Hello!
If you have WP Bakery plugin installed and active, then here is the problem. There is a conflict between TagDiv Composer and WP Bakery.
So, I gladly recommend you to shift from WPBakery to Composer, because WPBakery is an old builder plugin. Please check our guide to know how to shift from WPBakery to Composer: https://www.screencast.com/t/6xLVMmlsY ; https://www.screencast.com/t/zWHrRmK1LQC ; https://www.screencast.com/t/vuFdT9Stx ; https://www.screencast.com/t/DWbSf3qj ; https://www.screencast.com/t/QuHyGccTK71v
We recommend to use cloud/PRO templates in order to have the possibility to edit them with the TagDiv Composer which contains a lot of functions and features, please check our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
Documentation here:

Thank you!
Hello!
Please make sure you have the latest version of the PHP, WordPress, theme, plugins(11.3.1) and all the requirements are done as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
If that problem is still there, then please execute these steps:
1. disable TagDiv Composer
2. uninstall(delete) TagDiv Composer
3. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
4. install TagDiv Composer
5. activate TagDiv Composer
6. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict or a cache issue, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache (also from your browser) and try again.
Hope that helps you!
Thank you!

Hello!
If you will use AMP, then the headers won’t appear on your amp version.
If you need AMP, you should have amp and mobile theme plugin installed and active.
We have 3 options here:
a. Mobile – Displays content using the Mobile Theme on small screen devices (no AMP)
b. Mobile + Amp – Displays content using the Mobile Theme on both mobiles and AMP
c. AMP – Uses the responsive version of the theme on small screen devices and Mobile Theme only on AMP.
For more information about those plugins, you can find in our documentation:
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
– https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
From my point of view, if you don’t use the Mobile Theme plugin, then there is no reason or benefit from AMP.
Thank you!
Hello!

Hello!
For cloud templates, you should add the ads when you edit the post with TagDiv Composer in the element called ” Single Post Content ” in the tab ADS or you can use the element called “Ad box” from TagDiv Composer and there you need to add the ads.
Check this video: https://www.screencast.com/t/W3xjp4vJStSW
Documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/ads-adsense-overview/
Thank you!
Hello!
Yes, it’s like in your screenshot. If you set up this favicon in the theme panel, then please delete it and let only the one in Appearance. Clear your cache (also from your browser) and try again.
Hope that helps you!
Thank you!
Hello!
Yes, the element called ” Header live search ” uses ajax.
Thank you!
Hello!
If you use a cloud/PRO template, then please place the ad in the element called “Ad box” in your sidebar.
If the problem is still there, then please provide some screenshots with the settings you make and your website link in order to help you efficiently.
Thank you!
Hello!
This issue has been discussed already here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/pages-cant-be-displayed-in-the-amp/
Thank you!
Hello!
Any change you make in the files after update will be overwritten and you have to make the changes again. Better save the code somewhere and then apply it again after update.
Thank you!
Hello!
It’s strange because they should work together. Check the configuration from here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure
Thank you!
Hello!
I was thinking that your website is this one: https://www.newscaribe.com
I do not understand either how can I help you if you wrote already the CSS code.
Why you need to locate icons or the captions?
Thank you!
Hello!
And that page is looking different in your website: https://www.screencast.com/t/o4dwFWrFvg
Please clear your cache and see the results!
If you want to change the template for your posts, then you can import a cloud template and assign it to them: https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/
Thank you!
Hello!
If you click on that “before”, then you can see the whole CSS of that icon.
Thank you!
Hello!
Please check this documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/page-templates-2/
Hope that helps you!
Thank you!
Hello!
Unfortunately, there is no alternative way in our theme, only the solution provided above.
Thank you for understanding!
Hello!
I see a code there which means you do not have the tagdiv social counter plugin installed and active in the Newspaper -> Plugins. Check also about the Standard Pack plugin to be active.
Also, you use default templates, that’s why you can not edit them with the TagDiv Composer.
We recommend to use cloud/PRO templates in order to have the possibility to edit them with the TagDiv Composer which contains a lot of functions and features, please check our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/

Please make a test also with the default paired url structure (first option from the AMP settings) and let me know the results.
Thank you!
Hello!
It could be a cache problem. Please make a test, uninstall the cache plugin you have (delete the cache from your browser) and see the results.
If the problem is still there, then please provide more information about your issue, screenshots or a video with the settings you make in order to help you efficiently.
