Hello @sonyflagel !
For the mixed content error, you need to have a SSL plugin and use https: https://www.hostinger.com/tutorials/fix-mixed-content-wordpress/ -> https://wordpress.org/plugins/really-simple-ssl/
Thank you!
Hello!
In the APP FIND PRO demo I can’t find the “Similar Applications” and a sidebar.
Can you please provide more information?
Thank you!
Hello @avrpatsfan!
Please check this thread: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/cls-3/
I hope that helps you!
Thank you!
Hello @sonyflagel!
Unfortunately, we have no element in the tagdiv composer that looks like this.
You can build something similar with the help of the custom module: https://forum.tagdiv.com/modules-builder-newspaper-theme/.
Also, we don’t have this scrolling feature. You can set a limit on your posts or use the load more button instead.
Thank you!
Hello @Kaino!
Strange! If you want, we can take a look, see exactly the issue and let you know what you can do there. Please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:
– admin url and credentials
– a link to this topic in order to identify you
Thank you!
Hello!
I’ve checked your website, and I can see other fonts too. Try to check every element and choose the “Fira Sans” font for them. After all modifications, you need to reindex your website on Google. It may take some more time.
Thank you !
Hello @ziamoon!
You can delete the logo element and add the other one. So, the overlapping settings will be deleted as well.
If you use the translations from the theme panel, then you can change the default language displayed on your website.
I recommend you use the gTranslate plugin.
This issue with AMP scan failure has already been discussed here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/after-update-theme-9-to-12-site-loading-very-slow-without-enabling-caching-on/ and here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/site-scan-failed-try-again-amp-newspaper-theme/
Please use the correct filter for each page: https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-settings-guide/
Thank you!
Hello @llucson!
The date format is the one from the WordPress settings. Please check how you set it there. Settings -> General. If your language is also set to Spanish, then it should display in Spanish and not in English. Clear all the cache and try again.
I can see on your website that the problem is solved: https://app.screencast.com/R3q0kc0amQnOU
Thank you!
Hello!
You should place it in that inner row and change the border value in the mobile viewport as here: https://app.screencast.com/6NcBUJBZzLCjf for the post view element.
Thank you!
Hello Alex!
We will take into consideration your query!
Thank you for your feedback!
Hello!
The mobile theme is optimized for speed, but you have fewer options for customization.
You can also use the other two options, but do not use more features that can cause problems with speed. Check this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/what-is-ajax-preloading/
Thank you!
Hello!
If you sent an email, then we will take a look and try to help you as soon as possible.
Please be patient!

Hello!
Yes. Clear all your cache (also from your browser) and try again. If the problem is still there, then try to deactivate it, clear all cache (also from your browser), and see the results.
Thank you!
Hello!
Unfortunately, we found some problems with this archive CPT template, and we should check and fix them.
This issue is already on our investigation list!
We’re sorry for this inconvenience!
Thank you for understanding!
Hello @keverix3 !
1. If you upload an image that is smaller than your size from settings, then this could appear blurry and not of high quality. I suggest you upload the images in your Media Library in full size (1920 px): https://prnt.sc/YzxtrT24bGKM
2. Do you have any error? Check out: https://yoast.com/help/how-to-customize-the-sitemap-index/ -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/sitemap-is-not-opening-i-am-facing-sitemap-error/
3. You can also add the ad code in the theme panel and choose from where you like to display the ad in the shortcode Ad box from tagdiv composer using a cloud template.
If you use default templates, then the ad should be displayed if the code is correct.
Check out the documentation here:
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/article-ads/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/using-other-ads-non-adsense-ads/
I suggest to deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.
Thank you!
Hello!
Unfortunately, no. I will add this feature to our implementation list!
Thank you!
Hello @kharondev!
In that guide are presented also the settings to change that aspect ratio by percentage(for example in the flex block 1).
Also, you can create custom modules: https://forum.tagdiv.com/modules-builder-newspaper-theme/
Thank you!
Hello!
The feature is saved based on cookies.
Thank you!
Hello @kharondev!
Check this guide for the default blocks: https://forum.tagdiv.com/theme-thumbs/
If you use Flex Block 1, for example, or a custom module, then you have the possibility to set the sizes for every module image.
If you upload an image that is smaller than your size from settings, then this could appear blurry and not of high quality. I suggest you upload the images in your Media Library in full size (1920 px): https://prnt.sc/YzxtrT24bGKM

Hello!
Normally, the author name link should lead you to the author’s page template and not to the homepage. The author’s page is working dynamically for each author, and you can customize it in the tagdiv composer and style it as this page as well. https://infoinspired.com/about-me/
Documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloud-library-templates/
This issue has been discussed already here, please check: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/author-link-is-not-working-redirects-to-404-and-homepage/
Thank you!
Hello Martin!
You can deactivate the entire theme by accessing the Dashboard -> Appearance -> Themes -> choose another theme.
Thank you!
Hello!
We’ve discussed this issue here:
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/sql-querys-high-cpu/
The tagdiv composer is the main plugin of the theme and contains a lot of features and multiple options in order to customize your website. Without it, the cloud templates are not displaying at all. I recommend using fewer features: https://forum.tagdiv.com/what-is-ajax-preloading/ and try to optimize your website. Please make sure that all the requirements are met, as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
I also recommend to use the latest update of the theme and plugins.
Our developers are aware of this issue and try to synthesize the composer in each update, which is big, and fix the major problems of the theme and speed.
Thank you!
