Hello @newburghnews!
This counter is taking the “likes” number from your Facebook page. This is the way the counter has been working. Most likely, in the past, your counter had an error and wasn’t displaying the correct data.
Thank you!
Hello!
Our theme hasn’t been tested with this plugin, and we cannot provide support.
Thank you for understanding!
Hello!
You don’t need to buy an amp. You can use Mobile theme + AMP. You can not mix the mobile version.
We have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page.Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information.
A full explanation is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
If you need to use the mobile version 1 or 2, then you need to disable the Mobile Theme plugin.
Thank you!
Hello Andy!
There is a setting for show/hide: https://prnt.sc/J43shFfFExmA
If you want to share something in private, then you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com.
Every block has different styles and settings. However, the Flex Block 1 is the most useful and feature-rich. You can achieve and build almost every style with this block.
Thank you!
Hello Mark!
Please try it and let me know the results!
Thank you!

Hello @tlonero !
Please read this article carefully: https://forum.tagdiv.com/7-days-post-sorting/

Hello @graphicspool!
We should investigate this issue.
Please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:
– admin url and credentials
– cpanel url and credentials
– a link to this topic in order to identify you
Thank you!
Hello @dennispillai !
They are not excluded at all. I can see a lot of ads in the link you provided above.
If you do not set up the ads for each template, then they won’t load. The auto ads are displayed randomly on your website, you can not choose where to display them.
Thank you!
Hello @ddj!
It appears to be Alegreya. Check the TagDiv Composer to see which font is set and select the right one. Make sure you do not have any custom CSS there.
Thank you!
Hello Andy!
I suggest using flex blocks instead of a big grid to arrange them as you like. By setting the post ID, you can permanently exclude a post from appearing or allow only one post in the entire block to appear.https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-settings-guide/
For example, check the Chained News demo, and there you can see a lot of flex block 1 arrangements: https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_chained_news_pro/
Thank you!
Hello @NewburghNews!
Please verify if you do not have a fixed count set in the TagDiv Composer: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-intro/
Try to reinstall the plugin and delete all the cache.
Thank you!
Hello @alexdeangel!
There could be some border lines on the row. Select that row and delete those values: https://prnt.sc/TrNB5DBwIZ8K
Thank you!
Hello @imadfuse !
Set it to https://prnt.sc/Mr9J_j_KzAbX for desktop and https://prnt.sc/YjhM9_3G2n4c for mobile.
You set up the title of your website. Examine the theme panel as well. Delete everything from there too, and set your logo again.
Thank you!
Hello @markwebbink!
Add the CSS code in Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Custom code -> Custom CSS:
body{background-color:white;}
Thank you!
Hello @androlas !
You can use a license key for one single product. You’ll need to reset the license key from every website: https://www.screencast.com/t/Zt12bpyX and remove the theme (delete), in this way the license will be available for the new website and you can use the theme without any problems. For the other websites, please consider buying another license key.
Thank you!
Hello @markwebbink!
Did you make any changes to the background color from Mobile Theme -> Theme Colors?
Thank you!

Hello @brain4web!
Maybe you can find a plugin that can help you hide that CPT name.
Unfortunately, you cannot remove it because, in this way, the CPT will not work anymore and it was built with that name. I suggest you build your own CPTs so you can edit them in the CPT UI plugin.
Thank you!
