Our theme uses the default wp registration so the browser should provide the ‘remember the password’ option automatically if this was not deactivated from the browser itself. Unfortunately there is no keep me logged in option in wp so for this you will probably need a plugin.

Well in order to have block elements on your post page, you will require visual composer as it is required by the theme. Visual composer is not tested on posts so we cannot say for sure how it will affect seo. You can try to use the shortcodes without the rows and columns to see if it will position properly.
Unfortunately I have no better answer as VC is not tested on posts.

Unfortunately this cannot be done if you chose a 2 column footer layout. If you want to have the text centered, you need to use a 1 column layout. Imagine the footer as being a table on 2 columns. You cannot have a text stretch on 2 columns. You need 1 column to get it centered.

1) The header menu will make the logo fit the scrolling menu. Do you want to have the full size logo in the scrolling version of the menu?
2) you can use this css to remove the menu on a 404 page:

3) This issue is caused by the plugin you use for the contact form. Please use contact form 7 as that is the tested plugin with our theme.

The ‘bumb’ on our forums has the opposite effect. It only delays your answer as it moves the topic to more recent ones and we answer from oldest to newest.

Unfortunately there is no easy way to do this. The theme was created to add thumbs to every image you upload. In order to reduce thumbnail sizes, you can deactivate any unused thumbnails from here: http://screencast.com/t/zLjEjE9z9I and then use the force regenerate plugin.

Hi,
The edit buttons are not for editing the thumbnails at all. If you press the edit button on an element, you will go to the edit screen of the post itself, not the thumbnail for it. If the wordpress meta widget does the same thing, you can remove it as our theme already has this option.

Please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and we will provide the old version there though we highly discourage this. If you have to “fix” the site and you have to put some effort into it, you might as well update your theme to the latest version as the moment will come when newspaper 4 will be outright not usable as wordpress gets updated, visual composer gets updated and plugins get updated. All except your theme. By doing this you are just delaying thew inevitable and this is the perfect moment to update.

Well based on what you wrote us, it’s clear that visual composer will not work together with the Sabai Directory plugin. Unfortunately we have not tested this plugin. The best thing to do is replace one of theme and since our theme elements require visual composer to run, then you will have to find another plugin that is compatible with visual composer. Unfortunately we cannot make any suggestions as we have not tested directory plugins.
This is the best course of action since plugin implementation will require good coding knowledge and hacking of one of these 2 plugins and this is not recommended as upon an update, the code will be lost.

You will have find a different implementation if it does not display properly but we cannot guide you in this as plugin implementation falls beyond what the theme support can offer you.
