Did you try to change any other option, and the composer didn’t save it as well?
Please check the console from your browser while you save the settings in the tagdiv composer by pressing the Ctrl + right-click -> Inspect -> Console.

Examine some other potential interfering factors: https://forum.tagdiv.com/general-options-may-interfere-newspaper-theme/
Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.

You can delete the elements or change the color for each element by clicking on them and see the settings on the left side.
The code from the theme panel -> custom code -> custom CSS affects the line from “our services”.

Did you choose the mobile menu there? The social icons from the mobile menu are coming from the Theme Panel -> Social/Apis -> Social Networks -> https://i.imgur.com/kKYIECB.png remove/edit them after your needs.

Unfortunately, we have no feature for surveys or a tested plugin.
A shortcode can be inserted also by using the element called “Column text” or “Text with title”. “Column text” and “text with title” elements have a button called “edit content” and if you click on that button, the WP Editor will open, and you can add some text/code/shortcode there. Close the WP Editor from X, save the changes from Composer and view the page to see the changes.
