First of all, you will have to download the theme packet from Envato Market because there you will find the latest version of the theme. With this, all the required plugins will come bundled (Visual Composer 4.12 and Social Counter) which you will have to install to the theme. Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme. Please try to download again the theme from the Theme Forest because we have fixed the issue regarding on Mobile theme (not showing the featured image) but the version of it has not been changed…it is still 7.3 version. Also, please notice that we recommend the FTP method because this is the surest one in this regard. -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ Please check your result after this update and let us know how it goes. Your issue, it is possible to be from this case.

Hi,

I mean that any file in the wp booster folder will not work from the child theme. You will have to edit the file directly not copy it over in the child theme. We suggest to keep a back-up file of the one modified in case you update and the file gets replaced. If you do not know what is modified for some reason, you can use ‘winmerge’ to compare 2 files and see the differences between them.

That looks like a caching issue. You need to clear cache after you update as the old files will still be served through the cache and it could break the layout. Please make a back-up then update your theme and afterwards, clear all caches including a plugin, hosting or cdn server.

We implemented the fix without changing the theme version. The automatic update cannot detect the new fix as the version did not get changed. Please use one of the alternatiove methods of updating (not the automatic one)https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
