Hi
These resources block the first page rendering (my site is http://www.sport24h.it). I tried serving the embedded core JS/CSS resources and deferring all non-core JS/styles resources with LiteSpeedCache ((I have to use this plugin because my hosting is with LiteSpeed), but it doesn’t work and the server response times are too slow.
I only use a small percentage of these resources, is there a way to lighten these css?

Hello,
If that file is indeed missing, then yes, if the tagDiv Composer plugin is reinstalled the file will be add back. Now if the problem is only sometimes, them most probably the problem is related to something else and it can be related to a cache that is delay the js file, in this situation what you should do is to skip from delay the js file tdAjaxSearch.js
Thank you!
My host, Dreamhost, told me: “I would recommend contacting tagDiv support, to help confirm if reinstalling the tagDiv Composer plugin will help re-create the missing wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newsmag/js/tdAjaxSearch.js plugin
file. If not, please ask them the steps how to re-create the missing file, to help preven the issue with the site format when loading it.”
The problem is that sometimes “under certain conditions, the site will pull up the missing wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newsmag/js/tdAjaxSearch.js plugin file from the tagDiv Composer plugin, that will cause the issue on
the site format”
FYI; you don’t over write when uploading via FTP; as you end up merging old and new copies.
Via ftp you need to *delete* the old newsmag folder, and old td-composer plugin; then upload fresh copies from scratch; then login, then activate the td-composer plugin.
That’s how I do it without any issues 🙂
Me gustaría reportar un error relacionado con el funcionamiento del plugin td-cloud-library que afecta el rendimiento del sitio web. Al utilizar la consola de Query Monitor, me aparece el siguiente mensaje de advertencia:
Function _load_textdomain_just_in_time was called incorrectly. La carga de la traducción para el dominio td-cloud-library se activó demasiado pronto. Esto suele ser un indicador de que algún código del plugin o tema se ejecuta demasiado pronto. Las traducciones deberían cargarse en la acción init o más tarde. (This message was added in version 6.7.0.)

{closure}()
wp-content/plugins/td-composer/td-composer.php:191
do_action(‘td_wp_booster_legacy’)
wp-includes/plugin.php:517

Hey support team,
Im pretty new to working with TagDiv so hopefully my issues are pretty simple. The site I am working on is gephardtdaily.com
Whenever editing a page, even if its a brand new page I receive the following error message
Error at zones: 6(models) : 7(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)
Ive tried disabling plugins looking for any compatibility issues, but I haven’t found any success. If I do try to edit a page using the TagDiv Composer, it will not allow me to drag and drop elements into my page as intended. I can click on the elemenets and almost “leaving the element behind” it will barely move off the sidebar.
Will happily do any troubleshooting necessary!
Hi,
We are sorry for this inconvenience. This can be resolved by replacing the current tagDiv plugin with the one from here – https://cdn.tagdiv.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/td-composer.zip
I hope this will help you!
Thank you!
hello
when I want to modify newspaper components with TagdivComposer, a blocking error does not allow any modification.
I always get the same error:
Error at zones: 6(models) : 0(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)
https://lemaitredesjeux.fr/wp-admin/post.php?post_id=192&td_action=tdc&tdbTemplateType=page
Best way to do theme update is to always do so via FTP using un-zipped files; first on server deleting the td-composer plugin folder, and the theme folder; then uploading fresh copies, then going into the plugin manager in WP admin, and activate td composer. This is how we do it without any issues; running latest WP and PHP 8.3x. And, always make backups so you can roll back if you mess something up.
Hi,
1. I checked the homepage and the next prev seems to be working on all blocks except the first one were all the time is bringing the same article. What I can suggest is to try with a filter applied this should resolved the situation.
2. Please check in the theme panel if you have any social share enabled to be display. If there are only a few socials, you can use this quite to add the rest of them – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/missing-social-share-options/
3. Where are “td-gadgets-loop” and “td-gadgets-flex” defined? – those classes are coming with the demo install, the css is implemented directly in the demo so you’ll need to overwrite it by adding an extra css that will apply on those classes.
4. This needs to be done per each block where you want to adjust the text, use tagDiv Composer, edit the page/template, select the block and in Layout tab look for button text – https://i.imgur.com/1bvkgVK.png
5. This can be done by editing the single post template with tagDiv Composer and enabling the infinite loading option. You can use this guide – https://forum.tagdiv.com/infinite-loading-single-posts/
Thank you!
Hi,
Please try this custom css:
.single .td-post-content h4 {
font-size: 26px;
}
Set it in the theme panel in css place and make sure that you clear all cache, the results should be – https://i.imgur.com/moW3WEb.png
“How can I change the font size using TagDiv Composer for post content?” – this can be done if you replace the standard template with cloud template and you use single post template .
Thank you!
Hello, good morning.
Since one of the recent updates, I can no longer use the plugins I had previously installed. Every time I try, I get an error, and afterward, I receive an email with the following message:
Hello!
WordPress has a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme is causing a critical error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.
WordPress has detected an error in the plugin you are using: tagDiv Opt-In Builder.
Please visit the site (https://*****.pl/) and check for any visible issues. Then visit the page where the error was detected (https://*****.pl/wp-admin/post.php) and check for any visible issues.
Contact your web host for help in further investigating this issue.
If your site appears to be broken and you are unable to access your dashboard, WordPress now has a special “recovery mode.” This allows you to safely log into your dashboard and investigate further.

Are you able to help me figure out what’s going on? I’d really appreciate any assistance.
Thank you in advance!
Hi,
If I’m right you have the last theme version, 12.7.1, right? if is so, then please download the tagDiv Composer using this link – https://cdn.tagdiv.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/td-composer.zip and replace the one from your website. This plugin contains a fix made by our developers.
Thank you!
Hello Support,
I’m currently using the Newspaper theme and noticed that view counts are working perfectly for posts — the popular post widget and view counters display correctly.
However, I have a special page created using tagDiv Composer that is expected to receive a lot of traffic. I would like to track how many views this specific page receives, similarly to how post views are tracked.
I tried using custom shortcodes to display view counts, but realized that the view count may not be recorded for page post types. Could you please clarify:
Does the Newspaper theme support view count tracking for Pages, or is it limited to Posts?
If it’s not supported by default, is there a recommended way (using theme hooks or filters) to enable view counting for Pages built with tagDiv Composer?
Is there a shortcode or function available in td_util or elsewhere to fetch view count for a page by slug or ID?
Thanks in advance for your help.
Best regards,
Vunt
For some reason half the TD Composer screen is hidden in grey. Is there any option to remove it or is it a bug?
Hi there,
My hosting company has raised concerns that the Tagdiv Composer plugin on my website (https://www.hotelspeak.com) is being exploited via a vulnerability and this is causing a very high load on their servers. Multiple connections are causing this – I’ve copy/pasted an example at the foot of this support ticket, for reference.
It appears as though this is a known issue and I see that it was supposed to have been resolved in version 5.4 (see https://www.wordfence.com/threat-intel/vulnerabilities/wordpress-plugins/td-composer/tagdiv-composer-53-unauthenticated-arbitrary-php-object-instantiation) but I’m running 5.4 and apparently there are still issues.
Their solution is to disable the Tagdiv Composer plugin, but this is essential to the site and without it, the site doesn’t render correctly (just a lot of short codes).
Is this a known issue with the Tagdiv Composer plugin and will it be resolved in a future update? I really don’t want to have to a) move away from Newspaper (as it’s a great theme) or b) rebuild the site using a different page builder (assuming that’s even possibly within Newspaper).
Thanks

Hello,
Please let me know what you see in the social share section in the theme panel.
f you’re seeing only NAVER please make this adjustment in the tagDiv Composer plugin -> wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_first_install.php
=> https://www.screencast.com/t/yO3iU8E5JhH
Then hit a save in the theme panel and then revert the code back to the original, this will make the social icons appear properly again -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-default-templates/.
If you don’t have success you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide
– wp-admin URL and credentials
– cPanel URL and credentials
We will fix the problem. Include a link to this topic in the email.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
We are using the WP Super Cache plugin on our website, configured according to the official recommendations published by tagDiv.
Recently, due to serious high CPU utilization issues, we investigated our performance bottlenecks and identified that many of the slow queries were originating from the td-composer plugin. The queries were triggered by heavy use of flex blocks across our homepage and category pages. These blocks often regenerate content on each page load, causing significant strain on server resources during traffic spikes.
Following a suggestion by @Simion from tagDiv support, we enabled Block Caching for all Flex Blocks. This adjustment had a noticeable and immediate impact on performance. For a high-traffic news website like ours, this improvement was essential — and we now strongly recommend enabling Block Cache for similar heavy-use cases.

Encouraged by these results, we applied the exact same cache settings to our Mobile Page layout using the mobile theme configuration from Newspaper. However, while the Desktop version properly refreshes and reflects new content over time, the Mobile version remains stale, failing to show newly published articles.
To force the new content to appear on mobile, we are currently manually deleting the entire cache from the admin dashboard — something that is clearly not a sustainable or acceptable solution in production.
We would like to ask:
– Why is the mobile version not refreshing like the desktop version under the same block cache settings?
– Is there a way to independently invalidate or refresh mobile cache when new posts are published?
– Could this be a bug or a limitation in how the td-composer handles caching for mobile themes?
Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated — especially from other high-traffic sites using similar setups.
Thank you in advance!
I´ve latest version of WordPress (v6.8.1) and Newspaper (v12.7.1) theme.
I did disable, delete and reinstall tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Cloud Library; and clear cache too but problem persist.
I need help please.
I am experiencing serious performance issues on my WordPress website (https://www.kefaloniapress.gr), which is using the Newspaper theme with the td-composer plugin.
According to my PHP-FPM slow log and process traces, there are frequent slow executions (5–6+ seconds) directly tied to MySQL queries triggered by shortcodes and blocks from td-composer. Specifically, I have traced the following function calls in the stack:
– td_block.php → td_data_source.php → WP_Query → get_posts() → mysqli_query()
These queries appear to originate from blocks such as td_block_3 and td_global_blocks, and are responsible for consistently slow responses and elevated server load. The issue becomes more critical during traffic spikes, causing degraded performance, long page load times, and even occasional 502/504 errors.
My server has sufficient resources (32GB RAM, 8 CPU cores), and I have implemented full caching (object cache and page cache). Despite that, the problem persists, and appears to be directly related to the dynamic queries used by the theme/plugin.
Could you please assist with optimizing these queries or advise on best practices to reduce the load caused by td-composer shortcodes and blocks?
Or can someone help me address the problem on a paid plan ?
Thank you in advance for your support.
Hello,
The infinite load has those options https://i.imgur.com/nl8XiaJ.png https://forum.tagdiv.com/infinite-loading-single-posts/
If you want other functionalities, these can only be done in code
The code for infinite post iframe is on those files:
-> wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/includes/tdb_ajax.php
-> wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/assets/js/js_posts_autoload.min.js
-> wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/js/tagdiv_theme.min.js
Thank you!
Hlw Bettina,
I tried to replace a no thumb image by “Newspaper-child theme”
But it not works actually:
I created below path on child theme:
public_html/wp-content/themes/Newspaper-child/legacy/Newspaper/assets/images/no-thumb/td_696x0.png
But the “no thumb image” still come from Main theme part
https://autoarabia.me/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/assets/images/no-thumb/td_696x0.png
What’s wrong ?
We are getting this warning by WordFence: The Plugin “tagDiv Composer” has a security vulnerability. Check full information here:
https://www.wordfence.com/threat-intel/vulnerabilities/wordpress-plugins/td-composer/tagdiv-composer-54-authenticated-contributor-stored-cross-site-scripting-via-multiple-shortcodes
Greetings,
We are having severe issues with the them. When dragging Single Post Content to the Composer window it appears to delete the Row that it is dragged to and does not properly save.
I have tried deactivating several plugins to fix this to no avail. Currently no template properly displays the Single Post Content from TD Composer.
The issue is that no [tdb_single_content] block properly loads in any template.
The website is: https://thisisreno.com/reno-nevadas-online-news-and-events-source-updated-daily-2/
Background: Yesterday, the theme was deactivated, requiring my license be re-added. That screwed up the theme settings. Problems continue, and currently posts cannot be seen.
