1.If you want to delete an empty column you need to know that empty columns are part of the row, and you can’t delete the column only the row that holds the column, this can be done with: using the right click on the row icon -> http://prntscr.com/owlyuw -> http://prntscr.com/owlynq or using the drag and drop -> http://prntscr.com/owlz2r or you can simply click on the row and press the delete button from your keyboard.

2.The issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

In most cases when you get a similar message “ Error at zones: 6(models): 7(dom). T.. The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)” then indeed it is a problem, most of the time the problem is from a shortcode that is not compatible with our theme, therefore after you set it with tagDiv Composer and save the page/cloud template, the next time when you try to edit it, you’ll get that error.

Also, this page was created with tagDiv composer or did you use another page builder?

If you use a Prebuilt Websites Pro you can set ads in the Ad Box from tagDiv Composer
The ad box has 3 sections for ads: using theme panel ads -> https://i.imgur.com/KFa9ibl.png, using images/banners -> https://i.imgur.com/MfAPTaE.png and custom code -> https://i.imgur.com/2rh8SuD.png save it and will appear on the post.

Also, the shortcode can be set with tagDiv Composer in column text or text with title in text area -> Edit Content =>https://www.screencast.com/t/yzHiFcS8g8 -> https://www.screencast.com/t/uDXaxJ8JSKFB.

The shortcode is automatically saved.

Please check if you have the latest version of our theme v10.3.9.1 and WordPress v5.6.
Also, sometimes is possible to be only jquery problems. Those can be resolved using a plugin for jQuery, like Enable jQuery Migrate Helper plugin and try this option => https://www.screencast.com/t/WYlKJVLi. Clear all the caches (also the browser cache)
