webpage was reloaded because a problem occurred.”
I am embedding the code via an HTML Block.
Here is the code I am attempting to embed (URL has been removed for privacy):
<p style="text-align: center;">Get Started > <script> (function() { var qs,js,q,s,d=document, gi=d.getElementById, ce=d.createElement, gt=d.getElementsByTagName, id="typef_orm_share", b="https://embed.typeform.com/"; if(!gi.call(d,id)){ js=ce.call(d,"script"); js.id=id; js.src=b+"embed.js"; q=gt.call(d,"script")[0]; q.parentNode.insertBefore(js,q) } })() </script></p>
Hm too bad, I can’t use the mobile theme. I don’t want a feed from the latest articles on the homepage and also the footer doesn’t offer enough possibilities.
Could you please add own “Ad Spots for AMP” to the wish list? Thank you!
Hi,
For desktop please use this custom css
#disqus_thread {
width: 696px;
}
Set the code in Theme panel>Custom code>Custom css
-> https://www.screencast.com/t/hZQz3Eyy
For mobile theme please insert this code in Theme panel> Mobile theme > Custom code>
#disqus_thread {
margin: 0px 15px;
}
-> https://www.screencast.com/t/5pXpndAeAX
Thank you!
No I’m using both mobile + Amp.
The mobile plugin is activated and the boxes are checked.
Why would you say I’m not using Mobile?
So is that not working?
https://comfycozyhome.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/mobileAMP.jpg
I sent you a screen shot of what google provides. It doesn’t give pages.
I will mark them as fixed and see what happens.
Hi,
Yes, the ads that are set in mobile theme will be show in amp version if you chose the option mobile + amp
-> https://www.screencast.com/t/KHEMsXJqgdfO
-> https://www.screencast.com/t/FKa250uv
Thank you.
Hi Catalin,
Thanks for the code you provided.
.td-mobile-content .td-mobile-main-menu{
padding-bottom:80px;
}
Works even better to make the lowest menu point more visible. It helps for the moment but of course, it doesn’t stop the scrolling in background problem.
I think on “normal sites” this could be fixed with something like
overflow:scroll !important;
-webkit-overflow-scrolling: touch;
but on AMP this is not working. Something for the programmers to look at for the next update.
Thanks!
Hello there,
I have managed to change most of the parts of your theme to RTL here: https://cninuae.com/ar/#
One of the last issues I’m facing is that I cannot successfully transfer the search icon to the left of the screen.
I’m using a separate rtl.css in child theme. I tried placing this code at the end of rtl.css:
.tdm-header .header-search-wrap {
position: relative;
float: left;
margin-left: 175px;
}
It works and places the search button to the left, but when I click on the search icon the whole page sort of hangs in mobile view. Desktop works fine.
Can somebody please sort out this issue?
Sincere regards.
