Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme with the latest version of the required plugins (Visual Composer 4.11.2 and Social Counter 4.1) Update your theme using the FTP method according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ Try to clear all your caches, purge CDN file and test it again. If your problem is still there, you can try to make a new clean install from scratch with the latest version of the theme and check how it will work.

Premium themes cannot be updated through the wordpress dashboard. In order to get notifications about updates for your theme you must install the envato plugin. Please follow this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
And also make sure you update all the plugins that come with the theme : https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/ and also update the social counter plugin.

Your image is too small. Update a larger image and make sure you insert the full width image from WP not a thumbnail: http://screencast.com/t/aOngvSLkwI The theme will crop images but it will not enlarge them.

Thank you for your appreciation. We try to update our theme as much as we can.
1) I will add this suggestion to our list for future uopdates and pass this information on to our development team.
2) you can change the top header color from the theme colors section of the theme panel: http://screencast.com/t/C6Xd59Aa
3) I’m not sure what gap you are referring to as you have a trending now element between the slideshow and the header. If you want to remove it, simply delete the trending now element from visual composer
4) Unfortunately setting a background image will make the site go into boxed mode so there cannot be a wide version if you have backgrounds.

These plugins are provided free along with our theme updates so you cannot update them from the dashboard nor can you activate them. We used the Article-schema.org because our theme has been designed to be used not only for News area and what the Article schema is more general, that’s why our developers have decided to use this. We will do some investigation and reviews in this regard and depending on results of these we will consider on the future updates to change the Article to News Article for schema.org but we cannot say for sure when will it be this because it is just our developer decision.

Please make sure you use the latest theme version and the update is done properly. Try to reinstall the theme by following this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
If the problem is still there after the update/reinstall please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files.
Then try your theme panel again.

First of all, please ensure that you have fully updated your theme using the FTP method because this is the surest method in this regard and then you will have to increase the system status parameters according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/. So, if you cannot increase these parameters, please consult your hosting provider and ask them to do this thing. Try to disable all the active plugins and leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins.
