Unfortunately using both page builders at the same time will cause layout issues. We only recommend using one or the other Never both at the same time. For pages, sorry but not even visual composer is recommended: https://forum.tagdiv.com/search/use+visual/

The code you add does not have any device restriction. It is a code that works for all devices at one. This will require further customization added to the code if the ad provider cannot provide such method. You cna try a few online resources on how to detect mobile devices :

Sorry but our theme does not have such a sorting option available as you require. There is an alphabetical sort order available but you cannot select just the letter you want from the alphabet to show. It will show all posts in alphabetical order. You cannot select just posts that start with a certain letter. Sorry.

Pentru a folosi tagdiv composer, trebuie dezinstalat visual composer si paginile ce au fost create cu visual composer vor trebui recreate de la 0 in tagdiv composer. Nu va functiona sa editezi o pagina in noul builder daca ea original a fost creata cu alt builder

Unfortunately you will not be able to do that on pages. Sorry. The get_content is still an ‘excerpt’ in it’s own. It is not the exact post content for it to be able to render shortcodes. You will need customization services for this and we cannot provide theme unfortunately. You can hire a freelancer/developer from studio.envato.com if you need custom work.

You CSS code will not be able to affect the elements you want properly anywhere you place it. No matter if it’s the custom code or the style.css. You use simple css selectors. Our theme has classes and id’s set to the html elements that are significantly much more powerful selectors than the code you use. The problem is your code, not the theme implementation of css. Please provide instructions to exactly where you want your color changes to apply to and I will try to help providing the proper css code. Please note that you can change hover colors, text colors in the theme panel directly in the theme colors section. The general theme color will affect most of the theme elements. The front page does not contain any content at all. It only presents your posts. If you delete your current front page and create a new one, it will not delete your posts. it will simply delete the page presenting the posts. You should re-create your homepage from scratch when switching page builders.

I think you missed some steps in reading the theme docs. Your problems are not theme problems as you mention. You did not read the docs properly and do not know how to use the theme properly yet. Please check your sidebars in order to change widgets: https://forum.tagdiv.com/smart-sidebar-2/

I suggest you take a bit of time to learn the theme what’s and how’s first before jumping to conclusions.

If you do not have the patience needed to learn the theme settings, we will be able to provide a refund, no problem, but keep in mind that there are themes out there LOTS harder to learn than ours and you could be facing this issue in other themes you purchase.

You probably found an older solution in the newsmag forum that is no longer working properly in the current version. Code gets changed and custom solutions provided here on the forum could not work for extended periods of time as code gets updated.

Every piece of code you modify in the theme will be rewritten when updating. There is no update proof way of altering the theme code. Not even a child theme is update proof:
