You can edit your mobile pages with the TagDiv Composer and customize them.
Please check the documentation about mobile pages and please assign them to the desktop version page in order to display in the mobile devices:

Maybe the problem it is related to those errors -> https://i.imgur.com/1z9g3E2.png what you can try for theme, is to use Enable jQuery Migrate Helper, or better, make a full backup for your website and update the theme to the last version https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-the-theme/ (because you have an very old theme, it will be recommended to update the theme manually).

after the new update activated i found the AMP is not working probably and the website is always have hang. logo appear and disappear with himself. could not upload pictures to media library.so please advice.

Yesterday I was posting news on my website and all of a sudden I had this error:

I contacted the host and they responded with this:
During the investigation, we noticed that there were a lot of requests to the site horrornewsnetwork.net. It may cause problems with the site.
However, now the site is working properly. Please, let us know if the issue still persists from your side.
Everything looked normal on the homepage but then, I went to the inner pages of the site and they are completely off.

Does anyone know how to get it back? I updated to the new newspaper theme since then and have posted articles, so I am not sure I should have the web host roll it back?

yep i know you guys are working hard to improve the theme. One of the reasons I use it on so many client projects now.
It would be great if you include the notes for WooCommerce in your ideas list, because in my eyes they are important so that you can use the theme reasonably for stores as well. You can add it manually in the code, but that’s with tens of customers, after each update quite a lot of work.

First you need to make sure that this situation is not from a plugin conflict or extra code that you have added. If the problem persists unsung only tagDiv plugins, then most possible that the problem to be because you are using an old theme version https://i.imgur.com/JOOyK7l.png with the latest WordPress version, 5.8.1, in this case what you need to do is to make a full backup for your website and database and update the theme https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-the-theme/

Custom font is not working after I moved my site to new directory and updated my site from 11.2 to 11.3.1.
don’t know which causing this error. i tried to undo both.
- I tried to return on 11.2, not working.
- I removed TagDiv composer and reinstalled, not working
- old location of site also not working after update
- LSCache was installed, I removed that also, not working

Please let me know what version you have, if you have v11.3 there was a problem with all the changes you made in the CSS tab and after the update, they will not appear in the tab, but they will remain on the website, and you will have to change a value in the CSS tab on each element that you know you made related changes color, margin, etc.

My website is “coming soon” until I resolve my mobile settings, so I am sharing screenshots using your recommendation above.
FYI I have already utilised the Let’s Go Mobile tutorial (very helpful) and Theme documentation and spent a lot of time troubleshooting.
My preferred option is to use mobile templates and tagDiv composer, mostly as I have content on my homepage that I want to retain in mobile view. I have created mobile templates for the home page, header and footer only (at this stage).
When testing the responsive version live on mobile I have the following issues:
1. My posts are displayed in a default format (feature image, text then sidebar, plus wrong header and footer). In my cloud templates list I do not have any Single Post Template listed to customise as a mobile template.
Have I mistakenly deleted “Single Post Template – Default PRO” and if so how do I get it back? When searching in New Cloud Templates it is not listed and other templates would be inconsistent with my site.
2. My pages (via menu) are displayed in a similar default format. When I try to create mobile templates for these pages using Composer (checking copy content option) most of my pages are not picking up all the content. Specifically, pages that have shortcodes (eg. Contact Form 7). For example –
In the mobile template page I get an empty column (where the page title, text and/or image should display) and stretched out shortcode content. If I save it anyway and try to open it again it appears as blank.
3. One critical page on my site appears blank (header and footer only) when live on mobile. It is a Business Directory which is otherwise responsive to the theme.
Like Issue 2 above, when I create a mobile template for this page the content is copied and partially displays but after saving it disappears.
The alternative option – trying tagDiv Mobile Theme + Official AMP for WP, and testing it live, has not resolved the critical issues. NB: I switched my “homepage – mobile” to draft while using Mobile Theme.
When testing the mobile theme version live on mobile I still have these issues:
1. Posts are now ok but the “Post Settings” options (as shown in your Theme Documentation) do not appear in my Mobile Theme Plugin settings.
2. All of the pages (including Business Directory) are now completely blank (mobile theme header and footer only). FYI I have opened each page in WP Editor and ensured they are enabled for mobile theme in the tool bar and updated. This did not resolve the issue.
Please let me know your suggestions for resolution asap 🙂

As an update, I managed to find the option for the menu background image under backgrounds / mobile menu. Still unsure how to change the colors for the vertical mode menu so my logo doesn’t stick out like a sore thumb.

Hi Anamaria, is there not a quick solution we can implement? Updating our entire site is quite a long winded process. We were hoping there would be a short term solution

I’m very sorry, but the plugin you use has not been tested with the theme, that’s why we recommend WP Super Cache because it has been tested and it recognizes mobile theme and mobile pages.
There is also a possibility that your host has a cache plugin enabled and that is why this problem occurs.
Please clear all cache on your server, website and browser and see if the problem persists.

From the details that provide you have an older version of the theme, so please update the theme to the latest version of the theme v11.3.1 and the latest WordPress version (5.8.1) and see if those errors appear.
Unfortunately, there is a big difference between version v8.5.1 to version 11.3.1.
I recommend that you update the theme on a staging website and make sure that you have activated the tagDiv Standard pack plugin to keep the look of the website.

For the theme update, please make a full backup and try to update the theme manually via FTP/cPanel -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-the-theme/ method B from our guide. Also please make sure that you install the theme plugin too.
For the problem with the mobile layout on pages this is look like that because you are using the mobile theme plugin, and for this you need to set the page content in mobile editor using only the elements that are provided by the mobile editor. You can check more in our guide from here https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
An alternative will be to disable this plugin and you’ll use the responsive version of the theme.

Hi there,
I recently updated to the latest theme version and decided to try the AMP version.
I enabled the AMP plugin (Template Mode Transitional) and the mobile theme. I also added in the WP Super cache the flag on Mobile device support.
So the issue is that sometimes from the same phone I see a good version and sometimes just the latest articles without the other parts.
Can you help? I already read on the forum that can be a cache conflict but I don’t find a solution

We another one problem after updating the theme adn theme’s plugins from 11.3 to 11.3.1
And plugins were updated after that Mobile theme shows white screen.
Right plugin is deactivated, and it shows just adaptive version but we need mobile theme.
PLease take a look.
