Hello,
I previously used the Single template 1 of the default site post templates in the Newspaper theme. This template puts the featured image in the top left corner and the text in the post starts in a narrow format on the right side of the image only take over and be page wide after the end of the featured image.
I have now switched to a custom post template and it seems impossible to get the featured image to position in the same way as above. Whatever I do, the featured image becomes large and takes up the complete width of my article. The text only comes below the featured image.
Does anyone know how to fix this? I have tried to edit the default template to find out how it is done there, but I cannot find a way to open it in tagdiv composer.

Also, is it possible to make Date to like: (3 hours ago) in spite of May 14, 2020?
Note: single post’s Date is showing just fine, it’s just on the homepage or other pages it’s not showing.

Hi, I am going nuts trying to figure this out. Only found partial answers in lots of searching here. (I can’t share the URL as its password protected under development).
After customizing colors of the theme, the text in the “Even More News” footer block (footer template style 1) is now the same color as the background, so it cannot be seen. But I cannot for the life of me find where I broke this. I believe the demo has the text links in white.
I’m the Magazine homepage and the default template style.
I have determined that this auto-generated info content is Module 6. But when I got to Block Settings and change Module 6 to white, it changes it everywhere.
What did I do to change it to dark gray and how do I get it back to white without using custom CSS?

If your post have two sidebars, then you are using a single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library, this can be edited with tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/sjViaz9.jpg -> https://i.imgur.com/89gCokH.jpg chnage the layout of row, also you can use the right click to remove the elements.

For SEO you should use a plugin as Yoast SEO plugin.
The amp plugin can be use with all demos, we recommend to use it with the mobile theme plugin.

If you are using a pro demo, the footer is a cloud template, then you’ll need to edit it from a page, for example, you can edit the homepage, click on edit with tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/uweNRrc.jpg after that go down to the footer end edit it how you want (now you can customize the the whole web-page from fronted).
Also the footer can be display double only when you edit it, then it will appear the footer that is editing and the footer that is set on the website.

That is because you are using the mobile theme plugin, you’ll gain a better speed then responsive version of theme, but in order to achieve that speed you’ll need to create a new content for pages because in the most of cases those were made with builders ( tagDiv Composer, WPBakery ) and you need to use only the mobile editor ( you need to set the content for pages in mobile editor and this content will be display on mobile theme)

Hi,
Usually this issue is related to a firewall or security module which blocks admin-ajax.php request. Please verify the console for error while saving the settings on the Theme Panel, usually it displays a 403 or 404 error.
If you don’t use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module which blocks this.
If you use a plugin like Wordfence please set it in learning mode.
If you are using a PRO demo or cloud templates, that is why the theme panel settings are not apply. Using cloud template from tagDiv Cloud Library, you’ll need to edit the cloud template using tagDiv Composer and set on the elements the color and style you want
For example in order to change the share style, please edit the single post template wit tagDiv Composer, like this -> https://i.imgur.com/ZpxtjbP.jpg click on the share buttons and choose a style https://i.imgur.com/jyYrNlL.png after that do not forget to save the changes.

I”m using seedprod as plugin to activate a maintenance screen while I make my website, when I view my website while I”m logged into my wordpress account and while that plugin is active everything loads and displays fine but as soon as I disable seedprod and log out of my wordpress account the front page loads fine but the category page doesn’t have any images and the applied layout is also not loaded, some single pages also don’t load the applied layout or images. Any idea what is causing this?

i was working on cloud templates and now if i try to create new post (or page) with gutenberg the text area is 300px.
I don’t understand why there is this css rule and how can i delete it.
I tried to set a custom css rule in theme panel like

max-width: 100% !important;
}
but it doesn’t work!
what happened? Is because I change some column width?

Indeed if you are using PRO demos, the settings from theme panel will no affect website, because PRO Demos are build suing cloud template from tagDiv Cloud Library and are build/edit with tagDiv Composer. 2. There are two ways that you can create pages with our theme, using tagDiv Composer, you can see the example for homepage – https://forum.tagdiv.com/homepage-how-to-build-and-set-it/ or using the Gutenberg editor from WordPress -> https://developer.wordpress.org/block-editor/
If the pages were build with other plugins like Elementor, then is possible to not be recognize by the theme.

Hi, when I publish a new post, the textual content appears duplicated at the bottom of the page. The reference template post for my posts is “Single Post Template – Default PRO”. In the template everything appears correctly, however in the published posts, at the bottom of the page, before the footer, a copy of the text of the post appear again. Can you help me?

Unfortunately the background category from blocks can be change only with custom css, only on flex blocks can be change using tagDiv Composer.

eg.
1. when accessing http://localhost/category -> Goes to a page with with all the categories / or post from all the categories in an optimized way.
2. Redirects to relevant category when directly access the template .

I’ve added the logo, so how do I stop the sticky menu from shrinking as you scroll down the page?
Also, with the pagebuilder + Overlay Menu selected, how do I change the colour of the main menu text?
As you can see, with the default page template selected, I have the text as I want it: https://renovationrates.co.uk/post-a-job/
But where the overlay menu is selected, you can’t see the menu text, I need that to be white: https://renovationrates.co.uk/
And finally, I have a couple of websites built with Newspaper theme and the back-end is incredibly slow. Even selecting a page to edit can take several minutes to load.
I don’t have this problem with other themes so how can we fix this?

1. The them panel settings will work only for some options, or if you use only standard templates, it will apply for all elements.
The theme update will not break the website, but we recommend to make first the update in a test environment.
2.
