Hello @mediax!
Please deactivate, delete, and reinstall the tagDiv mobile theme from Newspaper plugins and clear all cache.
If the problem is still there, then make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hello @Ron!
You should click and wait till the menu will appear. The site is slow, but the menu will load there. Update WordPress, PHP, the theme and plugins to the latest version: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Thank you!
Hello @christopherkevil8838!
A code in your frontend is appearing only when you have a plugin uninstalled when it should be installed, so instead of the code, it will display the element from that plugin. Check in Newspaper -> Plugins (the Standard Pack plugin).
Thank you!
Hello!
Did you buy the theme from the Themeforest Market https://themeforest.net/item/newspaper/548960 ?
When you buy a Newspaper theme license from ThemeForest, Envato issues you a unique item’s purchase key that unlocks the most important features of the Newspaper theme, allowing you to access the future updates on the theme and enter the support center. Without it, your theme is locked with no theme updates, support, and you have no access to some of the most powerful features. Please find more information on how to find your Purchase Key from here – https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/202822600-Where-Is-My-Purchase-Code-. I hope you find the information a useful one.
Thank you!

Please activate the Opt-in builder plugin https://prnt.sc/9lwOipPA-1yE and delete its element from Composer.
After that, you can disable it.

Hello Henrik!
Did you upload the logo in Composer? Is it visible there? If yes, then make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.

Hello @kurdi!
This seems to be a caching issue. Please try to uninstall the cache plugin and check if the problem is solved. Make sure you do not use an object cache or any caching tool in your Cpanel.

Hello @Celestin!
It depends how they were made. I think it should work with default templates.
You can build a sidebar with the TagDiv Composer. Steps:
1. Insert one new row (or delete an existing one).
2. Divide into two columns (2/3 + 1/3).
3. You can add whatever element you want to the second column and consider it a sidebar.
You can also split the row into many columns and set a width for each column: https://prnt.sc/SUVH-Y15HNL9
Thank you!
Hello @southview92 !
My colleague replied to you.

Hello Hubert Séguin!
That row is split into two columns. If you want to disable that column, then you can set the row to have only 1 column from here: https://prnt.sc/46TBjQDraz7U and the second column will disappear. If you need more columns, then add elements in the space “Empty columns” and then you can see the changes.
Thank you!
Hello!
Unfortunately, we do not have any option to modify that.
Thank you!
Hello @emcpheron !
Some elements in the tagdiv composer have the option to hide for admins or users or set a subscription-based plan limitation.
You can have a modal popup and create a frontend submission form: https://forum.tagdiv.com/create-frontend-submission-form/
For the modal popup, there are these available settings: https://prnt.sc/7ZoS7PSKhtu-

Hello @iceline!
Please check your console so you can see which errors you encountered there.
Thank you!
Hello @RahulDasOp !
If you import a section or block, then this will be added in the content zone and not in the footer. You can also move it to the place you want with drag and drop. Copy the row or element and paste it after a row or element. Please note that you need to have a customizable cloud header or footer in order to add the cloud section or blocks in those zones.
Thank you!
Hello @iancollins !
Yes, you can set a width in percent for your columns. The full width of the row is 100%.
When you add 33% to your column, the editor will wait a value to the other columns as well. That’s why the column size and the image will decrease in size. After you add that value, please press Enter. The element will be gray, and it refreshes automatically. Please add the next value after the element refreshes.
Those glitches will not save like that on your frontend. For the second issue, if you save and refresh the composer, then you can see the columns and edit them.
Thank you!
