Note that the Speed Booster plugin disable itself when an incompatible plugin it’s installed. We added this measure to avoid conflicts with the plugins that won’t allow to move their CSS/js resources at page bottom. First we would want to apologize for the misunderstanding. From the beginning seems we missed the point of your requests.

Our theme sets a 640px value as a reference for content width and this value is also set for large thumb in media gallery. Due to the fact that Newspaper has a 696px width for td-container the usage of large thumb may be inappropriate because the image won’t fit properly.
A solution would be to increase the value of $content_width variable to 696px in td_wp_booster_functions.php file: http://screencast.com/t/7XJUIEMm Like this the large thumb from media gallery will be updated: http://screencast.com/t/sOI46gLDM2

Sorry for the inconvenience. I will add this to our list for future updates and p-ass this information on to the development team and hopefully we will be able to implement a large thumb in a future version of the theme.

‘ve checked your site and noticed that you’re using Newspaper theme along with Mobile theme plugin. If you want the same content on mobile as on desktop you can deactivate mobile theme as the main theme have its own responsive version.

Try to update the theme at V 3,1 which is available on themeforest, update Visual Composer at V 4.1, this version is included in theme’s patch, deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches purge cdn files then test the site again.

We have this on our todo list but I can’t promise anything with regard at a possible implementation. We have a very long list with feature requests and we have to choose carefully what feature will be added to the theme. I also agree with your point that it’s better to use less plugins and add more feature to the theme. But in time the theme will also became fat and this is not a good thing for many points of view. As themes developers we have to look at the end product from many points of view.

We didn’t tested vivacity facebook comments plugin and we’re not aware of its functionality in order to provide an accurate answer. Unfortunately we can’t provide plugin implementation support so if you really need this plugin and you’re not aware of the steeps that must be taken in this regard my advice is to look for someone who can help you with implementation or hire a developer top do it for you.

Unfortunately those files cannot be overwritten from child theme, sorry. We plan to extend the child theme support for the theme in near future but for thew moment only the files indicated in our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-child-theme-support/
For now you need to keep track your modifications and re-add theme after each update.

Note that the child theme was also update and if you’e using V 1.7 the update must be done clean, by this I mean that you have to upload a fresh copy of Newsmag theme and also update the child theme.
You can create you own header.php in child theme as that file can be overwritten there. For more details about child theme support please check this link: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-child-theme-support/

Since V 3 we added option which allows you to deactivate post meta on modules. They can be found in theme panel > block settings: http://screencast.com/t/8spjYmoTgf

Theme layout relay on a fixed width by 1021px. All blocks, modules, rows and post templates are designed starting from this value. There is no easy way to make container’s width 100% as this is a very complex task which involve many customizations and tests in order to be achieved. Basically all theme’s layout must be re-designed.
We can’t offer customization services at the moment so if you really need this or you’re not aware of the steps you need to take in this regard please consider hiring a developer or a freelancer to do this for you.
