Following your last message :
– We updated our theme with the newest version via FTP
– We disabled all our untested plugings
– We cleared all our caches
On the link your are showing and other mobile screens simulator the pictures are showing but on our real mobile phones they are not. We asked several persons to test it for us and it still isn’t working.
We tried to upload a new article showing new photos and they are still not showing, except for one only :

We looked everywhere and couldn’t find a way why this particular photo was showing and not the other. This is really an issue for our website.

i realized it’s because of the .td-header-main-menu in style.css of the parent theme (i am using a child theme)
i did
.td-header-main-menu {
background-color: transparent
}
but is there a better way? because when I update the theme it will happen again
Problem with space/gap between words and links in paragraphs. It seems to be site wide.
I will give two examples:
1. In the first paragraph in Dragon Spacecraft page, the words Space X and Dragon are squashed together.

2. In the middle of the Boeing CST-100 page you will see the link ‘International Space Station’. There is no gap between the words ‘the International Space Station (ISS)’. It looks like theInternational and Station(ISS).
I have tested it in Safari and Firefox and it looks the same. I also switched to a different wordpress template and it shows the same gap/space problem.
This problem started when I updated to Newspaper 7.71.

After the recent update all my config with Google doubleclick platform has broken all the area.
I finally reconfigured all the adv code for fix all the problems. By the way I have a problem with the clickable background. I manage my background image and url from Doubleclick. As u can see on my website the only clickable area is on top of the website, because I add margin-top to the body. Seems like all the body hasn’t invisible margin on left and right area and the Clickable SKIN is loaded behind the body. How i can manage it?

This could be a caching issue, please try to clear your cache and check the result. Here is a guide to help you configure the WP Super Cache plugin – https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ maybe there is a setting you overlooked.
Also if you consider to update the theme to the latest version, here is a tutorila to guide you through the process – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ and do not forget to update the bundled plugins as well, from the theme package.

1. This could be taken into consideration in a future theme update, but I can not say for sure when it will be implemented, it is up to the developer team to decide what features have priority in the increasing list of suggestions and improvements.
2. The plugin may work in some context but interfere in another. Some users seem to be using it with favorable results, but in this case it affects the sorting in the popular category. Maybe there is a setting in the configuration of the plugin that you may have overlooked or you could change to restrict any action in the popular categories.

The post styles do not have editable thumbnails. The thumbnail needs to be changed from the theme code. You can use the theme api system to do so: https://forum.tagdiv.com/td_api_thumbupdate/
But you will need coding skills to change the thumb.
The theme api is not covered by the theme support though.

It’s seems to be necessary for the first 3 news that the featured category really named “Featured posts”. Otherwise it displays normal articles. Where can I change this, beacause my “Featured posts” category has another name…

Sorry I did not spot this earlier. Unfortunately if you use a smart list, this will open the modal image regardless of the existence of a custom url set on the image. Only smart list style 8 can do this at the moment – https://www.screencast.com/t/lHY7K78yG0 to open a custom link when the image inside the list is clicked, with the modal feature disabled. There could be improvements in this matter in future theme updates, but at the moment this is the way the smart lists work. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.

2- I deactivated all plugins then I noticed that the plugin that is causing the problem is the one that you recommended for me (Category Order and Taxonomy Terms Order) I use this plugin to change the order of the sub categories. It’s important for me!

I receive email to download Newspaper update. please provide instruction how install the update.
I updated to VC 5.1 via the Newspaper update that was just released. I did so via FTP; I renamed the old folder js_composer-old, uploaded the new one, deleted the old one, and cleared the cache.
A few things appear to be broken on my site related to VC now, such as this page: https://themedium.ca/archive/
Those are VC TTA tabs. On the backend it looks and works perfectly fine, but on the front end the styling appears to have changed, breaking the tab structure. I’ve disabled all minification and file concatenation while investigating.
I don’t get any console errors on that page in Chrome or Edge. (There’s a deprecated warning in Firefox’s dev tools but nothing serious.)
I have no problem. The message, however, is as if there is problem. I think so should remove it in next update

1. These are the plugins that are recommended to be used along with the theme, and periodically tested to work properly – https://www.screencast.com/t/zEaZ8Amv As it can be seen the WordPress SEO by Yoast is on that list so it is fully compatible. Here you can find a guide to help you configure it – https://yoast.com/wordpress-seo/ if you are having problems.
Also the theme has only one stylesheet by default and I believe that you are using a plugin for optimization, that could be causing these results.
2. These are all the blocks available in Visual composer as it can be seen in the demo – https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/block-1/ also the big grids – https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/big-grid-1/ and we are sorry that you can not find one to suit your purposes.
3. Unfortunately at the present time you will just have to ignore the activation message from Visual composer, a solution may be provided within a future update regarding this.
Please consider that the Newspaper theme is and always was in a continuous improvement process, and the developer team is always looking to satisfy our customers with optimizations in every possible field. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can always request a refund and we will approve it.

Your ‘disable the lazy load feature’ suggestion is work for me.
But i think is only temporary solution, cause when i enable it again, images are disappear.
I will try update the theme tomorrow. I hope that will solve this problem.
