The back to top arrow can be changed only using CSS code. For example, if you want to remove that arrow you can use this CSS code:

The issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

This issue is because you have an older theme version 9.0.1, and the latest version of WordPress(if you have a theme version older, than NewsPaper 10.3.9 and you have the latest WP version 5.6, tagDiv Composer not work). The Ads Pro Plugin is an untested plugin with our theme, therefore we don’t know how this is should work.
Normally, if the plugin uses Ajax code for ads that means it makes many requirements for ads using that ajax code.
What I can suggest is to try with normal ads to see if the problem persists, also you can contact the authors of that plugin and let them know about this problem.
