Also, try to deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again.
Please also check the page for special characters and remove them if they exists.

You can not place a inner row within an inner row.
The only workaround is to insert another 2 column row and place post content there.
