Hi, i have been facing an issue that the online tools that scans H tags are unable to scan the H1, H2, H5 and H6 tags. i have used these tags at the time of publishing the articles but i couldnt find any at the time of scanning. i have used http://www.seoreviewtools.com/html-headings-checker/ and many others as well. i have used H1, H2, H5 and H6 in many posts, i even checked the source code, style.css file as well and everything seems fine there. pls have a look at the report given below

This is driving me crazy and I am hoping I am the problem here.
On my site http://www.windows10update.com, I want to be able to display a superleaderboard 970×90 OR 970×250 OR 728×90 DEPENDING ON the demand from advertisers.
On a traditional wordpress, site, this is accomplished by making the div or code block large enough to support the adsense code and no problem.
It seems like the newspaper theme is trying to decide for me and it has decided that even when set to AUTO, 728×90 is what it should use on desktop sizing.
I need to be able to put my adsense code in and have GOOGLE decide in real time what code should go in that space (728×90, 970×90, 970×250 depending on the highest bid by an advertiser).
How can I accomplish this in Newspaper theme because it seems that the theme may be losing me money if it is restricting the leaderboard sizes I can have.

Hi there, if you updated the plugin with the method recommended by tagdiv, you don’t have any problems.
I recommend you update Speed booster as well because of WP Version 4.4.
But it is not mandatory

I just completed an update from 6.3 to 6.6 following the guide, I also updated the VC and Social counter plugins. I have speed booster running on the version that was released with 6.3 (with edits) I’m wondering if anything changed on the version that came bundled with 6.6, as if it’s the same, I could possibly leave the plugin as it is?

I’m trying to load editor styles as I’m using a Child theme. I did see some less files but I’m sure they would keep updating with the theme updates. What’s the best way to load editor styles?
Тема обновлялась с версии 6.6.2 до 6.6.3. После того, как стили отказались работать, полностью удалил тему и плагины и поставил заново. В общем, проблема заключается в том, что сама дочерняя тема подключается: изменяются блоки и модули, но код из файла style.css не работает. Пришлось временно отключить работающий сайт, т.к. вся разметка поехала.

Subject updated to version 6.6.2 to 6.6.3. After styles refused to work completely removed theme and plugins, and set again. In general, the problem is that the very child theme connected: changing blocks and modules, but the code from the style.css file is not working. I had to temporarily disable the working site, because all markings have gone.

is td-config.php child-theme ready? Otherwise there would be no oppurtunity to change the thumb without doing after every theme update a manual editing.

Hello, After the update Theme in 6.6.3 do not see the sidebar that more were on the right side of the home page, categories and posts.
Examples:

today I have updated theme to the latest version (6.6) and associated plugins, visual composer.
When I try to create a page, all templates became this:
and most icons were gone, and the text editor didn’t show up
You don’t need to use child theme unless you plan to make changes to the theme core code; and still best to do that to the main theme and keep track of changes to apply to future updates.
Note – see the changelog included in the all files download as you may need to update the child theme files as well as main theme files when there is major update.

Hello and good evening. I have the version 6.3 of Newspaper on my install at leerenbodas.com I want to update it but i’m scared of what could happen if i uppdate from 6.3 to 6.6.3
Is it better if i update step by step walking through all the middle versions? If it’s better, where can i find th middle versions?

after the latest update, following are the error’s i am facing
1) Website not working on twitter app on mobile
2) website not working on facebook app on mobile
3) Smart sidebar not sticking
4) Article repeating on load more (very old bug)
Did I even say I disliked the support? I did not. Only thing I was talking about was features that you say constantly that you add but really don’t. The last decent add of features was the big grids and styles for the grids. I am not getting rid of the theme just because you tell me too. All I am saying is that I am tired of hearing you will be adding features to both themes but really you spending more time on Newspaper with the features than Newsmag.
I have been watching since Newspaper v3 and up to v4.6.3 and then this 6 months and boom a two in one theme is built for Newspaper and Newspaper v4.6.3 was about just over a year old as Newsmag is now but Newsmag is not really moving forward. I am saying since there is not really much of any changes with updates, then I am going to wait until there is big changes to update the theme or until something seems broken to me. That is a lot of downloads for hardly anything added.
I am pretty sure you are aware that Envato gives a max 50 downloads and when that is hit, then we have to ask for an extension. Well, I don’t want have to do that. So from now on I am holding off the updates until I see something I need.

I’ve tried that,
I notice that when I change permalink setting to post name
It says “You should update your web.config now.” after I click save settings.
The last two updates were for 4.4, not the others but actually the even v2.3 was nothing new except for what you added for you to help others too. I really only saw one feature that I could actually see that I would benefit from since I bought the theme and I bought it July 17th. It just kind of bothers me that you keep saying that you have a lot of features on a list but hardly add those from that list but mostly add what benefits mostly what you want for support instead. I just looked at all the logs on sales page and really since I bought it nothing much was added for features to get excited about.

The latest updates have truly been fixes and plugin updates. You are right, but this is due to the fact that WordPress 4.4 was released and created errors for us to fix, facebook changed their code as well and broke our social counter and to top it all off, google changed their algorithm for the structure data analysis and created a whole bunch of errors. We worked overtime to fix all these issues so time to implement new features was kind of limited if non existent at all. Thank you for your understanding and we hope we can add new features to the theme as soon as possible.
