Hello Anamaria
I’m facing the same problem. I understand that you recommend that a Posts Page not be selected in Reading Settings, but this makes a difference because it influences SEO. Yoast prioritizes this page configured there in the WordPress sitemap list. Therefore, I would like your guidance so that it is possible to at least minimally customize the page configured as a “post page” where the posts are displayed in a flex block with only the title and the featured image and not the full article as is currently the case.
Note: I tried to follow your recommendation to “you can design it first and only after setting it there”, but it didn’t work as expected. I created a new page, customized it using TD Composer, and only then selected it as a Posts Page, but it didn’t work. Could you give me a step-by-step guide on how this would work?
Thank you in advance for your support!

Hi

how can i fix these issues?
Hello,
I use a newspaper with default Pro as a prebuilt template (12.6.8). I am struggling with containers. I would like to force the background image/color in containers to be full-width, but the content keeps the padding as it is.

I tried a few different ways but none gave proper results in stretching the background image, and changing padding in CSS for 0px does more harm than good:
@media (max-width: 767px) {
.tdc-row.td-stretch-content, .tdc-row-composer.td-stretch-content {
padding-left: 20px;
padding-right: 20px;
}
}
Result of changing padding from 20px to 0px:

Current mobile look of the image as the background of container

Result that I would like to get

Container structure in BLock Builder looks like below:

I would be grateful for help.
I updated the website domain (from dailyscoopslu.com to saintluciadailypost.com) in DreamHost using the domain update tool. It seems to have worked everywhere except in the header background image which still uses the old domain. As a result, the image path is broken. I have been trying unsuccessfully to fix this using TagDiv Composer but the particular area can not be selected. As such, the background image can not be added to the correct div. I checked the code and the code below is where it should be updated, but I can not find a place I can click on the page to access this div, not can I figure out where it is in the database. How can I fix this?
<div class=”tdi_29_rand_style td-element-style”><div class=”td-element-style-before”><style>.tdi_29_rand_style>.td-element-style-before{content:”!important;width:100%!important;height:100%!important;position:absolute!important;top:0!important;left:0!important;display:block!important;z-index:0!important;background-image:url(“https://www.dailyscoopslu.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/xxx_menu-bg_xxx.jpg”)!important;background-position:center center!important;background-size:cover!important}</style></div><style>.tdi_29_rand_style{background-color:#f9f9f9!important}</style></div>
Hello Dimitri!
You can add a flex block builder shortcode in Gutenberg, but you should also specify the module name and ID.
For example: [tdb_flex_loop_builder cloud_tpl_module_id=”47861″]
tdb_flex_loop_builder => This is the name of the flex loop builder that is general
The module name and ID can be found if you first build the flex block builder in the tagdiv Composer: https://app.screencast.com/zVWPVDzI5QYbt. From here, you can get all your info.
I can also help you via email at contact@tagdiv.com if you let us know all the details.
Thank you!
Hi,
I have a single background image in my Cloud Template, placed above the fold, but it’s currently being loaded lazily (td_lazy applied). This causes a noticeable delay in the image rendering, which I’d like to avoid.
I want to disable lazy loading only for this specific image, while keeping the lazy loading functionality enabled for all other images on my site.
- The image is part of a TagDiv Cloud Template
- The td-lazy-img class and data-img-url attributes are applied automatically.
I attempted to override the lazy loading behavior with CSS, but the td_lazy JavaScript seems to reapply it.
Question:
Is there a built-in way to disable lazy loading for a specific background image in the TagDiv Composer or Theme Panel? If not, what would be the recommended method to handle this efficiently without affecting other images or performance?
Thank you for your help!
Hello,
I see; I recommend using a cloud template for the tags/posts/categories/search and so on because are more flexible and you can edit them with tagdiv Composer https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-use-tagdiv-cloud-library-templates/ -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloud-library-templates/
To change now the text color is by using a custom code css-> .td-page-title, .td-page-title h1 {
color: red!important;
}
Set the code in Theme Panel ->Custom code -> Custom CSS
Also, the posts from this block are working -> https://i.imgur.com/gOni3jB.png can you please provide more details about your issue?
Thank you!

Hello,
You can edit the page with tagdiv Composer. Unfortunately, using the theme panel, you can not change them. We have long been recommending the use of cloud templates and flex blocks because the templates and blocks from the standard pack are outdated, just like the tagDiv standard pack plugin.
Thank you!
To be clear, the two problems is:
1. The header does not show on my webpage (When TD Composer plugin is deactivated it works).
2. THe tagdiv Composer does not work at all.
Update:
When I load an header template (from Cloud) the TD Composer for that header works, but still not for my old one. Still does not show up on homepage when i choose it for Global.
Still cant edit any other pages or templets either.

Hello,
I’m not entirely sure how to explain this because it’s very strange. Suddenly, the TD Composer stopped working, and the header on my website disappeared. I can’t access the Composer as it just keeps loading. Initially, all templates were loading “post” regardless of whether it was a template for a page, and now it’s not loading anything at all. However, the URL in the Composer indicates that it’s trying to load a post.
Before the issue occurred, I hadn’t installed or updated anything. The problem appeared out of nowhere. I’ve now updated plugins and everything else, but there’s no change.
Theme version is 6.2 – should i update? (running child-theme).
I want to know the hook name thats just show/print your custom content in loop

Hi,
since I installed WPML Plugin in admin panel I get the following notice:
‘WPML Plugin is active! When the plugin is active, the *.po – *.mo files are used instead of Theme Panel Translation.’
https://www.seedstm.com/repository/notice.jpg
It’s impossible to dismiss it. At first I thought to a problem from WPML plugin. but now I noticed the following function from the file:
/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_translate.php
(Newsmag 1.5 – line 25)
If I comment the function, the notice disappear but I guess it’s not the best solution.
What do you think about it?
Is there something wrong in Tag-div plugin?
Thank you,
Enzo
Hi there
I downloaded single post template-Crypto Gaming PRO from cloud library. In “Live Preview” the body of this template is black, but after when I edited it with TD Composer, I realized its body is white, and some components are not correct. I am surprised why “live preview” is black; however, when editing with TD Composer, it is white!! Do I have to add some CSS code to that template to make it black?!!

Hello,
My site has been fluctuating experiencing 505 Internal Server Errors. Bluehost support said the issue is with my Woocommerce and Td.composer plugins. He recommended I request updated scripts from plugin support. My td.composer plugin is updated, but is it possible there is another problem with its scripts? Thanks.
Hello,
I’m sorry to inform you, but this code is not from our theme. What we kindly ask you to do is to download the latest version from ThemeForest, install it, and also verify these steps.
You could consider reinstalling the WordPress version, and checking for this plugin wp-zexit.php. It might be wise to inspect via FTP if it doesn’t appear in the WordPress -> Plugins. Additionally, using Wordfence to scan the website and remove unknown users would be prudent.
Change admin passwords and delete admin accounts you are not familiar with;
– Delete any weird/unknown plugins;
– Delete the weird/unknown themes;
– Clean unfamiliar Theme Panel injected code (example – https://i.imgur.com/4q70kCv.png);
– Clean WordPress files (example – https://i.imgur.com/stJCqiK.png)
Please block /wp-json/tdw/save_css
If an attacker wants to target this URL /wp-json/tdw/save_css they can do so. Even if the website uses a different theme, the attacker can still try that URL. We could add an option to be able to enable/disable the Live CSS, it will be considered. But for now in order to remove it this can only be done with a modification to the composer plugin. I think that all that removing it requires is to comment this line of code – https://prnt.sc/RtwvL5Nc4ikR -> https://prnt.sc/ymZmhdUfp57U But as I mentioned, the attacker can still try to access the URL.
Thank you!
I’ve got a second license and launched a new website lincolnshirewire.com
It’s almost the same as the site I’ve operated on Newspaper for ten years
But this time I decided to design a mobile home page and mobile single post template using TD Composer mobile to be different from desktop versions.
I don’t use AMP plugin or Mobile Plugin on the site
The confusion is that although I designed the header and it’s settings are set to global – the page sometimes appears with the header being the one from the desktop TDC pane from the mobile viewport setting ( in this case blank in that viewport ) and full designed in the desktop viewport.
Other times it’s correct and is from the separate templates.
I set up WP Super Cache as instructed – and have also tried Litespeed Cache which the other site operates with and is a hosting recommendation.
When no cache plugin is activated at all the problem resolves and the correct page shows – either cache plugin activated causes the problem.
It’s early days for the site so no cache is fine now – but how can I change cache settings to fix it
Pat
Hello,
You can create a page using the pages section. Also, you can disable the breadcrumbs from here https://i.imgur.com/7RTd5lV.png or delete them with tagDiv Composer; depends on how you have created the page.
Thank you!
Hello,
This is a very old prebuilt website, created using standard templates, and the design was made in the theme files, for example, in this file: td-composer\legacy\Newspaper\includes\demos\retro\demo_style.less https://i.imgur.com/z7muSl9.png . What I recommend is to create your own cloud templates, and then you’ll be able to edit everything with TagDiv Composer.
You can find the share option in Theme Panel -> Social Share -> https://i.imgur.com/mO3OHOt.png
To add the icon to the menu please check this guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-add-icons-in-menu/
But you still haven’t answered regarding your refund request. Do you still want the theme or should we cancel the refund request?
Thank you!

Hi,
In version 12.6.6 you introduced new Column title shortcode that replaced old shortcode as a “simplified for a better structure”.
The new shortcode seems to have an issue.
1. Create a page with a new Column title shortcode
2. When logged as WP admin, test headings in SEO Pro Extension in Chrome, https://marketingsyrup.com/
– The column title will be shown like this:
< H2 >
/* custom css - generated by TagDiv Composer */ .tds-title-simplified{ margin: 0; transform: translateZ(0); }.tds-title-simplified > .td-element-style{ z-index: -1; }body .tdi_66{ text-align: left; }
– Other titles on the page (from flex blocks for example) are normal < h2 > Title name < / h2 > etc
See screenshot.
Thank you
Hello,
We are experiencing serious performance issues on our website due to the td-composer module in the Newspaper theme. We have identified that this module is the main cause of the extremely high Time to First Byte (TTFB) on our pages, significantly affecting the user experience.
web: https://fusionasturias.com
Technical Details:
• Server: VPS with optimized configuration.
• Web Server: Nginx (no Apache).
• PHP: Version 8.3 (FPM enabled).
• WordPress: Version 6.7.1.
• Cache Optimization: Using WP Rocket with Redis enabled.
• Compression: Brotli and GZIP active.
• Object Cache: Redis configured.
Observations:
1. We conducted several performance tests using tools like WebPageTest, which showed that the time it takes to load the initial HTML is excessively high. (See attached screenshot).
2. A more detailed analysis using a code profiler plugin confirmed that td-composer accounts for over 3 seconds of the total load time on each request. (See second attached screenshot).
3. This issue occurs even on simple pages without many dynamic elements, indicating that the problem is directly related to the module or its integration with the theme.
4. We updated our site design at the end of the summer. Previously, we used the Default PRO design, but now we’ve configured the site using the Pulses-PRO design. We wonder if residual configurations or data from the previous design might be “bloating” the database or negatively impacting performance.
5. We suspect that the Cloud Templates used in the current design might also contribute to the high load times. Could these be affecting performance?
Questions:
1. Are there specific configuration recommendations for Nginx + PHP 8.3 environments that could help improve the module’s response times?
2. Is it possible to disable or replace certain functionalities of the module without compromising the design integrity?
3. Could Cloud Templates be a cause of the slow performance? If so, how can we optimize them?
4. Is there any tool or recommended method to clean up residual configurations or data from previous designs that might be affecting the new one?
We would greatly appreciate any guidance or solutions you can provide.
Please find the test results attached to help diagnose the issue.

Thank you in advance.

Hi,
Normally the most used one is the one that appears on comments, the one from opt-in builder was added for the options provided with the opt-in builder plugin, but it can be used now for anything.
Here are all the files that are related to login and register and can be used with our theme (depends on the templates and options you choose):
– wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/parts/register.php
– wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/parts/header/td-login-modal.php
– wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/parts/tdb-login-modal.php
