It seems this error is related to the plugin wp super cache. Maybe this plugin is not tested with PHP 8.1, but only with 8.0.

Usually, the ads are set in the element AD BOX, and you can remove it, edit with tagDiv Composer, select the Ad box element and with right-click you can delete it => https://www.screencast.com/t/2GfCVx9BCAw7 or with drag & drop place it into the deleting red zone from the bottom right of the page.

Normally, there the name of the template should not appear in the URL.
The cloud templates are custom post types, and these can be an index or not, therefore you can use Yoast SEO to control the SEO for cloud templates, for example https://i.imgur.com/6BRLmIs.png after that you need to reindex your website on Google (or you can reindex only that link).

You need to make a new page and on that page to build the design you need with the TagDiv Composer.

I recommend you to use a Single Post Template from tagdiv Cloud Library, and you can design it with tagdiv Composer.
To display the related articles or more from author, you can use Flex Block and filter it https://www.screencast.com/t/SEmxo13Fo2X -> https://i.imgur.com/YIg3nPP.png
if you want to keep those templates the only way to remove the “more from author” tab is to use a custom CSS like this one:
