Hello!

I suggest you change the size of the image before uploading.

Thank you!

Hello @laurenskok !

You need to create a mobile page in order to achieve that: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
Yes. Disable this setting from Newspaper -> Theme panel. You can not customize it in the TagDiv Composer.

Thank you!

Hello Hardik!

After the update, make sure you have all the necessary plugins installed and active in Newspaper -> Plugins. Also, the standard pack plugin.

Thank you!

Hello @lakuma!

Unfortunately, there is not a slide animation there. We have only the Drop menu items in the More feature.

Thank you!

Hello!

There is a special field for Google Analytics (theme panel>analitics/js code) and you do not need to add the code in the multiple fields. Make sure it is not a plugin conflict issue. Please make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.

Every template has its own settings and it shouldn’t interfere if you edit a different template.

“J’ai beau essayé, mais à chaque fois que j’effectue un changement dans la page d’une catégorie, le même changement s’effectue sur le reste des catégories. ” -> If the categories use the same template, then of course every setting will reflect on all your categories. If the category template has the same header, and you add a new element to it, then it will reflect on all pages that have been assigned that header template.

The responsive version should be the same as the desktop ( PC version ). Do not confuse the mobile pages with the responsive version. Some settings should be the same also, the elements should coincide with the desktop version and others could be set regarding the size of the screen. These are not bugs, but the way they are working.

Please provide an example, a screenshot or a video with the issue ( modification d’une page “catégorie” qu’on apporte sur TagDiV Composer ne se verra sur mobile ! ), so I can better understand and explain everything.

You have the right to ask everything, and I will always reply and try to help you as much as I can. Every “issue” or “bug” should be solved and clarified.

Thank you!

Hello!

Unfortunately, no.

Thank you for understanding!

Hello @nickmde !

This is achievable by editing the custom flex block X modules. Documentation about it here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/edit-modules-flex-block-x/

Thank you!

Bettina
tagDiv Staff

Hello!

You can customize it and modify the elements as soon as there is a setting for it: https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-settings-guide/
Please provide more information (screenshots or videos) about what you exactly need to achieve.

Thank you!

Hello @ngotuannghia !

There is no bug. It seems that you used a demo of what wasn’t set in any font. You need to create a global font and set it manually everywhere you need it. Then, you can change the font easily by only changing the global font.

Thank you!

Hello!

If you copy-paste, it won’t work. Correct that, and probably it will work.

Hello @danshul!

I can see that the sizes are different there: https://prnt.sc/Tc2jy6OfvlUD
Please make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.

Let me know the results!

Hello!

You can create a template, set the font size once, and assign it to all posts. Page templates are different. You can’t assign one to all.

Hello!

I think you can correct it in the TagDiv Composer. Can’t you? Which element is that one?

Thank you!

Bettina

Hello!

You should edit the pages with the TagDiv Composer, and change the font. Documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/font-customization/

Hello!

In the cloud templates, you can add the ads when you edit the post with TagDiv Composer in the element called ” Single Post Content ” in the tab ADS. Documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/article-ads/
Or you can use the element called “Ad box” from TagDiv Composer, and there you need to add the ads: https://forum.tagdiv.com/ads-adsense-overview/

Yes, you need a SEO plugin. We recommend using the Yoast SEO plugin: https://yoast.com/show-x-in-search-results/

Hello @ngotuannghia!

You should look up headers and see which ones you like; you can also build it from scratch if necessary. There you won’t find a default style number. They have names from the demos. Please check out this video about how to create a website from scratch: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SoGQ0d5kIBg

We recommend using cloud/PRO templates in order to have the possibility to edit them with the TagDiv Composer, which contains a lot of functions and features, Please check our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
More documentation about the cloud templates is here:
