Hello!

No. You should edit every template as you like and assign it to your category. You have only one option to make the category template global, which will apply to all your categories. Then, for the special category, you should assign its own special template.

Thank you!

Hello!

It should take the primary category. But for this case, I recommend to access the article and assign the template manually like this: https://app.screencast.com/CVWDQCt4akRc4

Hello!

Can you please provide more details?

Hello Varun!

You should assign a template for your posts that have the shortcode to display the text.
Check the guide here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/

Thank you!

Hello!

You can have multiple post templates and assign them in the Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Categories: https://app.screencast.com/DmCZ5ZjP95JyP

Hello Daniel!

The sizes are fixed and you can check them in the Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Block Settings -> Thumbs on Modules/Blocks. There are no other settings or options.

Thank you!

Hello Daniel!

They are default ones, that’s why it is better to use flex blocks.
If you upload an image that is smaller than your size from settings, then this could appear blurry and not of high quality. I suggest you upload the images in your Media Library in full size (1920 px): https://prnt.sc/YzxtrT24bGKM

Hello Varun!

I can see that you have mobile theme plugin installed and active.
We have 3 options available for mobile versions that you can use:

1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page.Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.

2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages

3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information.

A full explanation is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
If you need to use mobile version 1 or 2, then you need to uninstall the Mobile Theme plugin and AMP.

Thank you!

Hello!

1. Check this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/modal-popup/
For customization and other services, you can contact our custom work team here: https://tagdiv.com/premium-customization-services/.
2. I think you should add the style as well in the raw html or raw CSS. A shortcode can be inserted also by using the element called “Column text” or “Text with title”. “Column text” and “text with title” elements have a button called “edit content” and if you click on that button, the WP Editor will open, and you can add some text/code/shortcode there. Close the WP Editor from X, save the changes from Composer and view the page to see the changes. It could be possible to be a conflict there, that’s why the shortcode do not display as you want. Please check.
3. You should build it to be responsive from the plugin source. Or you can use some CSS style added with the help of a raw CSS element from the tagdiv Composer. Check the guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/create-custom-code-using-the-browsers-inspector/

Hello @jayflyer!

No. But you can build a new page with the tagdiv Composer and display all your posts. For example: https://app.screencast.com/RqIz8X0juNsLU or using a flex block or a custom block: https://forum.tagdiv.com/modules-builder-newspaper-theme/

Thank you!

Hello!

You should optimize your website and increase the page speed score as much as you can.
Please check the tutorials from Google Pagespeed Insights and I’m sure you can increase the page speed.
You should have all the needed tagdiv plugins active.

Thank you!

Bettina

Hello!

For the point 3 I mean this link: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/richiesta-informazioni/
Yes, but we need the license certificate and purchase code.

Thank you!

Bettina

Hello!

You shouldn’t lose anything when you update the theme. Please make sure that everything is up-to-date and active, as well as the tagdiv plugins.
For every update, we always recommend the following:
-> First of all, please make sure you have a backup.
-> Please deactivate all the non-tested plugins with our theme before updating.
-> Update WordPress, PHP, the theme, and plugins to the latest version: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/.
-> Check all these requirements for the theme: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/

Thank you!

Hello!

1. A license key is available only for 1 domain and its staging version. For other domains, please buy another license.

2. We can verify the license codes and tell you which one you can use or if you should buy another license.

Please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:
– admin url and credentials
– the license certificate and purchase code
– a link to this topic in order to identify you
– specify the current domain you need to assign the license key

Thank you!

Bettina

Hello!

Yes, you can do it. While the theme files exist on the domain, there is no issue.

Thank you!

Bettina
tagDiv Staff

Hello!

Sure. These settings are made with your host provider, not with the theme. While the theme and the plugins are installed and available on your website, then the design will remain the same.

Thank you!

Hello @Nevis1!

I’ve checked the link and I can see only one image there. Did you solve the issue?

Thank you!
