Hello jmedina0107,
1)Errors happened during tdcIframeData.init() -> bindViewsModelsWrappers()!
Please do not use this setting in Seo by Yoast:
https://www.screencast.com/t/n8Cc35EofLh Also, if you are using the WP Super Cache plugin, please ensure that has been right setup according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
2)Also, the third important rule is to do not edit a page which was created with Visual Composer with TD Composer.
Also, I have inspected your website and I saw that you are using some untested plugins which can interact with the theme core files and causes a lot of unknown issues like this.
For more information about how you should use our page builder incorrect way on our theme, please check the following useful tutorial here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/visual-composer-tagdiv-composer-transition/ -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial-2/
Clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi, a few days ago I did a clean installation of WordPress in my SiteGround server. Then, I begin to install the Newspaper 8 theme and the required plugins. After that I imported several pages and posts from a previous page. In the front end view all seemed to be right but in the back end it wasn’t. When I try to load the TD Composer all I get is a blank page. All the content that I’ve created is built with that plugin. Because of that I can’t use the visual composer or something different.
All of my themes and plugins are updated. Also, I’ve already tried to disable all of my plugins except the TD Composer but nothing happened. It seems that your theme or the TD Composer plugin have an issue with the SiteGround servers.
I need to fix this issue as fast as possible, thanks for your support!

Hi,
1. Now that is unusual. If you could mention all the details I will try to recreate the issue, mention how you are creating this link exactly, also does it happen in all posts.
Or if possible provide a link to a post that has the issue.
2. Tried the same with a Font awesome icon
– https://www.screencast.com/t/nGRdNiSRGd
There seems to be no problem. Maybe something is affecting the icon in your case. A line height or margin. I could take a look at it if you can provide a link to your website.
3. Enable the bold setting in the theme panel if you are going to use it
– https://www.screencast.com/t/h6fF5P5iwt4
Then check the font in question again. For me it looks like this
– https://www.screencast.com/t/bukqqjOIr
4. All demos contain customization. An additional stylesheet is loaded with this design. You can take a look for example at the art creek demo stylesheet here
– https://www.screencast.com/t/7lM6Ur3ne
All the design that demo ads is there.
5. So that happens for one specific post only. Then something in the post content would be the cause, or the elements you entered in it with the page builder. We do not recommend if possible to use the WPBakery page builder for posts, that was the case all the time
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-use-visual-composer/
In coming updates the tagDiv composer will receive a considerable amount of new features, it will be included in how the post pages are created, among other new options.
6. I don’t quite know what element you are referring to exactly. Most if not all the elements have for options up to 90px
– https://www.screencast.com/t/5321oZtVGsx
Thanks
Hi,
The homepage post is based on the post template 8 design and functionality
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/td-post-2015-awards-all-of-the-best-and-worst-moments-from-the-show/
The image is set as background and not supposed to be clicked, only the title can be clicked.
Grid modules use thumbnails, these are different functionalities.
Maybe this could be done with modifications in the homepage post element code
– https://www.screencast.com/t/6BQ8Zsu3
It will not be a copy/paste unfortunately, I could not say exactly what has to be done in order to implement this modification for the homepage post. Maybe you can figure it out, if this is absolutely required.
I will however make a note of this on our suggestion list, it will be considered by our developer team at some point.
Full grids are full width, they should be placed with the tagDiv composer. If you use Visual composer the full grids may not look properly, even if you stretch the row containing them.
Thanks
Hi,
Decide on one page builder and deactivate the other. If you have pages built with one of them and you want to use the other, the pages will have to be recreated.
Visual composer should be used only on pages, we do not recommend to use it on posts
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-use-visual-composer/
If this is absolutely required for you, enable it for posts in the settings of the plugin.
As a side note, we plan to add many more options for the tagDiv composer. There will be a considerable amount of new features added in coming updates. They will be exclusively for the tagDiv composer. You should consider this when making your decision.
Also as a note, if you use Visual composer on posts and activate the tagDiv composer, the post pages layout may not display properly.
Thanks
Hey,
As Tagdiv composer is not for post so can I use Visual Composer for it?
Also as you mentioned both should not work together so if I disable the tagdiv will it effect the pages that I have created using it?
Please suggest the best way so website is not affected.
Thank you 🙂
Hello sfarazali,
1)The background image is added from the Theme panel and it will be applied to the whole website. Please check here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/qVJXhNSpp
2)You can try using the Visual Composer and add the Tabs element.
3)You should try using such custom CSS code. Follow the next useful guide to create your own custom CSS code -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/create-custom-code-using-the-browsers-inspector/
Thanks.
Hi,
1. Some Visual composer elements will not display properly when the tagDiv composer plugin is also active. Theme provided elements such as blocks and grids will not be affected when both page builders are active but other elements can be.
This composer will automatically be activated when the theme is installed or updated (since version 8.0). Deactivate it and your Visual composer elements will look the same as before.
2. If you should decide to use the tagDiv composer and multi-purpose plugin, then all your pages will have to be recreated with it. There are buttons in the tagDiv composer, these can be used in pages
– https://www.screencast.com/t/PtFNHutlFA4
A button could be used in a post sidebar as an widget, try it like this
– https://www.screencast.com/t/8Iiie4hG
– https://www.screencast.com/t/eRp54rEK
– https://www.screencast.com/t/YRSMwYQjU
We plan to add a considerable amount of new options in coming updates, for the tagDiv composer.
Thanks
After updating from v7.8.1 to the latest.
Question 1 –
I noticed all my old buttons that I had created with Visual Composer are now way over sized. I originally had them set at “Full Width” but now they take over both the Main content area as well as the Sidebar area.
Is there a quick fix for this? I just don’t want to manually update all 50+ pages that have one.
Question 2 –
Is there a way to create a button with TagDiv composer (3d Cube) that I can use in the sidebar widget area. I’m trying to create a “Join Our Telegram Channel” button. I can get it to work while creating it using TagDiv builder on a page, but I don’t know how to transfer it to a widget. I’ve copied the code and it pasted into a Text with Title block. But it seems that the one I create is much to large for the area and I can’t seem to get it to fit correctly.
Thanks
Hello,
How can I change the sidebar width from 1/3 + 2/3 (assuming it is on the left), to 1/4 + 3/4
I know I can do this inside each page. I know I can make a template out of a page and use it. But my question here is how to do it site wide not inside visual composer.
Thanks.
I have install the visual composer but the frontend editor missing… i can have access only in back end editor…
Please note that i have disable the tagDiv Composer because is with limited capability’s
is anyway to enable VC frontend editor ?
Do not use this setting in Seo by Yoast:

Also, if you are using the WP Super Cache plugin, please ensure it is set up according to tagdiv documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ (this needs to be updated)
Also, do not edit a page which was created with Visual Composer with TD Composer.
Hello panchatz,
It is the visual composer plugin. Once I deactivated it, the social icons came back. Please use the wpbakery page builder provided in the theme package, not ‘visual composer’. Please use wpbakery page builder version 5.4.5 provided free of charge in the theme package.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks.
Hello brenbrinkman,
Ensure that your homepage has been made with TD Composer and not with Visual Composer because can appears some errors in this case. Notice that we do not recommend to use both page builder at the same time because might appears some conflicts.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for your understanding!
I need some help with installing visual composer as it’s one of my favourite builders to use could you tell me why it’s not there i looked into the folders but nothing seems to be there
Hello banana,
Why do you want to use Elementor plugin when the theme has its own page builder? Notice that plugin has not been tested with our theme and also, we cannot say for sure if it will work or not as expected with the theme and theme’s elements, sorry! We recommend using the TD Composer or Visual Composer as page builder which works as expected with our theme.
Thanks for your understanding!

Hi,
@EmmyThx Please deactivate the tagDiv composer plugin. If both WPBakery page builder as well as the tagDiv composer are active, there will be issues.
The single image element will be affected by both of them and the resulting image will not display properly.
Should you decide to use WPBakery as the page builder and posts builder for your website, deactivate the tagDiv composer and there should be no problem.
We do not recommend to use WPBakery page builder for posts, only pages
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-use-visual-composer/
The plugin version provided in the theme package comes with post support disabled, but it can be enabled in the plugin settings if required.
Posts should be created with the default WordPress editor if possible

Let us know if you have further question, we will try to help you.
Thanks
Hi,
So I see that you want to have a Instagram section as the Construction demo. The demo ads some customization to this section, visually. A filter is added over the images, this is the code used if you want the same effect
– https://www.screencast.com/t/NlFWpEJF8vV
It must be entered in Theme panel->Custom CSS
.td_block_instagram .td-instagram-image {
-webkit-filter: grayscale(100%);
filter: grayscale(100%);
}
.td_block_instagram a:hover .td-instagram-image {
-webkit-filter: grayscale(0%);
filter: grayscale(0%);
}
If you place the Instagram element in a page and you want it to be full width, stretch the row
– https://www.screencast.com/t/IgB57i9JEE
If you place it in the footer and the website has a background set, the footer section can be stretched despite this
– https://www.screencast.com/t/6QeOpE1Lqe
If I did not manage to identify the problem, please correct me and I will try to help you further.
Thanks
Please tell me the html and css to create it. I don’t want to use visual composer because it make my website slow.
ok, because for some pages I will use visual composer, but I need you to help me in the configuration of the superior image. I can send you an email with access to the web and I explain to you so that you can help me?
Hello,
Please use a ‘column text’ element and paste the code in the tiny mce editor in text mode, not in visual mode.
Thanks.
Hello,
Please try it in a column text element in the tagdiv composer, not in a raw html. Use the tiny mce editor in the column text widget and place the code in text mode, not in visual mode.
Thanks.
