For this, you should use cloud templates. You can have different ads in every post/article if you use a different template for each post/article. If you want the same design, you can duplicate the templates.

1. Custom post types allow you to go beyond posts and pages and create different content types for your website. 2. Also, this plugin is not tested with our theme so I don’t know exactly how you can modify it to add elements like ads or something else.
