We are using welaunch’s plugin to provide custom descriptions, headers, footers etc. for each category. In a manner similar to the way Woo Page Description module is working but the welaunch team have produced this plugin https://www.welaunch.io/en/product/woocommerce-advanced-categories/ that adds complimentary definitions in each category that further improves the SEO of the shop.
The integration is rather simple: You just add shortcodes like these:
[woocommerce_advanced_categories_footer_text term_id=””]
You can set the term_id or, when not set, it will try to get the current term (category or attribute) data automatically.
Well this is happens to most wordpress/woocommerce template but not on TagDiv. So we have to implicitly specify the term_id for the content to be presented. This means writing (in our case about 100 different category templates!).
Following the examination of the situation by the welaunch engineers they asked us to convey to you their findings:
“it seems the “cloud template” plugin is overriding the queried object (see attached). Normally the current quried object should be the category but they change it to this post: https://femmefatale.ecode.gr/wp-admin/post.php?post=28380&action=edit
Tell the plugin devs to not override queried posts OR at least return the queried post to original state.
”
It will be great if you can guide us on how we can bypass the override.

We are trying to figure out where we can edit the number of boxes shown in our menu on our mobile view (kabnyt.dk). The mobile view isn’t the responsive version, so changing anything in tagdiv doesn’t work, and I cannot find anything in mobile theme to expand the number of boxes.
We haven’t set the site up to have mobile templates (except one or two pages). Can you please help?

2. and 3. You can remove the Single Post Author and Single Post Date select with tagDiv Composer with a right-click you can delete => https://i.imgur.com/GNzcGmJ.jpg , or selecting the element and with drag & drop place into the deleting red zone from the bottom right of the page => https://i.imgur.com/vkQVCjn.jpg
4 and 5 You need to do the same as for 3 and 4 -> https://i.imgur.com/gnPj50q.png -> https://i.imgur.com/d53L8eV.png and after you need to set the layout of the row to 1/1 on the footer -> https://i.imgur.com/UAoIWlj.png and from tab CSS you can remove the background image.

The layout of pages and cloud templates can be edited using tagDiv Composer, edit the page/cloud and select the element that you ant to edit, if this is an individual element and you want to remove, then use the right click. Hi all,
I’ve created a very simple header with header logo and menu/search from a blank header cloud template. I’m pretty good at code, but often bumble around until I find with CSS.
I’m having a lot of trouble centering it. I have it set to 1200px (to match the page content) and centered horizontally. The zone is centered and set at 100% as well. I’ve tried margins being auto, etc, but can’t find the magic setting.
Since it’s in the works in the tag div cloud editor I can’t share a link but have this image.
I’m grateful for any help!

We use the Magazine PRO theme for out blog. Everything look as expected.
We however also have a NEWS plugin that has created a custom post type and taxonomy of its own, called News.
The category and post details page of our news plugin appear really poorly. The fonts etc also are different from the rest of the website.
We cant seem to find the option that LINKS the NEWS plugin post type and taxonomy to the “Single Post Template – Magazine PRO” and the “Category Template – Magazine PRO”.
We tried reviewing your documentation and its very confusing. Can you give us bullet point steps and let us know exactly how we can achieve this?
We are using the Single Post Template – Magazine PRO on our blog details page.
We have turned off “light box” from the settings of this template, which disabled it on the desktop site, but has not disbaled it on the mobile site.
We are also using the recommended tagDiv Mobile Theme. What are we missing? Why isnt the lightbox turning off on the mobile?

For homepage, please use “Column text” and “text with title” elements which have a button called “edit content” and if you click on that button, the WP Editor will open and you can add the code there. Close the WP Editor from X, save the changes from Composer and view the page to see the changes.
The Single External Shortcode works only on single post templates. Also, you can set for this one https://prnt.sc/26gwigr in the CSS tab a margin:0 at the bottom to take off that space.

Please try to refresh the page Cloud Templates(CTRL+Shift+R) and try again.

Please check if the problem is not from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.

Please provide some screenshots with the settings that you made on the blocks.
Also, if you want to have a template for each category, then you can duplicate a template/layout for every category to have a different template, make the specific changes and assign it to that category.

I just changed to the Publication Pro templates. All of the site went from having a GTmetrix grade A to grade E.
I did not change anything on the site other than the theme templates. What seems to be the issue?

And now I’m getting this error:

I just made a clean installation of PHP8, wordpress and newspaper theme.
After importing the LONDON NEWS PRO prebuild theme template i cannot see the first page.
The console error i am getting is:

So, your client uses the mobile theme plugin, but the mobile theme is disabled on the homepage, right?
Also, she created a mobile menu for the posts and pages where the mobile theme is enabled and she set the menu in Theme Panel -> Mobile Theme -> Header -> https://i.imgur.com/8dAeJRZ.png, so you can set the other menu for the homepage in Theme Panel -> Header -> Main Menu -> https://i.imgur.com/onc8Lik.png if she uses a standard template for header from Theme Panel or you can set it with tagDiv Composer on the viewport for phone -> https://i.imgur.com/T9gLYs1.png

Hi Bennettheyn, when you import only the demo settings, then indeed this will not look like in our demos. When you import it with content then are imported pages and posts, for example, when it is installed without content there are no pages and no posts. Now you have your own posts, but you need the homepage. I think that we can try like this. Keep the demo imported without content and take from here the homepage code. Just copy it and past it in a new page, after that set it as your static homepage and set te page template like this https://i.imgur.com/ukGVV07.png. Then you’ll need to edit it with tagDiv Composer and change the filters from the blocks using your categories.

I would think that installing it without content (https://i.imgur.com/yGrGRgU.png) would reformat the website to look like the template but just with my content. Would it be easiest to reinstall it with the content turned on so I have the original? If I did, how can I replace the content on the homepage with my content?
I was thinking to just edit each article that is on the homepage with my content but I saw this ***Important notice: If you choose to install a pre-built website with content, do not edit the content and use it as your site content, because the pre-built website content will be removed when uninstalling or switching pre-built website.
