The problem is caused because you use an SVG image, and this type doesn’t have a size (width/height) when you add them, and the element that you use searches after those parameters. What I can suggestion is to use png, or set the WP debug to false.

Normally, the plugins should remain installed and active. Our plugins are not set up to deactivate themselves. Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones. If you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it and see if the problem goes away.

You can save the elements/blocks https://i.imgur.com/BTdbQoM.png and use it for other pages, also, if you create a new template, depends on what type of template, posts/author/category. You can assign the template for a specific type.
